WOW! This crew did a great job. I got the exe package because the used car I purchased was thoroughly dirty. Dog hair, makeup stains all over. I wish I had before and after photos to show how great a job they did. Definitely worth it! They are also very courteous, answered all my questions and just over all great customer service along with the workmanship

I got my camry detailed for the first time in 14 years. I paid $537.44 for headlight restoration (they said it was severe) and the gold interior detailing package. While the interior does look better overall (not that my car was super bad to begin), I guess I just feel a bit mislead by their promise of "Nothing goes Un-Touched." During final inspection, I pulled down the backseat drink holder which was still completely dirty (was not cleaned at all and they admitted to missing it). They promptly cleaned it, but not as good as if they had caught it from the beginning so the soap could thoroughly get the gunk out. I also noticed a gouge on my dashboard that was not there before...maybe their tool knicked it? Also noticed my mirror was dirty and some spots on my interior roof.They also needed to jumpstart my car. Pretty sure they drained my battery when doing headlight restoration because I drove straight to Autozone, tried to restart my car in the parking lot (it didnt work), and they said I needed a new battery. Paid another $200+ for that. Overall, I am was not impressed and feel a bit taken advantage of/swindled. Very expensive day... Maybe my standards are too high, but I just know I will not be returning.

I brought my 01 Lexus ES300 in for an interior detailing. The carpet had centuries-old stains all over it.When I got my vehicle back, a lot of it had been cleaned out. They've exceeded my expectations for what they were given. The rest of the interior looks awesome as well!Lastly, my initial wait-time was about 3 hours, but since I decided to wait in the lobby area instead of returning later. They expedited my vehicle and got me out of there in just under 2 hours.Definitely a five star experience!

I took my Polestar 2 to San Antonio Auto Detailing for their Standard Coverage Paint Protection Film (PPF) package. Setting up the initial appointment was easy, where you walk around your car and explain your needs. You're able to customize options on the quote, delete services you don't want from the package, or even suggest additional services. After that, you set up your appointment to drop off the car. For my service choice (clear bra, side mirrors and B-Pillar coverage) I dropped off the car Friday morning and picked up the car Saturday afternoon.I picked up the car Saturday afternoon. The staff went over what was installed as well as details of the product used and warranty information. San Antonio Auto Detailing instructed me to make an appointment about 2-weeks out after the PPF has settled so they can inspect it and adjust the edges.Today, about 3 weeks after application, I took the car in for follow-up service. They went over every spot where PPF was applied and made final adjustments, ensuring a great-looking fit. I'm happy for the attention they gave me and my car, especially since they are familiar with the Polestar 2 as they've worked on several others recently. I'm also happy to have protection on the front of my car from driving along the highway through may areas where there is a lot of construction. The material cleans very easily, is hydrophobic and can hardly be noticed.

This detailing place is great! They did the clay bar and wax on my tundra and my truck looks great! Car was clean but the detail for the price was not there. To make it worse when I picked my car up it was dead because apparently people at this business don t know how to turn off ur car lights. Since then my car was struggling to turn on for a few seconds and as soon as the first 50 degree cold front comes in for the first time in weeks and my car is dead. Now I need a battery replacement on top of paying $400 for a detailing. If I could throw a tomato at this person like they do in cartoons, I WOULD.

Great place to bring your vehicle. I had my 2001 Silverado I was giving away detailed on the interior and they made it look like new. Had some dog hair that they made disappear as well. Just a fantastic job all around. I'll be coming back and recommending to everyone

This company applied Paint Protection Film (PPF) on my Tesla & it came out so good! Huge difference from the last shop I went to for another car. The team really cares about the line of work they do. You can tell they enjoy every step. Highly recommended. We also received Ceramic tint & wheel coating.

I brought my wife's Denali to get paint protection film & tint. Awesome work. They used Stek ppf install & 3M tint application. Zayra, front desk is awesome to work with. Installers are really helpful. Called literally 10-12 places to find somewhere to go. I spoke with Evan on Friday and he was very friendly and made me the most comfortable so I set up an appt for 9am Monday. I had spilled pine-sol in the trunk and could not get rid of the smell. Booked the executive interior and just standard outside wash. Evan assured me they could get the smell out. They had my car from 9-4:30 (which they set good expectations at drop off). Picked my car up at 4:30 and it was immaculate and smelled great. They got rid of the smell fully and interior/exterior was nicer than when I bought it. Prices were comparable to all places I called and they were well worth the money. They earned my business for sure! If you can afford it 100% can t recommend these guys enough.

Got 15% all around and it looks amazing. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and prices were the cheapest in town. Evan was so nice and patient. He answered all my questions and concerns! Thank y all i am definitely referring my family and friends

I accidentally scratched my fianc�s car! Came here thinking I d need a paint job and they told me no! Instead of letting me offer to buy a paint job they let me know they could get the scratch out for an insanely low price. Evan helped me out and made it look like it was never there! Sub-par service. Requested the executive interior detail and a headlight resto. Overall the car is clean, but it was the details that got missed. Underneath and in between the seats there were still crumbs and dirt. The insides of the windows still had that haze, see photo. (no, the car has never been smoked or vaped in)If I m paying for the executive detail, it ought to be a good one.

Man i could not thank this company for hpw professional and detailed they were. They exceeded my expectations in getting overspray that i had ran over off my vehicle and from underneath my fenders. During my detail, a technician accidently came too close with the pressure washer and caused some damage to my step bars..The manager instantly took the steps to replace the bars at no charge to me..i did not expect this to happen but was nice knowing i could trust them to keep their word and take their service to 100%. Evan was very professional & informative! He told me everything there is to know about ceramic window tint. After I hung up with him, I had a few more places to call for quotes, but, knew I would be taking my business to SA Auto Detailing. After calling 3 other companies for pricing, SA Auto Detailing ended up with the lowest price by $50! Was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Job was done in the time frame I was quoted & looks great!!Service: Window tinting

Nothing much to say besides don t go here. I included a picture that is an example of the executive interior detail. Which includes a deep seat shampoo AND hot water extraction. Best of all, they must use odor free everything because there wasn t a single scented cleaner used.Save your money.

Had my windows tinted here a couple of weeks ago and was very happy with the work as well as the ease of making the appointment. They communicated very well and the whole process was seamless. These guys are the real deal! They took my asphalt-slurry splattered disaster of a Jeep Gladiator and made it look like new! Unbelievable! I truly thought my Jeep was a disaster. Not. WOW!!! When I saw my car after it was detailed I couldn t believe it. It looked like it came off the lot brand new.I was so impressed with this business from my initial call all the way to the end.Miguel took the time to explain everything to me and he actually asked me if there was anything I wanted them to give extra attention to while cleaning. He even went above and beyond for a terrible smell I had inside the car every time it rained. And it s gone now!!! I couldn t be happier.They also offered to pick up my car and deliver it back to my work place so I was not inconvenienced. That helped out so much. Thank you!!!I give them a 20 out of 10!!! I appreciate these guys taking care of business for me. They repaired a deep paint scuff on my car roof that penetrated to bare metal. They were able to touch it up and seal it so it could not ruin the rest of my paint. I received paint protection film on my new Escalade. I had called a month in advanced before arrival to get info & pricing. Evan advised me to get the car over to them asap before we introduced rock chips. So we did just that. As much as I disliked not having the car for another week, I do not regret the process. The ppf film looks great! I was worried that it wasn t going to be all the way to the edges since I went with Matte PPF but it looks great. My truck was broken into and glass was everywhere. I got the executive interior cleaning done and these people did a fantastic job. I can t find any glass!! And my truck is cleaner than I ever remember it being. They also tinted my window that was broken. Matched the tint perfectly. The whole experience was great when I needed something to go right. Awesome job!!

I was able to get a Saturday appointment with SA Auto Detailing and they were quick to respond and schedule with me. Once I got there, she gave me an estimate on time for my car based on the shape it was in, and asked if I had any focus areas. I was concerned about the carpet due to hair and sand woven in. She said they would focus on it and do their best. They got everything out of the carpet, it was such a professional job!
