I believe this is the best place to getyour a/c repaired! 3 shops quoted me almost 150% more for just the compressor and expansion valve. They installed complete a/c oem unit. Compressor ,condenser and fan. I was driving in 110 weather for 3 days. They finished in 1 day. It's been blowing ice cold every day since! God bless this shop! I hope they get more customers.. These guys were amazing. Very friendly and efficient. The free estimate saved me at least $165. That is what the dealer wanted to just have a look. Got me in and out fast. Highly recommend.

Pulled up to get a diagnosis on my Tahoe and they quoted me on the spot, lower than the dealer. These guys are trustworthy and honest at what they do. Will recommend 100 times!!!!

I came in on Monday and I could tell they were very busy! Within a few minutes we had discussed my needs and set an appointment for Wednesday. I came in Wednesday morning and had my truck back the same day! This place is the go to spot for a/c work. The owner and his son were very knowledgeable and caring. They diagnosed my issue had it fixed in no time. Also for a great price. I will definitely bring my other vehicles and recommend to family and friends.

Went in to get a quote on a a/c compressor replacement. Got some help from a nice older guy, gave me some tips and a quote on the spot of 950, pretty reasonable for the market, so I left my number for a callback to set an appointment to drop off the vehicle. Never got a call, so my wife followed up with the shop a few days later. A woman on the phone told her that the man I spoke with wasn't authorized to give quotes, even though he seemed damned knowledgeable about the needs of my car. She said instead it would cost about 300 more. So my advice, get your quote in writing from this shop, or your likely to get an unwelcome surprise. I'll rate one star for the biz, and one for that helpful guy that initially gave me a hand.

Very Happy with the work they did to my 2004 F-150's AC. They replaced the AC Compressor and other parts I can't remember, all at a reasonable price. Felt very comfortable dealing with the business, I felt like they went the extra yard explaining what needed to be done and why. I Another reviewer mentioned it was a "family business," did feel that way. I would not have a problem recommending this business to family. The Ac on my vehicle was fixed 2 months ago, working great.

The owner was very polite and he did an excellent job repairing my ac. He got me in the same day because he saw I had a little baby. Very very reasonable price. After 17 years my 2006 Honda CRV air conditioning finally died. Quotes around San Antonio and Boerne were from $1800 to $2900 and ranged from replacing the compressor to a full AC replacement (which made me very skeptical of ALL of them as the diagnoses varied, What was true?). I HATE when businesses try to take advantage. I saw the high ratings and great comments for San Antonio A/C and brought my CRV by. They are every bit as good as people are saying here. They replaced the AC for $1100 and gave a 12 month warranty. They were so good I brought the CRV back 2 months later to get both lower control arms and blown bushings, both headlights, and wipers replaced...quotes for that ranged 1400-2000$ and they did it for $760 (Yes, I know headlights and wipers are a super simple replacement but they can do it for just about what it costs to get the parts from Auto Zone or Pepe Boys). Just amazing, and as people are sharing the nicest people you can find. My old car has new life now. Unless my car is in warranty for the dealer to fix all my cars are coming here while Ilive in San Antonio.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto A/C replacement, Wiper blade installation

Great, quick service. They frequently communicated with me and I only had to leave my car in the shop for a day. It is family owned and they are extremely kind and genuine people. Plus they have the best prices around town! Highly recommended.

Scheduled me few days later, kept his word, got my f250 in for a complete AC kit install. Was outta there in lot less time I thought I'd have to be there. Definitely would recommend this place for any a/c repairs! I needed a compressor and condensor for my 2013 Ford Focus and asked for quotes for several places and one even quoted me at $2k. This place quoted me for less than half of what others were asking and did a fast job, it was ready in about a day or two. The manager even replaced my stuff with OEM and didn't charge any taxes. This place truly cares about their customers.

I took my Honda CR-V to the dealer and Firestone both diagnosed that the AC compressor, Clutch,Coil & discharge hose need to be replaced. The owner of San Antonio A/C just replaced discharge Hose. Took my daughter's 2003 Honda there on a word-of-mouth recommendation for A/C repair. She needed a new compressor and condenser. The owner was friendly and they got the car out quickly for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

A+++++ Amazing service, honest, hard-working people!! Antonio called me himself with updates and advice on what he would do next and for how much. The best customer service I have had in a car repair shop. Way better than the large chains (Midas, Pep Boys, etc.) and for a fraction of the cost!

This kind hearted shop owner Antonio is truly a blessing in the flesh. Going above a beyond for his customers is his standard and his personable demeanor is astonishing. If ever you need any car help come to his shop or give him a call. Even if he can't do the actual repair you need he will certainly put you in the right direction and help in what ever way possible. I have never had a more pleasurable experience at a shop then here at San Antonio Auto Center. Ty a million times over!!

Antonio is very knowledgeable on A/C systems. He stands by his work which is very important to me. He got my wife's A/C blowing good as new! I will not hesitate to refer him to my friends and family.

Terrible, unprofessional place. This guy working here told me to come by he wasn't busy then when i get there he's has a attitude saying he's busy and doesn't do a proper diagnostic to see what was my AC problem. All he did is ask me.the problem then came up with some lame answer. Then started getting angry saying its gonna cost alot to fix i might not have enough money and it will take a long time to fix whichhhh im confused why he is so mad it's not like its his car so i left and took it elsewhere they performed a ACTUAL diagnostic and only charged me less than 100 dollars and fixed it in 1 hr.

They were friendly and efficient in diagnosing the problem. I was not overcharged or treated unfairly. Everything was explained simply to me and the parts were ordered that same day for my return.
