Rockguard Autoglass is definitely the Best Glass Shop in town! I will recommend to everyone I know! Juan and Roxana are very friendly, professional, honest and powerful to fix anything! My window doesn't work ( it need the regulator/motor). I called them for a quote and they literally fixed it within 40 minutes! My window works like new now! The price is very reasonable! I really appreciate your kindness and great help. Seriously I recommend them to anyone - if you have auto window problems, Rockguard Autoglass will be your Best Choice! Bless you!-:)

Great work, great people! After a couple of other shops declined my repair, I brought my 96 wagon to Rockguard. From the beginning they were very professional and upfront about work and pricing. They did an awesome job! No hidden fees, no attempts to upsell, just fair and upfront. Would definitely recommend. THANK YOU!!

This place was awesome. Bid was super fast and honest over the phone for a full windshield replacement, we called 5 or 6 different places and they offered the best price INCLUDING recalibration for lane assist feature. I had to go into the office since recalibration was required, but I was in and out within an hour, super fast! Windshield looks great! I took my laptop and worked while I waited, they had coffee and snacks which was great. 10/10 Recommend.

My experience with this family owned business was outstanding. I have been shopping around for two weeks on every window repair shop because I was paying out of pocket. My window had to come with a calibration because it's a brand new car. I spoke to Chris on the phone who was so pleasant to talk too. He quoted me such a low cost I had to ask him to repeat that again. They were able to get me in same day and only took ONE HOUR! Every place said up to 2 hours but Chris got it done in an hour. While waiting I had a great time chatting up with the woman in the building. Such friendly staff. I will be recommending this business to all family and friends.

The folks at Rockguard were excellent. I submitted for a quote on their website. They got back to me right away (within the same day) with several options for quotes. When I called to schedule with them they were able to get me in next day. They quoted me 45 minutes to replace the windshield, and they kept their word. I was back on the road within 40 minutes of taking my jeep in. They were professional and quick. Left my truck as clean and when I dropped it off. They even provided me with a reference for some other work I needed done. Very happy with my new windshield. They also will come out to where your car is to replace or repair the windshield! I fortunately didn t need this, but nice to know that if I ever need windows or windshields replaced again (I drive a jeep it will need replacing again) that they are there with fair prices and great service.

Our vehicle was broken into over the weekend and started calling Monday morning for quotes. They had great customer services and gave me the better quote not it wasn't expensive. I would recommend them to anybody that needs auto glass fixed.

They installed were great! Showed up during the suggested time and installed the glass without issue. Friendly, professional and quick. Thought it was going to take an hour but only needed 30 min. And their price was better than SL. (It was cash and not insurance. Don't think that matters on price, but it was cheaper by $50). Gave a tip for quick turnaround. Thanks y'all!

Great service got same day install on my windshield! Very happy with the service . Caleb was my service tech and was great and fast with the work . Hopefully I don t have to call for another one but if I do I know who to call to get it done and who to recommend !

A rock hit the windshield causing a crack. They were able to see me right away. It took about 20 minutes to fix. I can hardly see the damage. Great job! Before photos, outside & inside. Then after, outside & then inside.

Had to get a same day appointment to replace my windshield and looked on google and these guys at RockGuard AutoGlass did it! They accommodated me way better than Safelite and made sure I had the right glass installed in a timely manner. Highly recommended! Much better service and work quality!

The gentleman who came out and replaced my windshield was completely professional, efficient and courteous! Just had George and Rockhard come over to replace my rear window on my Kia. Firstly, I had it busted at Walmart and was really upset (first time this has happened). After calling around some places and being told the part wasn't available or back order, I called Rockhard early and was told by the kind woman on the phone they could order it AND do it at my home and the price was reasonable to me! Ok - I was impressed by that but still a doubter.Today, they came by, did the job. No rush but still did it in less time that they said. Not only that, they cleaned where the broken glass I had on the driveway. It was professional, quick, and stress-free.By nature I don't do reviews because it takes a lot to impress me. They did.I see why they have only 5 stars and are fantastic in what they do. I HIGHLY recommend them for any auto glass. Thank you Rockhard for making my day!Rob

Pleasantly surprised with how efficient this process was! After a verbal altercation at basketball my sons car was vandalized breaking out the front windshield along with the 2 driver side windows. With Safelite it was nearly $1900 which did not include the tech coming to my home. Rockguard not only charged significantly less they also had next day availability! Tech called prior to coming out, followed directions well locating the car with ease and completed the job in an hour or so. Pay upon completion which is appreciated.

I had my windshield replaced in Colorado and on the way back to San Antonio, there was a whistling sound. I contacted multiple auto glass repair shops and either they didn t answer or you had to do everything online. I called Rockguard, explained my situation and they told me to bring it in right away to look at it. I went there, they checked it, made their suggestions and got in contact with the auto glass in Colorado. I came in the next day and they fixed my problem. Not once did they say no or gave excuses. Juan was awesome for not only explaining the problem to me but also getting in contact with the other auto glass. Usually companies don t like to deal with other companies and they make the customer do it, but not here, they take care of you from the minute that you walk in to when everything is done. Thanks so much!

Someone broke into my car and I needed the full passenger rear window replaced. I called 5 places before I found Rockguard and they had one left. They saved it for me while I rushed over. The whole thing took maybe 45 minutes, was the most reasonable quote for the job I got anyway, AND the guy installing the window found corrosion on the window button and went ahead and cleaned it for me.Absolutely recommend.Services: Auto power window repair, Auto side window replacement

This company is operated by some amazing industry professionals and overall good people. Contacted them about a windshield replacement and the price I was quoted was identical to the price I paid, as well as being so affordable I didn t even attempt to use my veteran discount. I misinformed them about the type of windshield I would need, and they still got me taken care of within a day. The install went perfectly, and the installer went out of his way to ensure that the excess glue would not be left for me to deal with. He also perfectly swapped my registration and parking stickers to the new windshield, exactly where they were on my old one. I will be recommending this company to anyone that needs windshield work done. 11/10 service, work and work ethic.
