If you thought the words "honest mechanic" were only true as an oxymoron, let these guys show you how possible it is!Stopped here on a recommendation and found knowledgeable, friendly people willing to help a girl with a fairly new car and a dead battery. I tried the dealership first and got no help. Then went to AutoZone and thought I could DIY it. Finally ended up in the office at Rockdale thinking that I would never find a solution. They fixed me up and had me on my way! I am so grateful to the gentlemen there for their expertise and kindness in helping me understand what was wrong and why. (And then fixing it right!) I will never go to another mechanic again. Small businesses are truly the beating heart of our city!!

I will definitely be coming back to this establishment. They were friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. They got me rolling back on the road in no time, fixed issues I didn't know that were even issues. Everyone went above and beyond to help me when no one else wanted to touch my car and if they could not until Monday... 5stars all the way around.Service: Oil change

He was recommended by a guy that helped me out at Auto Zone a few months back... I was a bit worried that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix my car... very reasonable price compare to others and was ready that same day. Very understanding that I couldn't be left without a vehicle. No issues with my car since then. I'm glad I found someone i can trust and that based on the reviews before mine everyone loves and trusts.

Drove all over for a mechanic after being sent away from discount tire saying there was nothing wrong with the tire. So we finally make it to rockdale auto repair and we were greeted by a man who immediately knew the problem with a two min conversation. He then stopped what he was working on to show us exactly what it was and showing me it was indeed the tire. Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable man. We re on a trip ( not from here) or this man would ve earned my loyalty. Did I mention that he didn t even ask for a dime? I m so used to being swindled by mechanics but this man was a huge reliefService: Tires

I was quoted a price and the owner charged me $70 more than the quoted price when I came to pick up my car. Instead of recognizing how unprofessional and cheating this is, the owner gave me $15 off, when in reality He should have taken the $70 extra off. Totally unprofessional to quote a price and then raise it by almost 50% after the service is done. Do not take your car here as they will scam you and not tell you about additional charges.Service: Brakes

Got my car inspected here.They repair things to, after being turned away for having a failed light on my license plate i came to them and got it fixed and passed my inspection.The workers here were nice and patient with me to.

By far, these guys are always doing their best by their customers. I have gone several times, they have spent more than one hour trying to get my car working great, and they take an hour off just because they spent a bit of time fiddling around, trying to solve the issue. I strongly recommend these guys, even for your inspection. They actually look at the parts instead of doing a driving test of everything.

Very good and honest service. Hussian never tries to do/sell anything not required on your car.Has always accommodated late evening oil changes or other services without appointments. I came here this morning with no appointment to get an oil change and inspection. Even though Hussein was there by himself, he started right on my car and got it done in no time! I will definitely use Rockdale for my oil changes and car repair needs in the future.
