Been dealing with Rio battery company for a long time already and have never had a problem with their batteries. They last as long as they're supposed to. They do have a warranty, but I have never had to use it.

Been going to Rio for a very long time , and when funds are low or just helping a friend, I stop in and get a battery. These aren't new batteries, but in my experiences here, I can spend under 50 bucks for a battery that lasts me a year, year and a half. For you math wizards, that's a hundred bucks every 3 years. Rio also gives you a small warranty, just in case. (Although I've not had to use it). Which shows quality work. You can find batteries for all engine sizes and even RV or marine batteries. You really can't go wrong with Rio, and you can save a buck or two.Adios Amigos...

They place is awesome. I ve come here for batteries many time. In the long run I definitely save a lot of money and the batteries last much longer then I expect. And the guys there make sure I have the right battery for my vehicle.

I ve came up here 3 times each time I ve called before. Thursday I call he says they are charging come at 12:30 I come at 12:30 now he said they are still charging come back in the morning. I come in the morning Friday he says we had some this morning but we re sold out. It s like this EVERYTIME and they never answer the phones. It s like a dirty worn down warehouse under a bridge and you literally have to say HEY CAN SOMEONE HELP cause they sit and stare at you.

Very friendly and I'll tell you I couldn't find a battery for my truck less than$225, I was stuck and strapped for cash I was in a bind n needed my vehicle. Got over to Rio and had a working battery with a 6mos warranty for $40! My go to place from here on out very fast n friendly new what needed after a quick discription.

Was in need of a battery for my Colorado but did not want to pay $$$ for a battery knowing I'll be selling my truck within 1 yr. So decided to try Rio Battery.I'll admit, the location is a little shaddy considering it is nestled under a bridge. However, the guy who helped me was respectful and ensured the battery I wanted would fit in my truck.Quick service and drastically cheaper than any vehicle retailer/battery shop I've seen. All their batteries come with a 6 Month Warranty which is way better than I expected.If there was any Negatives, it would be the fact that they only Recycle and Sell Vehicle Batteries. That's it. They don't Remove or Install batteries. My guess is for liability issues, but I did not mind since I have a decent knowledge of replacing batteries.Depending on how my Battery performs & lasts, this might be my Go-To place to get Refurbished batteries for all my future Vehicles. Thanks again!

Question I understand about having good reviews, but you never have anything that is wrong with your company? I am giving your company "0" stars, never can contact a sales person, and the automated system just keeps looping and to NO ONE AND THEN HANGS UP, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have a nice day.

Been going to Rio Battery for a very long time and I can truly honestly say that the battery's last me a good while. Im glad they are VERY affordable in price because I will be taking my son today as he's in need of a battery for the vehicle he's just purchased. Helping the environment by recycling and us with great prices.

It's UNDER THE BRIDGE. Kinda tricky to find with GPS. Guys at the dock we're quick and I was out within a few minutes. Best reman battery prices in town.

I have been going to Rio Battery for years and have always returned any time I have needed a battery. Their batteries are in great shape and last as long as the ones you get from an auto parts store. The only time I ever had a problem with a battery (which as brand new, not reconditioned), they replaced it quickly and with no hassle.Local businesses such as Rio Battery are an asset to our community.Thanks to Gil and Gil Jr. and all their employees for the help they have given me over the years.

I love their service. The employees are very informative. I still have the battery i purchased and its going on a year already. Dont really like g the location. Im headed over there today to purchase another one for another car that i have. Love u guys. Keep up the good work.

Everytime I've come here, it is pretty straight forward. They are fast and friendly. When you need a car battery in a pinch and you are on a budget this is thc place to go. Thanks.
