So happy I found this place! To start I pulled in to get an estimate that took around 5-10 minutes and they explained everything. Decided to go with them and although it was something minor I was able to drop it off when I was ready and the turnaround was quicker than anticipated. Dropped it off at 3pm and picked up the following day. They even gave the raptor a wash. 10/10 would recommend Rafael and his team. What they quoted is what I paid.

Hands down the best repair shop in San Antonio. I needed a new fender and Rafael and his team came thru!!! It looks brand new and they even detailed my car and touched up some paint chips for free!! definitely coming back to touch up the door. #HappyCustomer

Let me first say RG3 did an amazing job on my Range Rover. If you haven t met Rafael let me introduce you to one of the nicest and I mean nicest gentleman I ve ever met. I sent him photos of my SUV and he gave me a very reasonable quote. I brought it in and told him to take his time. He did my front bumper and the dent on the right rear passenger door. He even found a couple of other spots that needed to be touched up and took care of those as well. I m super pleased with his work and the rest of his staff. I had the pleasure of just chatting with Jesus who s been with him for five year as well as Alvin one of his mechanics. It s very seldom that you meet good people that will love on your car as much as you do. I can honestly say RG3 s staff did just that. If you are passionate about your car as much as I am and your looking for a mechanic and paint and body shop all in one. Don t walk race over to RG3and speak with Rafael. He s truly a great man and I m extremely pleased with my car. I live in New Jersey, but I m visiting my sister in New Braunfels. I promise you, you won t be disappointed. Thank you Rafael. Bought a used car that had some bumper damage, a few weeks back. Asked Gabriel if they could fix it. He analyzed the bumper and said they d have to get an entirely new one and replace it. I said that was fine and paid for half up front while they got the part in and worked on matching the paint.Today they got the bumper finished and within a few hours had it all replaced!They did an OUTSTANDING job Premium quality, premium service at an affordable price.

The level of professionalism and care the entire team demonstrates was amazing from start to finish. I was really in a crunch. Went to Mr. Guerra shop on Montgomery he took care of me. No hesitation. Treated me with respect, talked to me and not at me. Really comfortable with Mr. Guerra and his staff. Will recommend this car repair shop to people I know. Great customer service. Thank you Mr. GUERRA FOR TAKING CARE OF MY CAR. MUCH APPRECIATED

BEST service hands down, they are honest & never overprice you or lie. Their integrity and high quality standards make them the best you can ever find. Not to mention great communication and updates regarding my vehicle was just another plus of what others can t even do with their customers. This is, by far, the best automotive shop I've been too. I got a wrap, underglow, front splitter and rods, oil catch can, brakes painted, and rims wrapped. Not only did they do a 5 star job on EVERYTHING, the customer service is next level. I talked to RG3 on numerous occasions about different ideas I had with my car and I never once felt like he was getting bothered. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. I would recommend RG3 to anyone who needs anything done with their cars, repairs or mods.

A great professional and stellar work. I needed my SUV's driver seat and other parts modified because of recent health changes. Rueben and his team did a perfect job in a timely and affordable manner allowing me to regain my independence and function close to normal. RG3 Collision is now my only body shop. Try 'em, you'll be glad you did!

Amazing job, had a not to bad collision, got it done in a jiffy. They get he job done with no excuses. Service might feel short but hey better then sitting in an office for long periods of time. You give them the right information and they will get it done the right way. Thank you guys very much. Will be coming back for other fix ups and work done.

Took my wife's car in to get the doors replaced due to a truck hitting us on the side. This is a one owner car never touched by any shop prior to this body work. Rafael offered a 2 week return, which is what convinced me to go with his shop. After he got the car, the return took over a month. I honestly wouldn't care, but when we got the car back, I made the mistake of paying and allowing my wife to drive away before I checked it even though there was a red flag. Rafael began referring to our car as a previously owned car and how it's typical for them to have problems. To which I replied that the car has never had any issues prior to the accident, and we are the first and only owners. He got flushed faced but I left. When I got home I realized what that comment was about. This shop not only did mediocre work, they replaced our seats and the door panels on the doors that were replaced. There was no reason to replace any of them as the panels were not damaged in any way, and the seats had absolutely no reason to be touched. The seats they installed have clear wear and tear, rust on the rails, and the head rest have corrosion. I'm not sure if this is a shop that steals parts and replaces them with older parts or if they were incompetent and left the car unprotected and it was broken into since Rafael was not transparent about this issue. As if this was not enough, the car had overspray on some of the windows, dash, cluster, and one of the mirrors was left with a whistling sound due to missing parts. Needless to say, I don't recommend this shop to anyone, but if you're desperate enough, I advise you take all the pictures you can before taking your car there.

Excellent customer service from the moment I stepped into the office. Gabriel was friendly & professional. He immediately examined the major damage to my car and gave a fair estimate (more than $1000. below competitor) He clearly explained what they would do, how they would do it and when it would be ready for pickup. Excellent excellent work and completed even faster than I expected. Definitely recommend!!Service: Body & Trim

Don t be intimidated by the crowded parking lot. RG3 is fast and reliable! I enjoyed having them do body work, tint, new headlights and pinstripe on my little blue car! We will use them again, they also do engine maintenance.

Overall amazing experience with both the owner, his brother, and the front desk lady!This may not have the aesthetics of a typical professional chain paint and body shop, but I guarantee you they are real professionals. Their work and expertise are better then any other body shop I ve been to, and actually produce better work and customer experience then a typical chain. And, because it s not a chain, and privately owned, their work reflects the owners values and his heart and passion for auto body repair, which is awesome to hear about if you have a chance! Also you don t have the bureaucracy that comes with a chain, and people who just want to make money and don t actually care about the work. I would go to this shop over any other shop!If you are seeing all of the amazing 5 star reviews and are thinking hmmm, how is this possible, are they paying some group, or hacking the review system, that s not the case! They are really just that good!Thanks for the work RG3!

RG3 Collision Repair is a fantastic organization. Not only do they provide excellent vehicle repair, they also provide outstanding customer service as well. I ve dealt with Rafael, Gabriel and Eric and they are all professional and courteous. I have used RG3 more than once because they do excellent work at a fair price, and I will keep going back. They are happy to serve you and keep you in the loop regarding the stages of your vehicle s repair which is always done in a timely manner.

I took my time researching where to take my Ford F250 Super Duty Long Box for a minor collision repair plus to have the whole truck repainted while there. I was looking for a shop that could do the entire job without it looking like a cheep spray over and RG3 did not disappoint. RG3 did an awesome job, the new paint job on the truck could pass for coming right off the show room floor and the pin stripes are spot on. They really did a thorough job including removing the long box to get the back of the cab repainted and they removed that back window as apposed to just tapping it off so the new paint would not peel later on. I would definitely recommend them and Raphel was great to work with - great customer service including for no additional charge he painted a few accessories I brought in for the truck. And I had them spray in a bed liner and redo the window tinting.

They are fast and good at what they do. The price is reasonable. I came in for side rearview mirror change. They took the car in finish within 30 minute . Best of all they keep price low. Definitely come back and and recommend my friend. Thank you RG3 .

My son attends UTSA full-time and works a full-time job. He made his first big purchase of a 2022 Camry and was recently involved in a minor accident. Using this opportunity as a life-teaching skill, we visited RG3 Collision Repair and met with owners Ralph and Flor. They treated him like family with respect and patience. Flor explained the process and ensured that my son felt confident in his decisions. When we received back the Camry, the repairs looked awesome. I pulled in and before I could make it in the owner Rafael comes out to meet me and introduce himself I had over a 6000 dollar hail damage job he took care of . I mean he replaced panels and everything. He even lent me a car while he was fixing the car I was super thankful for that .He sent me updates and pictures of my car as it was being worked on . The outcome was great love looking at the car the prices are great for your own custom paint jobs .

Rafael the owner and his entire staff were very professional. I was informed daily of the progress of my car. In fact my car was completed the day before the expected date. The best part about the entire process was that when I picked up and saw my car, my car looked brand new. The damages were all gone and my car was completely washed and cleaned from the inside out. I completely trust and would recommend RG3 Collision and Custom Repair Center.
