We purchased our vehicle from Houston. We were able to complete most of our paperwork details over phone/online in advance, so it was a very simple process once we were in person. Bill, our salesperson was AWESOME!! He communicated very well with us leading up, sent us pictures of everything prior. Once we arrived he had a snack for our 4yr old and was ready for us to test drive. He did a great job of reviewing the details and features of the vehicle with us. The finance manager was also AMAZING!! He was great at walking us through all the paperwork and explaining what each meant. Overall we had a PHENOMENAL experience with Red McCombs and would HIGHLY recommend!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had purchasing my 2024 Tucson here! From the beginning, Marcus was amazing! I normally purchase used vehicles and am always hesitant when going into a dealership because I don't want high pressure sales pitches. Marcus was patient and let me test drive a few vehicles (even went above and beyond and came in on his day off to help me because that's the day that fit my schedule). He answered all my questions and was never high pressure. I spent about a month doing research and deciding on the purchase from my first test drive and Marcus was helpful the whole way. I felt valued as a customer and decided to return to this dealership to make the final purchase because of how good my experience had been with Marcus. It's been 7 years since I've purchased a vehicle and my first time to ever purchase new vehicle, and I can't recommend this location and especially Marcus enough!

I am located out of state, and was looking for the perfect truck nationwide. I found a listing from Red McCombs and reached out for more information. Marcus was incredible to work with! Buying a car can be stressful already, but it s especially nerve wracking out of state. Marcus was communicative, honest, and walked me through everything I needed to know before booking a plane ticket. He then offered to pick me and my Dad up from the airport. I was so excited when drove up in the truck I was there to purchase, and let me do the test drive back to the dealership. This Truck was competitively priced, inspected and detailed by the dealership, and was in perfect condition for the 14 hour road trip home.These guys went above and beyond, but especially Marcus! Highly recommend working with him if you are considering your next car purchase.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Red McCombs Superior Hyundai due to a recall for my car. From the outset, it was evident that effective communication was sorely lacking. Attempting to reach someone regarding the status of my car was an exercise in futility. The front desk staff seemed to have an aversion to picking up the phone, and the representative assigned to my car was virtually non-existent. Despite my persistence, my inquiries fell on deaf ears.To add insult to injury, when faced with a problem with my car, I made the regrettable decision to return to Red McCombs Superior Hyundai. Much to my dismay, the situation only deteriorated further. My attempts to contact them were met with silence, and promises of callbacks were conveniently forgotten. As a result, I find myself stranded without a car over the weekend, thanks to their utter disregard for customer service.What truly irks me is the glaring discrepancy between the treatment I received as a potential buyer and the treatment I received as a customer with a service-related issue. When I was considering purchasing a car, the staff were attentive and responsive. However, once the sale was made, their commitment to customer satisfaction vanished into thin air. In light of this abysmal experience, I would caution anyone considering Red McCombs Superior Hyundai to proceed with extreme caution.

It was a pleasure working with James and other folks at this dealer. They were exceptionally professional and took great care of me. James even offered to drive my other car home and then took time to teach me how to navigate my new car...all in the comfort of my home. That's personalized service you'll never get anywhere else. I deeply appreciate his patience and the folks at RED McCombs Hyundai. I even bought the extended warranty because I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my service.

Edward is one of the best salesman I ve come across. Didn t pressure me into a sale, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The entire process was easy, usually car buying is hassle but that wasn t the case with him. I was unsure of which car I wanted and kept going back and forth, Edward showed grace and so much patience with me. I refer him to everyone who is looking for a car. Even the financial people were pleasant. I ll come back whenever I m ready for an upgrade!!

Back in January I bought a used Toyota C-HR from here with a tire sensor issue, I was promised they had already ordered said sensors (first told they were ordered back November of 23 then even further back in October same year) and after they come in they d get it all fixed. I contacted my salesman a couple weeks later about them only to find out he didn t even work at this dealership anymore, which I find to be very shady, since when I was buying the car he made it sound like he was a new employee. A few weeks later when I went to get my plates towards the end of February, I asked about my tire sensors and the used car sales manager Bitz (?) said that my sensors were in and to expect a call from the service people. It s now the end of March and I ve been sent to voicemail every time I call to ask about the sensors. I m absolutely outraged, I understand as a young woman that the car industry seems to have an aversion towards proper customer service for us, but my dad has even called for me and was sent to voicemail too. After reading some other reviews it seems they don t like answering the phone here, but all I can say is buyers beware if the vehicle you re buying needs any service, it probably will be an empty promise to get it fixed.

I apurchased a pre-owned Hyundai from Hyundai Red McCombs, and just a month later, the engine failed despite assurances of a thorough inspection. Despite having a $2000 extended warranty, they refused to replace the engine. After a prolonged wait, Red McCombs replaced it with a used one, taking over 3 months. However, big thanks to Ms. SGT Dimayuga for her efforts and assistance during that hard time.

I got my new 2024 year Elantra with Mr. Edward Hernandez, it was the quickest most efficient car buying process I ve ever experienced. I was in and out with the help of this salesman. Edward was very knowledgeable on the product inventory and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Overall super helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, detailed and determined salesman. If you need to buy a car ask for Edward Hernandez!

I purchase a suv like 2 months ago and I was promised a remote key when I went to go pick up my SUV plates supposedly they couldn't find one so I made complaint to the BBB and I had Mr Donovan car salesman call me telling me that we're going to go ahead and reimburse me the money I spent to buy a new remote for my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder I still haven't heard nothing from them just be aware and get it on paper whatever they tell you when you purchase a used car hopefully Mr Donovan wasn't lying to me. Today's April 17th 2024 and I haven't heard from Donovan are the manager no one has called me or nothing that goes to show you how much they care about their customers what goes around comes around thank you Donovan stay away be aware

Bought a new SUV while working with Edward in sales. Edward was great, made the process super easy and he was responsive and helpful. No real surprises thrown at me throughout the process which is important. Dealt with other dealerships where numbers and details change, nothing like that here. Would buy from again.

I've purchased 2 different Palisade Calligraphy's from Edward now and can call myself a committed buyer from him. He stepped me through the process both times and pointed out how to save money and even went to bat for me to lower the price as much as possible. I'm a proud owner of a 2024 Cali Night edition now because he went the extra mile and reserved it for me. Edward really went above and beyond to make the buying experience painless both times. I can't thank him enough amd will buy from him again the next time I'm in the market.

I saw 2023 Santa Cruz online and decided to just go LOOK. We were approached by Raymond T. salesperson. He gave us great info and asked us if we wanted to DRIVE IT.Ray showed us all the features and I was loving it. Next thing we were doing the application. This process was Smooth and everyone (Oscar and Ray) was friendly. Besides the construction and no big entrance sign, we had a great experience

UPDATE NOV 23:I gave them a 2nd chance for my oil change and complimentary service.New facilities and waiting area, but still the worst customer service, it supposed to be a 1.5 hour wait and at the end it was a 3 hour. No update and lack of communication by Service Advisors. You need to focus on customers!!!Bad service, I had an appointment, and I checked in on time. It was a regular oil change, and it took more than 2 hours' wait. No fast or quick service. There were no updates from service advisors, and at the end, the invoice was ready in the cashier, and they never called me. Just when I asked her about the invoice. She said "oh it just got here"

Amazing car buying experience. Ricardo reached me almost immediately after I reached the lot. Asked me a few questions and magically appeared with a vehicle that checked everyone of my boxes. Needless to say I left with a brand new hyundai Tucson thanks to him and Oscar in the finance department. If you have the pleasure of working with Oscar he will definitely make your car burying experience a positive one. Just want to say thanks and me and my wife appreciate the level of service we received here!

I have never left a bad review on google. But I think this is helpful information for those looking to be serviced at this location. My car was in their shop for almost a month, and I did not receive one update from Victor, except to tell me when my car was ready. My first service rep got "let go" and got replaced with Victor. I called the service department over 20 times and the phone got answered maybe 2 of those times. I only called that many times because no one was picking up. I tried every time of day to call. I had to call their call center so that they would call the service center over and over until they picked up. And EVERYTIME I talked to someone, they would PROMISE that they would call me back. And I would say "no one has called me back so please follow through with that promise because I am losing trust that it will happen". They reassured me they would call me back. And not ONCE did I get a call back. Not. Once. I went in person multiple times to try to get answers and there would be updates every time, that it would've been nice to be called about!! They didn't tell me when the part came, when they were working on it, or when it would be done. And everytime I was in office, they would tell me it's super hectic during the day which is why my calls aren't being answered, but every time I was there, not one phone rang.... It could be a coincidence.. But not getting any call backs is unacceptable. And every time I went in person, they would act like I'm psycho for being frustrated that I am not getting any updates. And they would give a ton of excuses. Really really poor service from a "service" department.Besides that, I was without a car for almost a month and they did not offer any solutions. I was told I would be bumped up to the top of the "loaner" list, yet never got a call back about that. And that was a supervisor who told me that. Once I got my car back, the very thing they worked on broke down(: And I took it into another Hyundai location in Austin and it is a WORLD of difference having good customer service. I'm getting constant updates about my car, they are giving me a loaner, told me they would reimburse me for rental cars, I was given a direct line to contact my service rep, etc. Save yourself the time and headache by going to a DIFFERENT Hyundai dealership. This was a 0/10 experience for me.

Rigo and Amber were great and helpful in the service department. I had a few hiccups with recalls and an oil pan leak. They both communicated the steps that were necessary to get my car back in a healthy working order. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

My partner got a battery 18 months ago and went in today with paperwork and battery in hand after it stopped working. He got charged for another one when it should have been good for at least 3 years. He did not get charged the full price, but staff should not be installing used batteries and charging the full price. This is not a bad review towards Amber, it's behind the scenes.

It takes a bit to get ahold of someone for service. But once you do, everyone is very friendly. My car was repaired, the TCU in my 2021 Sante Fe went out, under the warranty, it took a few days - but that was expected. Appreciated the communication during the process.

We were leaving San Antonio after a wonderful spring break woke up with a flat tire on our hybrid that has no spare. Found this dealership, they were quick and extremely helpful. Had us back on the road in no time!!

So imagine buying a car, and driving to a store. Only for a horrible windy rainstorm to cause a cart to fly into the side of your brand new car. Talk about depressing. I called Mo, the person who sold me the car(he s amazing by the way). I highly recommend him as a salesperson. Anyway, he said come down and got me in touch with David Lucero, he is there paintless dent repair guy. His 17 years of experience in doing this really showed. He got that crease out in an hour. Both of those guys are amazing to work with. They feel like family. I don t normally write reviews but I have to recommend this because it is very hard to find quality customer service these days. I m so happy I bought my car from them. And can trust them with any future issues. Good guys here !!!!

Luis is the best car salesman hands down that I've worked with. He helped get me into a Hyundai Santa Cruz at a fair deal, even followed up after buying several times to make sure everything was good with the new car.I've bought from other dealers of course before and never had a great experience like this.

The only person i would even compliment about the effort or service they gave will be Amber. The other girls or guys i ve dealt with have an attitude and have no sense of wanting to help.We purchased our car in 2022 & since then it s been the worse service. Before the remodel, we didn t have the best customer service. I remember going to pick up my license plate for the car and they gave me the wrong plate. i m the one who caught it and provided it back to them. Next, when they were in trailers and the girls who worked in the waiting area were so rude!! Just imagine walking into the place no one greeting you and talking to each other and asking what we wanted, then sign us in and go on to talking about their drama. Then you have to ask questions but felt like you were bothering them and didn t want to interrupt.We only stayed doing business with this location was because of the oil changes it comes with when buying the car. Every time i would call, no one will answer, if they did they ll transfer me and say someone will work with my question or problem. Next person will pick up and same thing over and over. They have a voicemail option for a call back but no one calls back! I don t know what kind of training they have going on or if they have training at all but clearly it s not customer service. The lack of effort you receive of getting help is so sad. Even with the new remodel you would think better service? I went in last saturday to get my last oil change, thank god & i was the first one that showed up and ended up being the last. after the oil change they sent me a link to look at for a couple of things to fix; and click the service i want to proceed with. So i asked for a new air filter. (okay that'll take a little longer) At this time we were hitting up to 2 hours. I just kept seeing more people leave and leave! Who s the one to see what s going on with my car? was it an employee to keep me updated? was it a text? NO, i m the one who stood up went to the cashier and asked for a status of my car, she said i would have to talk to the other people at the desk (go figure) it was dead, no one was there you would think hey they been here a while let me check that for you) NOPE. she went back on her phone and on top of that had her food right at the desk. So i go to the other side and ask 4 people (all at the service desk talking and laughing) the status of the car & they said oh we re waiting on your paper work said my car hasn t been back yet. then they saw my keys hanging on the board then said again oh we are waiting on your paper work blaming the oil change people about don t have your car yet but my keys have been hanging for how long? Amber was going over the charge with me and what got done with my car, but i was irritated and didn t even want to be rude or say anything, because she s been the only one to help. But the service they provide sucks! I m glad that was my last time going to this place! and wouldn t recommend this place for nothing!

So I am here at my appointment. I had a 9 o clock appointment this morning and been sitting here. I asked for updates, and they blatantly ignored me like I shouldn t be asking a question. In fact he wouldn t even look at me. If you do have to come here deal with anybody besides Victor, and anybody else that works at the front desk basically because they are all rude. Love my car but hate the customer service. Worst ever. If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible HORRIBLE service department. Tried 6 times to call before my appt - never got a call back. Routine maintenance - after gave the fob to the greeter, and waited in the lovely new waiting room - never saw another person until cashier called my name. On the way home, got a text that identified issues that needed to be addressed. All easy & doable - but now I have to schedule another appt (last one took 5 weeks.)RED is happy to sell you a car - just don t look for service!
