If I could leave a 0 star i would ! Worst service department! I would not recommend them to anyone! My vehicle was needed to be towed and was told Toyota would cover cost just to be told different upon arrival! Nicole advised me the call was recorded but could not find my call on the que. I called several times to speak to someone just to be left on hold for over 18 minutes without checking back in with me

My wife and I both just bought a vehicle here. This will actually be my second vehicle from here and her first. I have to say that every experience here has been amazingly simple. Fred and Jose make you feel like family before, during, and after the deal is done. It wasn't an all-day experience either. I was in and out each time. These guys are the reason I keep coming back. Follow up is a key with these guys. I recommend Red Mccombs to any and everyone!!

Don t trust this company . I dropped my car 3 weeks ago to replace the windshield. They never call us back to follow the status. The car is still not done . The good reviews are fake. They are big company but they have very bad service . They don t train their employees well . They never can compete lexus service . Learn from lexus and do better .

I HIGHLY recommend this location on 410 to anyone who is searching for a vehicle... ALL of the sales people were courteous, and the Assistant Sales Manager, Jose Herrera was amazing! He was professional, super friendly, very helpful, and took care of me like I was family! Buying a vehicle is always stressful, especially when it is unexpected, but this was by far, the most pleasant experience I have ever had... Thank you Jose!!

Christian was a very good salesman . He was patient and very helpful with my wife and I. He made the purchase of my wife s vehicle smooth and easy . My wife is very happy with the purchase of her Cadillac XT5 platinum . We had such a great buying experience that I went the very next day and bought a GMC AT4 for myself that Christian had shown me the day before. I will be sure to come back and do business with Christian in the future . Overall he was a great salesman and provided me with all the information I needed to make the 2 purchases in a timely and smooth manner.

I couldn t ask for better service than what I got when I came to purchase my car. Friendly, easy going, and swift; even hooked it up with a good auto insurance provider. If you re looking for a nice vehicle here, ask for Adonis, she s the bomb !

Man where do I start? First off you NEED to come here to buy a car or truck. The gentleman that helped me out was Fred. He is by far the best car dealer I ve ever met, he doesn t act like a typical dealer and try to sell you the most expensive or fancy vehicle/ outrageous vehicle. He finds what s perfect for you, finds out what you want and what s the best option. Whatever you need, he makes it work. He s a very personable and professional gentleman, and quite honestly in my opinion he deserves his own shop. He is the best, nothing less. Such a great friend, and very humble. 15 out of 10 recommend this gentleman, and if not his own shop at least a pay raise!

Amazing place to go for a vehicle!! customer service from the man who helped me Gabriel Yzaguirre was amazing. He is professional at his job he understood my situation and helped me get into a new truck! Very respectable and he gave me all information I needed. Purchased my vehicle. Jordan was my salesman. He was AMAZING! I was not rushed or pressured. He was very patient with us. He made sure we got the best deal. This gentleman was with us every step of the way but knew when to give us our space. He s so sweet and you can tell he really listens to you. Great job Jordan and thank you for getting me in to my beautiful 4Runner. I can t express how much you made this experience as easy and wonderful.

Our family s go to for all vehicle purchases the last four years have been through Red McCombs. Fred is a fantastic salesman. He answers questions and works hard to get the best deal. He is not annoying, and doesn t talk your ear off to make a sale. Jose is great, too. We only go through Fred or Jose. We are super blessed for how well they work with our family to get us into safe vehicles. I recommend doing business with them!

Great experience overall! Salesmen (Francisco and Jordan)took care of everything I needed in timely manner. Definitely would recommend to others. Haven t bought a truck in over 20 years so I didn t know what to expect walking into dealership and was pleased with my experience.

Absolutely Fantastic! Fred is an awesome person to be around and by having him help us in our first and Now Second truck purchase, we can count on Fred to make it happen. Adonis was awesome!!! I needed to stay below a certain price, because you know, bills and stuff lol, and she was patient and totally understood the assignment. I got a very nice low mile vehicle that I LOVE. If you are looking from a great vehicle and need any kind of help, please do yourself a favor and go visit my girl Adonis!!! You won t regret it!

These guys are great. Virginia was my sales rep, and she was amazing. She had no problem going above and beyond taking care of us when it came to purchasing a truck. We did find a small issue, but even then, they had no problem solving it at no cost to us. AJ, one of the financial advisors, did an awesome job coming up with the solution. Highly recommend these guys. They definitely earned some lifelong customer.

I spoke with Fred several times through out the day updating him on my arrival so he could assist me in finding a vehicle. He explained that he could help me with my situation. When I arrived he was helping someone else, and asked his co worker to assist me. This salesperson, the manager, and Fred gave me the run around, stating that they could help me find a vehicle for my budget etc. I provided them with a list of vehicles that were reasonable priced based on my credit, trade off, and other things. All sales persons including the manager made it super difficult to purchase a vehicle and the manager belittled me on several occasions, stating that he wasn t trying to be rude. ALL Drive Through Motors locations are the worst! Inexperienced and unprofessional sales people.(Also, no I m not going to follow up and call a customer relations person, don t bother with a pity comment.)

After searching around San Antonio for a while i found this dealership.We spoke to Fred, he was kind and patient with helping us find a vehicle of our liking. Hes a great sales agent. I wanted a certain vehicle and they unfortunately didnt have it but he managed to find one that was even better than what we were looking for.We are very pleased with our purchase and Fred did an awesome job helping us with everything.

We had a super great experience with Fred! From the initial start, he was friendly and welcoming in his communication via text or phone. He went above and beyond assisting us find the type of vehicle best suitable for us, at a price range we could afford. Fred was patient with our requests, respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Going to a car dealer can be uncomfortable (for me at least) but Fred made us at ease working with him. When I'm in the market for another vehicle, I'll make sure to return. Highly recommend Fred, Thanks again!

I would advise anyone to go to the main Red McCombs dealership and not this one. The sales rep, Adonis, was very nice and helpful, but when her manager got involved, it was not a positive experience. He did not want to take a $12,000 down payment because he would have to do tax paperwork. (Wanted it to be $9,999). Came back in with our own financing and a detailed list from the funder on how to obtain the funding. He did not want to contact the funder. He was extremely rude all the way around but very ungracious about bringing in our own funding. Two hours of waiting only to be sent to the larger Red McCombs to complete the transaction which went smoothly.The process to complete the transaction should not take three and a half hours.

I went in looking to trade in my vehicle and although I ended up walking out, not ready to finalize a deal China was the absolute best and she never failed to do all she could for me. Throughout this process, China has been very helpful and supportive. I can t wait to go back and seal the deal with her! Love that girl! Anyone who needs a vehicle should definitely ask for her. You won t be disappointed. So amazing!

This was the best and quickest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I saw an advertisement online and clicked on it, hesitant because it seemed too good to be true. Jose Herrera contacted me for my preference and information. When I finally had time to go visit the lot, he had found the vehicle I specified. I was literally in and out of the lot within an hour. He's very upfront and honest, no bearing around the bush like most sales men are. If you're in the marker for a vehicle I highly recommend giving Jose Herrera a call! Definitely the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.

I had the best car experience of my life. China was my sales rep. and I am so grateful to her. She worked for me not for herself or the company. She put me and my needs and desires first. I will return to her when I am ready for another vehicle as well as sending my friends and family to a dealership that is worth buying from!! Thanks China and Red McCombs !!

Purchased a vehicle from them and it had a few issues. They never argued or questioned me at all they immediately allowed me to return the vehicle. Fred our sales rep was very polite the entire process. They searched long and hard as I had budget to stay within. Found me another truck and stayed late to accommodate my schedule. Was very pleased. Would recommend them. Fred was great and polite.

Jose Herrera is possibly the best salesman in the industry. I had multiple complications getting approved for financing at dozens of other dealerships. Jose made it as easy as possible, he was honest and got me a great deal. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go see him. Great dude!!
