Seriously regret coming into this place. Rude/lazy manager. The manager and another girl were to busy on their personal phones to be able to help. Seriously should consider who you have in a manager position. Talking down and mistreating employees.

Great employee, who helped me, busted out every catalog they distribute. excellent customer service. Trying to find an older style wheel. 1992 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Can't make out the wheel company on the center cap. ION wheel makes one but not in a20 x10. Something really close would work.

The management at this location are like Gold. They keep their word even when we don t. Trustworthy staff, and very friendly in person and over the phone. They will work with you, if you would only communicate. I went through tough times dealing with the expense of an unexpected transmission failure. He worked with me during my slow payments and I quickly got back on track and paid my balance in full. They are about being willing to work if you keep your word. I will go back and I will refer as many as I can . This location rocks!

Buying the rims were easy. Completing the job was difficult. My first trip, the rims were not balanced. The second trip the rims were balanced but my car was shaking. I went to the dealership, bought new tires and the car was still shaking. Took it back a couple times asking them to get hub rings. they FINALLY ordered hub rings and it took them over an hour to put them on. This will not be a place i will ever return for any other service.

The whole team here at the location was very welcoming . Maria was a very big help on getting the tires the next day along with installation she will go above and beyond to meet the satisfaction for the customer Everything was on point , don t go to any other store but this one bring them the business y all !!

Couldn t be more satisfied, CJ took care of us! The first thing he did was show us the tires and recommended we do different tires for the same price due to the original ones not being up to his standard. His put our safety first and we couldn t appreciate that more. It s very clear CJ is extremely knowledgeable in his field and takes pride in his work. He explained everything in a way that we would understand. We will not trust anyone else with our wheels and tires, thank you CJ!

This is my second set of rims and tires I get and the people there are very friendly and very helpful. Shout out to the store manager Mari ! Such a great person with an awesome personality and will do everything she can to help! I recommend this location to anyone that can appreciate good service!

Called three times to discuss a gash in my tires that I needed to be replace, which is under warranty. Either they don t have the mechanics to do it or they just plane don t answer. SMH what s the point of a warranty or a phone number if I can t use either?

Got pre qualified for 5 grand picked out my rims and tires. Called and texted them. Never called me back. It's been 3 weeks now so I'm on to the next.

Very good customer service n very helpful n whatever special dey got dey send it to my emails all da time n dey also very understanding if u can't make a payment u jus have to call dem n let dem knw . I'm almost done paying on my tires n den I going get some rims from dem very awesome place to get tires n rims from. So people come n check den out on w. White road. Very helpful fast n easy people. Thank you raw rent a tire for helping get some new tires.

Amazing, amazing service. I was there at 1030 on the dot. Got my car in right away. Fixed any issues I had with them in about an hour. Very efficient. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend this place to everyone

The employees at this location on WW tried charging me a fee for something that wasn t in my contract and when I brought it to the manager s attention she told me it doesn t have to be in the contract and that they will charge me the fee anyway. I had to call corporate to get things straight.They tried charging me $30 a tire to mount and balance my rims knowing that they re not supposed to. Hopefully they haven t done this to anyone else.I would not recommend this specific location, they will try to get over on you.Wish I could give it 0 stars
