Bought my car here a year ago. Had a great experience. The pricing was fair and the product was great! I was looking for a car for long road trips that had easy access for my aging dog. The guys at Randolph auto listened to my needs and respected my price point when everyone else tried to gouge me. I would definitely do business with them again.

Tried 2x to meet about listed car, driving way out of our way to get there (90 minutes round trip). First time the car and salesman were nowhere to be found even though time and place were discussed prior. Was told car was taken by salesman friend and girlfriend to go drinking. Second time the car was there, but no salesman or key to the car, despite once again agreeing to a time prior. It was left unlocked on the lot and was dirty inside and smelled of pot. None of these are things you want to see or hear of the car you re interested in. The car also keeps being unlisted and relisted on Facebook marketplace which in itself is suspicious, but also the price keeps going up (although overpriced per KBB the first time it was listed).Real bummer since we were very interested in the car. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place due to poor communication, unreliability, and suspicious activity.

Recently purchased my second car, a 2007 Kia Spectra, from Randolph Auto Sales for a very fair price, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. All the staff were professional, friendly, and honest throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. <3
