Called Ramirez Auto Glass spoke to Marie I believe was very helpful and customer service spot on very honest to the fact they are a First Come First Serve due to high volume of customers. The SAME DAY service and pretty fair on the price for a sedan window is what got my attention. I definitely am I strong believer in not making judgments on what others say in reviews, I must say I d definitely recommend Ramirez Auto Glass to those who ask.

If you are in need of a vehicle replacement glass look no further!!! I called this business after shopping around and they scheduled me for the following day, came right to my residence and installed my new front windshield in a short space of time. Excellent job and great price point. I definitely would recommend doing business with them.

I should have read reviews before bringing my car here. I called before I brought it in and gave them details of my car to get a price. They gave me $220 over the phone. I got in and they told me $425 because there would be calibration of sensors involved. They should have told me that over the phone. They then were able to change the price down to $350 when I argued with them that they had already given one price over the phone. The fact that they could so easily change the price makes me feel like they re gouging customers. They also didn t call me when my car was ready and never answered their phone when I called back. Their office staff was fine but a little bit gruff.Now, a few days later, my car is making strange noises and my lane assist won t turn off. Honestly at this point I d rather get it fixed elsewhere. I don t trust this company to do it right. Buyer beware.

poor service! they tell you they will come out to your home or business, but they keep you waiting all day. they had me waiting at my car lot from 9am to 5pm , called a few times to check on status, they said they were on the way,never showed up. called at 430 said they were on their way, nothing. when i called at 430 the lady that answered the phone was very rude,not willing to help. i live in Austin,Tx, and came to San Antonio to wait for them and it is now 5:15pm and still have not shown up. they did the same to my daughter , they took several days to actually show up to her job.

I have a chevy silverado. My window was broken last night due to a break in. These people not only replaced the window in less than two hours, but they even went above and beyond and cleaned the glass in the truck for us. I HIGHLY recommend these people to ANYBODY that needs window replacement. Thank you Ramirez Auto Glass.

Too long to put on a windshield people just walk around and talk and eating inside people and outside people and customers waiting for hours rather pay a few bucks more than waiting for a 4 hours wait need to have better service

Two days ago a little kid was throwing rocks and busted my back window. After calling insurance, police etc. A competitor was going to charge me $370 plus they wanted me to drop off my car and leave it overnight. Um, no thank you. We bought our car from Ancira and asked them who they recommended and they said Ramirez Glass. Called them up and it was only $190 and they came to me!The gentleman were amazing and very professional. They cleaned all the broken glass, even vacuumed out the inside of the hatch because they didn t even want there to be little pieces rattling. Then they vacuumed out all the glass from the interior, even though we told them they didn t have to. They said they never want to leave a job half finished and leaving that glass there for us to clean wasn t their style.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed their glass redone. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful job they did.

Very unprofessional!! Do not come here. Lack of communication. They did not want to take my number down to give me a call back so I can know if they have my windshield. Very rude and nasty attitudes. Take your business elsewhere!! UNORGANIZED!

They told me I would be there for 1.5 hours for my windshield but I ended up being there 4 hours After waiting 3 hours come to find out they had never order my windshield I needed

Horrible customer service. Very inpatient and while their jobs may be ok, they lose customers with how they speak to them. Manager is very rude and like to yell and threaten.

The Best place in the �rea to get a windshield or car window replacement at minimum 50 percent cheaper than a dealer maybe up to 75 percent and do a Great job been using them 19 years

I'm taken aback. Memito's Body Shop referred me to Ramirez Auto Glass. I called Ramirez and asked if they could replace my windshield. Yvonne, who answered the phone, askede what type of car I had and whether my windshield had any sensors.All of a sudden, silence. I thought she may be checking whether Ramirez replaced windshields with sensors.I waited on the phone for some time. I said hello several times. No response.I hung up and called back. The line was then answered by a fax. I called back. No answer.Extreme lack of customer service. All Yvonne had to give me was a response. If this is how Ramirez starts out with potential new customers, go elsewhere.

They were the most cost efficient mobile window installer I had found. Nothing seemed off until I went through a car wash and noticed my windshield was leaking. Cost efficient doesn't mean cost effective...

Poor quality work, will say anything to get business and somehow Lone Star Dodge recommends them. They should reevaluate this business. Took my to have my window replaced due to crack was replaced and had wind noise. Called the business and the women who answered state it was normal and what I heard was the tap. Well it rained and tap came off still wind noise. Took it back to have it redone and used water to find the gap(typical) but used so much that it leaked into the electrical system and shorted out a fuse. Fix it by blowing it off with a air hose. Stated it was all finished so finally we drive off and notice fingerprints everywhere. Total lack of regard for my vehicles interior. Wind noise was still there. Nothing fixed. Just throw tons of sealant on there huh? Ramirez Auto Glass? Never again

As a business owner I like to give business owners good reviews, however, when a company show lack of professionalism and have no courtesy to call or show up for a job, I do not hesitate to let others knows.I had an appointment for today at 10-2 time frame, it is 5pm and they were in no call no show.

May 09, 2023Hello, I was referred from my dealership (Mission Mitsubishi) to have my windshield replaced at Ramirez Auto Glass. At first, I was a bit skeptical when I arrived to the location. I had my concerns because1.) The side of town the repair shop was located.2.) It was raining the day I had my repair done.3.) I read a couple of bad reviews.4.) The fact that my car is a brand new 2023 SUV.Once I dropped off my car, I was worried about the following concerns. I called the office and spoke to the wife of the owner. I shared my concerns with her and she reassured me that my car was in good hands.When the time came to pick my car up. I made sure to walk around and inspect the job that had been done. I am a perfectionist and I was trying to find errors. I even took a video and pictures of my windshield before to compare with the results after.The husband (The owner) walked up to me as I was inspecting my windshield. He told me what he had done to my car and how he recalibrated everything and when into detail with the work he did.I will conclude that they did an amazing job with replacing my windshield! I will be recommending friends and family to their shop. I did not find any scratches, problems or flaws with the work that was done on my car! (I tried to find some) Overall, I am a happy customer and I don t regret bringing my car to them. (:Lesson learned: Don t judge a book by its cover or a couple bad reviews. This place did a fantastic job! They were able to schedule me in a timely manner AND came out to my job and fixed my windshield while I was working. I didn't have to do much and didn't have to leave my office. Paid over the phone and had a brand new windshield for my drove home within a reasonable price!

I went in got a quote for a rear window replacement. Got one and they even waited for me until I got the money to come get it fixed. AND put plastic on my window because it was raining! It was done in about 2 hours. I know some of the review mention rude staff. But I didn t find anyone rude at all. They are real, quick, and informative. And I m sure they have been doing this for a long time, they get you in and out. If you want your stuff fixed with out too much extra this is the place.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I'm sorry to say this experience sucks. I have used them for over twenty years through 3 dealerships with nothing but good experiences. They were supposed to repair a rockchip but the chip was still there. The lady said they don't disappear but I knew that to be untrue. I paid my bill and left. I took it back accross and got it repaired the way it is supposed to be.Service: Auto windshield repair

I called to schedule an appointment and I sent them all the information needed to see what type of glass I would need. I was given the options and the glass was ordered that day. I was scheduled the next day and I dropped it off and a few hours later it was ready for pick up. Marie and her staff were friendly and took care of all my needs. Very professional through the process of my visit. Thank you for taking good care of me. I was very satisfied with the work they did. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
