1st Time Here. WOW Reason for Visiting this place was my Inspection Sticker. Usually these places are Dirty with the Air Fragrance of OIL not this place! This place is called Quick Lane on Nacogdoches Rd. and it was Beautiful and Clean The fine technicians here did excellent work and what most Wow me they protect your car from dirt and OIL There waiting room looked like the lobby of of a fine Hotel. They had water, they had coffee they even had a nice TV I will definitely be coming back over and over again

I just needed help loosening up the tire bolts on my car to change it myself. They helped me no charge! I had called a different shop and they wanted to charge just for that.!! I appreciate the guys here and the receptionist who said they would do that for me! Thank you guys!

Always great service. Found out if you have a Ford and collect points you can go there.I did not know they were owned by Ford but $20 cheaper than going to the dealership.

The fat white dude working on 12/7/2023 evening shift was very unprofessional and rude. After asking for my information he asked me to take a seat while they replace a bad tire. He never showed me what s available or pricing. He just assumed that they could charge me any amount and take however long they wanted and I d sit there and not ask questions. When I asked what brand of tires they had and the prices he got irritated by that and pretended to be typing for 10 minutes while I stood there waiting. I then asked how long it would take and he said 3 hours because they didn t carry my tire there. Also, they close in an hour. When I said that I would need it sooner because we were stranded, he replied, have a nice day and asked me to leave.

I went in October 10 of 2023 at 7:15am in hopes of getting my inspection done in order to renew my sticker. The only thing required by the state of Texas is in valid Texas liability card nowhere in the code. Does it say anything about needing to have prior insurance 30 days out, as long as you provide a Texas liability insurance card that shows active dates there is no reason why my proof of insurance shouldn t be accepted.Charles Gonzalez who is the manager there I was there for 30-40 minutes without a resolution And he proceeded to still go outside and smoke a cigarette, then come back and pretty much make it Was nothing he could do. I don t know why he couldn t do my inspection. I had proof of insurance for six months regardless it should ve been done horrible customer service.

I intially had plans on taking my vehicle to northside ford for my oil change. I went this morning and was told it could take up to three hours. I had remembered that this quick trip was on nacogdoches since I used to get my hair cut at Victor's barbershop that used to be across the street where the old sun harvest shopping center used to be. I checked in a little after 800am my service advisor Amanda and the crew in the bay took care of my vehicle in a quick manner. I really appreciate not being pushed on services. This quick lane has earned a valuable customer. Thanks yall

I enjoy coming here because even when there's cars ahead you they still manage to get you out in a reasonable amount of time. They also honor NS Ford coupons and all of the work they do here can be seen by them (if you have a Ford I assume).

I got a huge screw in my tire last week and they took care of me without price gouging or taken advantage that I was a female. I would rate this place an A++ because they did not rip me off and they gave me great service at a low rate $$$$

For years, I've always taken our trucks here. Lately, they've been raising prices. I paid $160. It's now the most expensive place I have found. Miscellaneous fees, shop charges, and expensive labor. They charge $12+ for a gallon of DEF. It's no longer worth it. What ruined it for me was that they told me that the oil and fuel filters for my truck aren't in stock and they are hard to find. So the manager SUGGESTED that I order my own filters at home and they'll install them during my service. Okay, great! No problem. I ordered 2 each of all my oil filters, both fuel filters, air filter, and water-in-fuel sensor. I bought genuine OEM filters from the dealer. Today, I showed up for service with a box of my expensive dealer filters. Quick Lane just told me that they will NOT install customer-provided filters. Wow. Total waste of time. I'll take my trucks elsewhere that isn't so expensive. Wasted my time.

The manager Charles was very helpful compared to the other ford dealer I called. He answered my questions told me what I needed to have done. When my son got there he acknowledged him and told him they had spoken to me and he took care of everything. It was a great experience and I appreciated the helpService: BatteryService: Battery

Mr. Gonzalez was very helpful and shared some information about my car I needed to know, without being pushy about what they offered. Very nice. And the service they did do was quick and reasonably priced. Plus, I didn't need an c appointment- I just drove up. Very short wait. Recommended!

I went this location like 4 times a Year since 2019, most of the time for a basic oil change, the customer Service Representative always so kind and friendly(Barry Mathis) and the payment for this service was affordable, like $58 dollars total for the Oil change and tire rotation. I went today again for my service(oil change), and went the manager gave me the invoice it was charging $91 dollars for same they do all time. When I ask him he said that that s the price , the charges before was wrong, and different excuses and he did not convince to me and honestly he was rude and not kind, he did not allow me to talk, I ask him for the Phone # to call some who can explain me better and he gave a wrong phone#. I went to my home and bring him back the before invoices and for the same service the difference was like 30 dollars. Finally I went to QuickLane main office en North Side Forth and talk with the manager and show him the invoices and he said the difference is in the labor(before was $13 dollars and now is $43 dollars) this is not fair, and it s not just for all the customer, 43 dollars labor for 15min works) I just can said, bye bye Quick Lane, there are another places with better customers services and better services

As a female who does not always trust mechanics, I found this place to be very honest. My car would not start so I had it jump started and took to the quick lane. The manager had his techs check the battery. It was good however the terminal was loose. They tightened it up and on my way with no charge. I recommend this place very highly.

I called and spoke to Mr. Charles Gonzalez. He was very patient with all of my questions and very informative. There are not many companies out there today that still deliver "Exceptional Customer Service" - so happy this company does. Thank you so much Charles! They where very detailed, friendly and fast. Didn t try and sell me on things I didn t need. I had The Works done which consisted of an oil change and tire rotation. They talked over the 5 point inspection they did with me so I would be aware of things I may need to maintenance soon but didn t push me to do it right away. I would recommend this to any women who knows nothing about cars and doesn t want to pay for things you really don t need. They make sure you understand what is going on with your car and are very reasonably priced.

Oil and Filter change with routine maintenance. Excellent service and as promised by Adrian Banda. They were extremely busy when I showed up and asked what time would be convenient for me to return. I showed up as requested and they got me taken are of without any wait.Way to go Quick Lane on Nacogdoches! Good price and service.

This is the only place I get my oil changed and other maintenance done. The staff is very friendly. Adrian, the Manager, is very helpful and gets to know his customers by name. Very impressive. I al-Qaida feel like a valued customer.I get the best prices and best service from anywhere. Hands down. I take all my cars here. I pass out Adrian's card to friends so they can go here for great service and much cheaper prices. Nice clean facility. It's a great experience coming here. Thank you!

Those guys were awesome. Great customer service. Very informative. Very respectful. No high pressure sales either. I will be coming here for years. Also, the place is very top notch for a service center . I thought it would be the run of the mill jiffy lube but it was nice in there. Everything is brand new and high tech equipment. They re full service .

Just a basic oil change, when the service was done I heard a loud muffled noise when I accelerated, thought it was nothing but it was pretty loud. Took back the next day to have it looked at and they of course said nothing was missing or cut. Took to have my car looked at somewhere else and sure enough the air filter was put on backwards .simple. Ill not be returning of course such a disappointmentService: Oil change

This place is awesome I forgot I was getting my oil changed. Luxury sitting with big huge screen TV. Mechanics are top notch . Good pricing on tires. Fastest 15 mins I've seen on a oil change . And tire rotation. Service with a smile and perseverance.I'm bringing all of my vechils here .
