If I can leave a -1 star I would, came in to get an oil change for my 2022 f-250 with 15k on it and when I walked out to my truck ready it had literally a quart of oil leaking because the lube tech didn t install an oil filter so my undercarriage of the truck is all filled with oil then tells me to leave it another day to wash the undercarriage and the engine bay they washed the body of the truck and didn t touch the undercarriage or the engine bay and I still have oil drips leaking from under my truck

Outstanding! They need to update their ERP to account for purple who've been buying parts and getting service there for 3 decades!

The last two times my husband has scheduled an appointment with this quicklane in hopes of quick service. Each time he checks in he ends up with over a 2 hour wait Our previous Ford Dealership was fantastic about honoring appointments and getting you on with your day in less than an hour. But here, they don t even check you in, in fact 3 hours after your appointment time you ll get an email notifying that you missed your appointment.Also my shield has been disconnected on the front passenger side and has been brought to the service coordinator s attention the last 2 times, and been ignored and not passed onto the techs. Some of the poorest customer service out there.Would give 0 if I could.Service: Oil change

Went here for about 7.5 years, and everything was great. In the past year or so, service and quality have tanked. 4 terrible visits for 2 services, I'm never going back!Update. The brake and tire job that prompted this review.1. They lost my wheel locks and blamed it on me.2. It took 3 weeks, and their tech calling discount tire to figure out the part number for the tire was discontinued.3. The brakes they installed had chaffing noises since they performed the work. I was told by their staff that the issue wasn't obvious and to wait for it to become more pronounced. The brakes have now failed, 10 months after installation, and they are refusing to accept any responsibility.

I showed up without an appointment because the website says no appointment necessary . At first the service advisor told me it was going to take 3 hours which I can kind of understand considering it was busy but then she told me the cost of the oil change would be $160.00. I questioned this because the last time I came I paid about $110.00 with a tire rotation but when I asked the service advisor about it she just said oil prices have gone up . I don t know if prices are the same at every location but I called a different quick lane and they told me full-synthetic would only be $89.99 so I took my keys back and had it done at that location instead. I won t be coming back to Red Mccombs for service again. I think the service advisors name was Raleigh, and it honestly felt like she just didn t want me to stay for the oil change since they were busy and she tried to get me to leave with the long wait time and overpriced oil change and she succeeded.

Second time I m here for an oil change and it takes more than 3 hours. Personnel are nice enough but this will be the last time I come here.

Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Only issue, they only have one iPad to check you in, so had to wait 25 minutes to get the service started.

Decent service.They do a full inspection with report card so it takes a bit longer than a quick lube place
