I used their new mobile service for an oil change and tire rotation. It was the best vehicle maintenance experience I've had in a long time! Jonathan and his crew were very professional, the pricing is really fair, and it was about as convenient as it can get! I will absolutely continue to use this service.

We've been using Quick Lane at Northside with 4 vehicles I've bought at Northside. This service center hasn't changed in 10+ years from my perspective as a customer. You have no idea if your oil change will take 30 minutes or 4 hours.I wish they would catch up with the times and make ability to reserve a place or schedule service online.

Mechanics need to check out vehicles with a test drive before giving them back. I had issues with my brakes after they fixed them. But after 5 minutes of driving it, it corrected itself. But they shouldn't give it back to the customer like that.

Quick Lane Service is getting 5 stars from me.Came in on my lunch break. Had a flat on my brand new car 2022 Explorer. Tire pressure only said 19. Big screw in it....They were the closes Ford dealer and I had my warranty. They fixed it without a question. I was out in 30 minutes. The quick lane service was amazing. They even check all my other tires.

I recently visited QuickLanes for an oil change service for my car, expecting them to perform the oil change, top off fluids, conduct a multi-point inspection, check the brakes, and provide a car wash.Beforehand, I marked my car tires to ensure they would perform a tire rotation.Unfortunately, they kept my car for a whole day, citing their busy schedule. The following day, I had to call them to inquire about my car's readiness, but instead of returning my call, I received a text message notifying me that my car was ready.Upon inspecting my car, I noticed it was still dirty, indicating that no car wash had been done. Furthermore, when I checked the tires, I was disappointed to find that only the left side of 2 tires had been rotated, despite my prior markings. When I confronted the Service Consultant, he initially insisted that all tires had been rotated, but when I mentioned the markings, he began making excuses.Upon arriving home, I inspected the other fluids, and to my dismay, none of them had been filled. This made me doubt if they had indeed performed the oil change. When I tried to reach the Service Manager to address these issues, he was unreachable. Frustrated by the whole experience, I decided to file a complaint with Ford.I strongly advise others to be cautious of North Side Ford and Quick Lane oil change, as my experience with them left much to be desired.Beware of such unscrupulous practices.

I've been coming here for years now and I don't take my Ford vehicles anywhere but here. So far I've always had a great service only thing is they do take long but besides that everything is great.

The Quick Lane staff was very friendly and accommodating during my visit. Javier Lopez took care of the work I needed done and provided some additional work that might be due on my vehicle in the near future.

I have been taking my truck to NSF Quick Lane for the full service oil change since purchasing the vehicle new. Every multipoint inspection report card has been green (good) Week after receiving another green inspection report I noticed grinding noise coming from rear of vehicle. I take back to quick lube and the Service advisor informs me that the brakes and rotors are pretty much gone and need to be replaced. I told them that could not be, every multipoint inspection I have received stated I had plenty of breaks left, he checked his records and said there was no record of the breaks being that bad, he would not admit that they never checked in the first place but did agree to cover the rotors and I had to pay for the new break pads. Had discount tire check the tires and they were pretty sure they have never been rotated. Buyer beware, you pay for the works multi point inspection but they do not even bother to preform all that is included. Worst Quick Lube facility in town.Service: Oil change

I went there to get a quote about adding comfort riding leaf springs. I even called and never received a return call.

Fast this time, usually very busy, less busy this time. IMO this is the best place to go, got oil change and tire rotation with semi synthetic for $45 plus taxes, $54. I bring my Hyundai here too with no issues.

Went in to get an oil change in their Quick Lane, without an appointment on a Saturday at 11 am. I brought a book, expecting a long wait. They had me out in under two hours, with the "Works" package, including rotating the tires and the full systems inspection. Clean, comfortable waiting area, courteous staff, and the price was favorable.2nd time I've use them for minor issues, and they are making me a believer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don t do reviews but I cannot believe the service I was given. Absolutely horrible, I ve never had such bad service and customer service. The man that helped me named Mike didn t answer his phone for over three weeks until I asked for his supervisor, then he suddenly got my calls. Even at that once I got my vehicle back, they missed a part and had to inconveniently schedule another appointment. Then once again no answers, left voice mail. And that day I showed up and he was in his office on his cell phone. But he couldn t return my call? I went in to check on my car. That was apparently been ready. Ford lost my service completely. This is my 6th new vehicle and will be my last from this dealership. They need nicer and more professional employees. Not making their customers do their job and still have to deal with someone who didn t even apologize.

They will tell you that an appointment is not needed for an oil change service but it really is or your looking at a 4-6 hour wait. Which is amazing. I bought my truck here and hoped like other brands I have owned to service it here. However that is impossible with wait times like that how do they do anything. When I had a Chevy Cavender was hour or two wait. When I had my Toyota hour or two. Both with wait rooms beyond Northsides budget building. Its insane to think they will be my choice going forward for service, new car purchase and oil change. Lets note- I am on my second oil change cycle. Northside Ford change your oil change name it doesn't fit the "service" you provide.Service: Oil change

Northside does take a good care of customers. Been going to their service for the past 6 years. Gary Conn is an amazing and attentive service advisor to meet your vehicle's needs. He's always calm and is good with communicating with me as to keep my updated on my vehicle. Rather than having to rent a car, which wasn't necessary for , they offered me a courtesy Lyft ride from Northside to my house. Then when my truck was ready to picked up, I didn't have a ride to Northside because my wife had to work, which is no big deal and Northside provided another courtesy Lyft ride to pick me up from my house to drop me off at Northside. Wow that was a great customer experience and was please with their service. They have always been consistent and you won't be disappointed!

2.5 hours to repair a time on a day that was not busy. 3 Service advisors at their desk scrolling on their phone. Hopefully others will have a better visit.

They scratched the side of my truck and just gave me a discount on my oil change. Never visiting that place again. For sure buying my new truck somewhere else.

If your wanting quick service here it's not going to happen. Minimum wait time is 2 hours for an oil change and any other service is longer. So bring a lunch if your going to sit or better yet have someone drop your off and wait at home.

My wife and I had a horrible experience, we went in on Saturday, found an expedition that my wife fell in love with, settled on a price, signed paperwork and put $2,000.00 down, sounds like a good day right?Well on Monday they call my and say my monthly payments are going to be over $200.00 more than discussed, and there was nothing they could do for me. And we just can t afford that.It s outrageous that they would do business this way.Do not trust what they say.

You purchase an almost $70,000 vehicle and bring it in for a recall and some other concerns and they tell you they will have to keep vehicle for 2 weeks and no longer have any loaners. Seriously. This is my 7th vehicle purchased from Northside Ford but starting to question their business practices and customer loyalty and service.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Stood in front of 3 employees for 5 minutes. Presence never acknowledged. I was the only one standing in front of the counters. I will be driving 3 hours to Houston to service my Ford at my original purchase location rather than give this place one red cent.

Super ripoff experts. Went in because there was an alarm going off in my Ranger. They charged me $900 for $80 part that takes twenty minutes to change out, and they didn t reset the alarm that keeps going off.Super lame service, I drove back right after I picked up the cat because off the alarm still going off and they told me to come back the next week. The people that work in the service department have no respect for their customers time. I ll not go back there.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Quality and efficient service. They explain everything wrong, if applicable, with your vehicle. If you don't know much about cars they will talk to tou in ways you can understand. Top notch customer service......you can't ask for better. Will be a regular customer from now on.

Walked in asked for some help and recommendations. If you want them to do what they do fine but don't expect hospitality or extra assistance. They want to get you in and out of there which I didn't appreciate at the end when I was pushed to pay and practically hurried out the door.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil changeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Could have been just me, but their inspection and mine dont match up. Additionally, the hours quoted and jobs required are drastically different. Seems that they take much more of a "think this might be broken... let's replace it". Quoted 30+ hrs for an actual 3 hr job. I have zero faith in this shop.

I wanted to purchase a replacement for the door handle on the driver's side door on my Ford F250. They gave me an estimate of $800 to $900 dollars to do this. This is nothing but robbery for themselves. I went to another Ford dealership and had it all done for under 450. There are crooks working at Northside Ford and their management doesn't know it.

I have been here twice for tune up and tires, they have been less expensive than let s say Christian Brothers. Adam gave me options on pricing and never felt like I was rushed to make a choice like let s say Big O tires.Service: TiresService: Tires

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I paid $5,300.00 for a transmission change, the day after they gave me my supposedly "fixed" vehicle, it stopped working in the middle of the road, so I paid a tow truck to take my vehicle so that they would fix the error, They gave me the vehicle supposedly "fixed" and for the third time I took it back because it was making a strange noise and all because they had not installed the transmission correctly! I stopped taking my vehicle to any auto shop because I want to make sure I have a good service, I preferred to take it to the Dealership where I originally bought my vehicle thinking that it is the best and most professional option, definitely any repair shop would have been better than Northside Ford!Adding that I have only been with my vehicle for 3 years and a transmission change had already been made, definitely POOR QUALITY VEHICLES!!!
