Awful time management. I have tried to get service here 3 times now. The 1st, the girl on the phone misbooked me and put me in the quicklane when the truck needed recall work, I was forced to come back another day. The 2nd, I arrived for an oil change and was told a 3hr wait, but if I made an appointment it would be only 1 hour. I made an appointment for the following week for an oil change. When I arrived... You guessed it, a 3 hour wait. What is the point of making an appointment. They can't honor my time, so they no longer get my business

Great experience with John S. And other members of the team. Had an outer door handle replaced. Price was fair and service was timely. Had to take it back in for rattling inside the door, but they fixed it on the spot without hassle. Always willing to help and not looking to rip off the customer with unnecessary repairs.

If you're ever in need of great assistance buying a set of tires, go see James Huron. He was very helpful and he took the time to meet my needs. The rest of the staff were also amazing. I would give this location 5 stars had it not been for the 3 hour wait and they couldn't figure out how to put my wheel caps back on. Other than that, overall, really good service. I'm tippin my fishin cap to Quick Lane, Jordan Ford Location on I.H. 35!

Slower than every other oil change place I've gone to, but they do it correctly without issue. Faster if you have an appointment, but definitely don't recommend waiting for a walk in.

James at quick lane went way above and beyond to help me. I had a diesel league while traveling through San Antonio he fixed it at 5 o'clock on a Friday afternoon
