They estimated 3-4 business days then took over 2 weeks just for them to raise the estimated price over 1000 . My car drove home then broke down again I had to take it somewhere else to get it running after paying way to much money for it to be fixed . They put glue over a hose that had a hole in it . They took forever and not good work for the amount I paid . they didn t put the tires on right they are grinding when you brake or turn . The radiator was all the way unscrewed. They did everything cheap and easy but I paid for everything to be done right and my car to be running everyday we find something new that they messed up .

We are grateful for the services that have been provided to us. Carmen and Joe have been thorough with our vehicle. This is our first accident and didn't know what to do. Carmen was with us every step of the way. We are grateful for Pronto's Collision and gained amazing friends along the process. After I received my estimate from my insurance I called pronto told them my situation the lady provided me great information that I needed. Once I got there I was greeted and welcomed everyone was so nice. They informed me about the process of my car. After I dropped off my car Raymond called me and kept me updated which provided me with relief. Once I received my car it looked brand new couldn t even tell that it was damaged. They even cleaned the inside and outside. I definitely recommended. They provided me great service and didn t disappoint me.

Wish I could give 0 stars they did an awful job door handle is all messed up, didn t screw on bumper correctly, radiator not attached properly, paint isn t even buffed, and took over a month just to get that done. Owner has attitude and tried to charge more than quoted even though they didn t do anything right.

They have the most amazing staff there! They have help me to fix my front end of my car! The body work man my car look brand know! And they we re very reasonable!!

The manager and employees went above and beyond to help me. They dropped me off at the rental car place and when I realized I didn t have my wallet they came back and got me!I drove home to get it and they brought me back to the rental car place and waited until they were sure I had the keys to the rental in my hand!The quality of work was excellentThe professionalism was amazing and I highly recommend them for any needs you may have

Empower alinsco was supost to pay them..and my insurance didn't pay them..now that woman have an attitude with me ..if i dont pay..they take my car away or make me pay double for the work..they had a agreement with insurance..not with me...THE PAINT HAVE LINES ON IT..LOOKS LIKE POLISH MACHINE MARKS OR GRINDER MARKS WHEN YOU PARK CAR IN THE SUN...NOT GOOD JOB AFTER THE WAY YIU GUYS TREATED ME

Price is reasonable: however, with the level of service provided the price becime less an element of concern. U've been with them for over 20 years.
