Don t buy a BMW at this dealer. They didn t care customer. We bought a 2021 X1, we only drove 3 days. It stoped working. We don t have any accident. The car stop on the middle of road. We called the sales team. They never solve our problems.

Alan Hernandez is the best car dealer in Texas! He did a great job with selling my sister her 2020 X3 BMW! The environment was very clean and the set up of the cars in the building were awesome! The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Overall great experience. Thanks Alan!

The finance department was good but we had to wait a looong time to get our vehicle. Got there around 3:30 and didn t leave until 8. This was on a Saturday so it was a little busy, but even after finishing up our paperwork we still had to wait over two hours for them to wash and refuel our car. Unacceptable.

Hands-down, the best customer service experience I ve had between all the car dealerships I ve dealt with in the past!! I m from Laredo, Texas, and unfortunately, there s no BMW dealership here therefore fire getting my i8 serviced is a hassle to start with . After taking my car several times to the dealership in McAllen Texas. (Bert Ogden) I was in satisfied with the service and neither did the results meet my expectations, so I was very hesitant when coming to San Antonio and giving Principle a shot, upon arrival I was introduced to my service advisor Ryan Mararac, who guided me from start to finish, and we need to take care of me and my needs, answered any question I had, and it exceeded my expectations, in-service, and results of my car. They even towed my car from Laredo on the way to San Antonio and back!!! I will definitely be heading back for any service that is needed on my car!

Second time I've had poor service. Have left a "please return my call" twice with the voice mail of a service advisor by the name of "Paul" and not received a call back. Last year I had to find my car on the ready line after never being informed it was ready. The service manager did get back to me on that one with an apology....FWIW.

The facility is top-notch as well as the staff. We were treated royally by all. Our hats off to the best car buying experience ever. Chris Lee was/is the absolute best at his job. My wife and I were kept abreast from the beginning clear through the end of this purchasing experience. Big thanks to all for such a pleasant experience.

I only went there twice, the first time was to schedule for my car service and the second was for my apt. Richard M. Who was my service advisor was too notch! Hands down one of the best service advisors I had ever dealt with in my experiences with getting cars serviced. He was friendly and knowledgeable, along with keeping me in the loop with all the issues and pricing etc that was going on with my car and very honest. The only thing I don t like is to me I don t feel like the service waiting area is welcoming and I don t like having to look out for my car when picking up. So I told the receptionist that I was there to pick up my car, she said ok they are bringing it down keep an eye out for it. I feel like whether it s someone from the lanes or the receptionist but I mean I feel like they can just call out the last name or something, just my opinion. I ended up waiting longer than expected because there were so many cars that I missed mine but otherwise everyone is friendly and the experience was good. I will always request Richard!

Go see Ramone. I've bought a lot of cars in the past, Ramone is truly an exception sales rep that cares about his clients and genuinely a great person.

Moved to SA and made service appt for my Mini. Had my appointment cancelled by Principle by text out of nowhere due to "lack of courtesy vehicles" even though I didn't request nor do I require a courtesy vehicle. I tried to see if I could still have my service done as schedued since I had already gotten the time off from work. The communication back with me was poor and unclear. It really felt like they just didn't want the work. So I decided I'll use another service provider with better communication and no history of randomly canceling service appointments without cause.

To be honest, I've never witnessed customer service at this high standard. I really didn't expect to be treated so kindly, with such professionalism, and at such reasonable prices!I don't own a new BMW. I bought a very used one from a local family owned auto dealer. I feel like Principle treated my very used Bimmer with the same respect as any other vehicle that go through their service department. I should have left this review a lot sooner than I did. They deserve it.

I am very upset with this place. When I purchased my vehicle, I got an oil change plan added through a third party. The first time I went, they were saying I don t have it and they can t find it. Finally they talked to my finance guy and found it after a couple hours. They said they would make a note on my account. Well I go again today and sure enough, the note was not made. They have to go to the finance department again, and see I have a third party account on there. But sure enough that third party is closed on the weekends. So I had to pay out of pocket for something I m already paying for. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Absolute worst dealership I ve ever been to. Bought a vehicle here last year and still have yet to receive the title. No one has any answers and you are always transferred to a voice mailbox. Stay away from this dealership. DONT SHOP HERE!!!!

Best Customer Service from a dealership that I have ever had. Stephan Martinez helped me so much when my car broke down. We aren't even from San Antonio and Stephan did everything he could and got me a loaner car to get us back to Ft. Worth and then insured my car was fixed as soon as possible.

We were in SA visiting our daughter who had recently relocated. As we were leaving town Saturday morning for Houston our suspension went out and we barely made it to Principle BMW of SA. Ryan Watson met us in the Service bay and completely took care of us. We were afraid of being stuck in SA (no rental cars) or having to pay a fortune for a rental, but Ryan hooked us up with a loaner and BMW of SA had our car repaired in short order! Thanks for the 5 Star service - exactly what I would hope for from BMW!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Due to construction all over San Antonio, I've had to get my tires and wheels repaired (and replaced) quite often during the past year. I just have to say, Juan Cantu is amazing! He's given me first class service every single time and gets my issues resolved very quickly. He also keeps me posted on progress so I'm not wondering when I'll get my vehicle back. Outstanding representative of BMW and Principle Auto!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

This is an experience I had with Service at BMW of San Antonio. I have been servicing multiple vehicles here so this is a belated review; however one particular service advisor shined during my recent service.Came on a Saturday during their walk-in service between 0800-1030 for a last-minute oil change prior to my new assignment in less than 5 days away from home and had the pleasure of dealing with Angel Negron, one of the most amazing advisors I've ever dealt with. Not only did he understood my time constraints, he was able to get me into a loaner (keep in mind loaners require at least 2 weeks in advance scheduling) so I could continue to do my errands with my hectic schedule on base/in clinic and in the hospital. Unfortunately my tyre was found to have a nail; though I had my personal tyre shop that could fix it cheaper, he was up front about the cost and was open to me taking the car back and bringing it to my own tyre shop. I ultimately decided to allow him to change the tyres not only because he worked extremely hard to get all the tyres in on-time, asked his upper management to get me a discount, and even remembered to stow one of the tyres (which was still good at 7/32 but I decided to replace all of them) in the back of my trunk as a backup. Last but not least, I trust their extremely well-trained BMW Certified technicians on my ///M car more than any other non-BMW specialized shops. They even provide great quality videos after inspecting your vehicle and show you their concerns about your loved vehicle; top notch use of technology. I also learned that Angel used to be a porter so he definitely worked from ground up and understands the dealership more than a typical advisor. We had a communication gap and instead of arguing with me, he admitted that he was at fault and immediately gave me a solution that I agreed to. That shows amazing ethic and character.Yes, you pay a little more at the BMW dealership for service, and I choose to. Why? Think about the loaner vehicles (if you rent any BMW at Hertz, Avis, or Enterprise it would be at least, if not more than $100/day), the beautifully remodeled showroom, the coffees, drinks and waters that they offer. If you can't afford the prices, maybe you shouldn't be buying a BMW, let alone a luxury car. Statistically most people who are disgruntled about pricing overspent on their vehicle and thus pinch pennies with everything else. The dealership has to utilize their financial resources to maintain everything that their customers enjoy! In return as appreciation of them getting me the loaners that I desire (usually you can't pick but sometimes they allow me to), I always return their loaners washed up and with a full tank of gas, even if was not full when given to me. And more frequently than I care to admit, sometimes I love the loaners so much that I actually buy one. It's win-win for both.Because Angel's incredible work, great communication, as well as candor, I will definitely come back to BMW San Antonio for my future Ultimate Driving Machine service needs. Keep up the good work Angel & BMWSA!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance

Took my car in for diagnostics on a vibration coming from the front of my car, Bmw diagnostic said my transfer case failed and quoted 8,800 for a replacement, took my car to Protech automotive and they diagnosed my car AGAIN and my transfer case was FINE! Protech replaced Front differentials/ cv axles for only 2,800 , not to mention Protech only quoted me 4,800 for a new transfer case and labor . San Antonio Bmw dealership is a joke! My bmw 328i in now running smoothly no thanks to bmw dealership

This place cares only about $$$.Customer service is not even an option. Truly a BAD place to service and repair your BMW. They will tell you about repairs you really don't need, they get a "quota" how to milk customers. And finally their prices are astronomical. There are at least six shops in town specializing in BMW that will do a much better job at less then HALF the price. I own an x5 and had to use them after buying it but finally realized to AVOID.
