I had a difficult electrical problem with my car. When I took it to Prime Time and they were all terrific and treated me like an old friend even though it was my first visit. Dee started diagnosing my problem as soon as he opened for the day. He was thorough and knowledgeable and very methodical. Dawn in the office came out to the parking lot and took down my contact information and offered to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. Dee called me about 2:00 PM and told me my car was ready and Dawn would be by to pick me up shortly. My bill was only $70 for all of the work they did. If you re looking for an honest, reliable and friendly shop with very reasonable prices, you can t beat Prime Time Automotive. I highly recommend them.

Prime time is a one of the few remaining honest mechanic shops that isn't after your money. I was welcomed from the start, went in to inquire on air bag sensor wire harness repair costs. They don't specialize in the system so they let me use some of their tools and worked with me to knock it out (I provided the repair kit). Tried to pay them for being such amazing people but they were satisfied with just helping me out. This has been the shop I have been looking for in San Antonio and the staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable with years of racing experience. (2017 Ram 1500)

Such a quick and great experience here with Dee and Joe. Dee was quick to answer the phone and knew exactly what I was implying what needed to be fixed when giving him a few hints on the electrical part for my ac. He provided a quote, timeframe, & availability all within a 3 minute conversation. Super cool guys and wish I would ve found them sooner for my car needs. Thank you!Service: Electrical

I looked up auto electric repair near me and found this place with great reviews. I called and spoke with Dee who gave me an appointment. It took him less than 10 minutes to trace the shorted wire and he fixed it in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. I had been at a different auto shop that wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount just to diagnose the problem. I paid less than that to fix the problem at Prime Time Automotive! Dee and his coworker did an excellent job and I could not be happier. And oh, they also do general auto repair including mechanical work. This place is fantastic.Service: Electrical

I have been going to Prime Time for many years. Dee and his crew are amazing. They will diagnose the issue and will promptly get back with you with an estimate. They are fast and fair. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Been a customer for over 20 years.

Went to several different supposedly 4star mechanic shops & all said my truck was good no codes even tho I got a code at auto zone any ways Dawn also was so sweet she called me back an got me in so I came here and they found out my problem in no more then 3 minutes all the workers were very friendly even showed me the part that was bad. I found these guys after searching Google and noticing that they had a 5-star rating I gave them a try. They exceeded my expectations and are both just awesome men and amazing humans! And they know what they're doing!Don't bother going anywhere else just come here to get the job done right and it's a reasonable price! We had an electrical problem in our car and worked on this for 2 weeks. We took it here and they not only figured it out the same day, but were very reasonable in price. This is a great shop. The guy, Dee, seems extremely knowledgeable and honest. Great place to take your car.

These technicians I can't tell you how knowledgeable, great at diagnosing, and fair /honest priced. I have visited 3 different automotive shops, paid for 2 diagnostic fees, and still had the same problem with 2004 nissan titan backfiring.I read Google reviews, saw the high ratings and said let me try them see if they can help me. So much time and money spent with no being able to tell me what was wrong. Trust the reviews, they are there for a reason!I cannot thank you enough for figuring out and resolving my issue. Finally my truck drives right and I will be back in the future for any of my automotive needs. If I could give you 10 stars I would! Thanks Joe and Dee.

Great mechanic. I have been using him since 2009 when he rebuild my transmission do you to another mechanic dropping my speedometer gear into my transmission. He's reliable and he's determined to find out what's wrong with the car. Best of all anything he fixes is under 100% warranty.

Dee has corrected a/c issues on my 1987 Benz which other techs couldn't do in Houston over thirty years.Outstanding mechanical work is performed at Primetime Automotive.
