we haven't been here in a while but on April 3rd 2024 we went there after 5:00 p.m. and after getting the parts we needed. there was the guy that drives the truck that takes people to the to the front. his name is Richard he's a bald-headed man, while we were walking out he threatened us with calling the cops if we didn't leave, he's approach was unjustly rude. " The lady at the register had an attitude also. They guy needs to educate himself and be more polite. No matter if people are leaving the store late, a professional and polite approach goes along way.

Great place.. has never let me down on parts I ve needed.. considering my tight finances I couldn t see myself buying brand new. So buying used vehicles Pick n Pull comes through my fixing when parts are needed Pick n Pull bought me lunch with hidden treasure. Found a winning $20 lotto ticket pulling a seat back..

Recently needed multiple parts. Prices on most items were very good. Lot had multiple vehicles available that had most the parts I needed. Many 00-10 vehicles. Website inventory search was fairly accurate, which made finding vehicles that had the parts I needed much easier and avoided wasting a trip out to the yard.Drink machines were a life saver, were working great, stocked and ice cold in the near 100 degree heat. Staff was friendly on every visit, answered questions about pricing on parts.Will be visiting again, been getting a car running again, but will return to upgrade or refurb other parts to make the vehicle look better.Glad we have a place like this in San Antonio.

Hands down the best price for parts from a used part place or a junkyard. Although you must be the first few people to get to the car if you want to get the part that you want. The best way to do that is to check for new cars on every Friday on the Facebook page for Pick-n-Pull San Antonio. They also have a old slash classic car section that's only open on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 12:00. They open at 8:30. From 10:00 they have a service that can take you close to the vehicle in the yard.

This place is so wonderful. I always find all the parts I need for any car. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. Pricing is reasonable in all parts. I recommend this place to anybody mechanic or not.

I got charged twice today. I believe I m supposed to get a refund because the cashier charged me for some parts I didn t want. Once I get my refund I ll change my review. Calling tomorrow to clarify what exactly happened during the transaction.

Definitely this place is great! Staff is Professional... Lots to choose from! I've been coming here for years.. And it's always great! I really like this yard! II like to find all the parts I need at a great price!!! I like that a lot!!! Laura helped me out a lot! Great customer service here! I'll be coming back for sure! I like coming here.... Pick it, pull it - easy peasy!

Great selection of most vehicles that you need. Very hassle-free! The only downside was that their shuttle does not start until 10:00 a.m.

Had a terrible experience!!!!!!! Had been waiting a whole week to have my vehicle picked up. Provided the info they requested, times I was available. They not in the interest of making money but wasting people's time. Will NEVER do business with them again!!!!!!!!

I was looking for a driver side mirror and left with a complete center console for my car!! The right parts and at the right price!! I m glad I came when I did because I know the parts would not last long! Friendly staff helped me out too!! Mari and Joe were very helpful I will definitely be coming back!

Called and confirmed they had my car, drove 1.5 hours there and back for nothing, out gas, time and the 2 dollar fee.they lied about having my car, and then tried to gaslight me about it on the way out. "The lady didnt tell you we had your car"they keep a security guard there at the exit, so you dont make a big stink out of being scammed, as if i would lose my temper against scammers, ill just leave a review.

Came to Pick-N-Pull today to see if we could find some seats for my Astro van and found some right away at a great price within my budget always a great deal at Pick-n-Pull and the staff was very helpful

Picking pull was amazing. Had everything I needed. Customer service was great. They were more than helpful with information. I wouldn t recommend any other place for used auto parts other than picking pull San Antonio Texas.

Nice yard. Yard is pretty clean and organized with locations signs and maps throughout the yard, staff is Kool but the best part is that alot of the yard is on asphalt.

Very helpful employees. Reasonable price on parts. And good variety of trucks cars make and models to find parts from. Very organized lot as well. (Photo) is ford focus I pulled intacted parts from at the time.
