Sam and his team always take great care of my vehicle. I m the original owner of a 2004 Crossfire and I wouldn t have anyone else work on it!

The hood on my car was not popping up when I pulled on the release. A friend whose opinion I trust recommended this shop.At the shop the owner came out to the car and immediately opened the hood by pulling on the cable inside the car with a pair of pliers. He told me the problem would be fixed with a new cable, a repair of one hour. A sign in the office said the labor rate for my car (a 2011 Toyota Venza) was $145/hour. High, I thought, about as much as the dealer, but I agreed to have the work done. Three days later the cable came in, and we set a time for the next day to bring the car in.I was charged $322 to replace the cable. Specifically, $261 for labor, $45 for the cable, and $17 for the hood release handle. When I asked why labor was so high, the shop owner denied ever saying the work would take one hour. He had. In fact, it was a surprise to hear the work would take as long as an hour for a simple and quick repair. (Unless you're 76 years old, when nothing is simple and quick.)To mollify me, I was given a military discount of ten percent off the labor charge, bringing the total to $296, which I paid in full before leaving.I had hoped to make this shop my go-to garage for all future car problems.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I have a 2012 BH Genesis 5.0 that threw a rod. Called Sam, got a quote, and replaced minor incidentals(thermo, plugs, etc.) + full engine swap. Price was relatively close to quote, and done quickly. He filled the engine with a KR-specific oil, and even replaced exhaust bolts that had rusted. Brought the car in next day after getting a engine code, and diagnosing it myself. Car was fresh off a engine swap, so I wanted to make sure I was right. He not only diagnosed it correctly, but manage to locate a TSB that I was unable to find straight from Hyundai. It's rare to find mechanics these days that actually do good work. Can't recommend more highly.

Sam did an excellent job on my A/C compressor replacement. Not many shops left with their level of personal service and commitment to your satisfaction. Fair price, and got it done in a day.

Sam and the guys had to improvise to complete the job and they did exceptional. I broke down in San Antonio and found them on google maps. I was going to a different shop, just thought I should double-check. Turned out Pharaoh was less than 2 miles from where I broke down and they specialized in BMWs. When I told the wrecker guy I had changed to Pharaoh he said I had made a great choice ... ;D He was right

Sam is awesome! I normally do all my repairs but I was pressed for time so I took it to them the best decision I've made with my 2011 gl450 he found the problem (starter) and fixed it for a reasonable price also ran the codes and cleared them. He is always there when I have a question and is up front and knowable about I'm sure any vehicle. If I can't fix it there will be no other place I will take any of my vehicle but to Sam and his team. Thank you Pharaoh Imports!!!! Sam and his team have been our repair shop for about five years are we are never disappointed with the results. He is fair and honest and upfront with his estimates. He works with you on what is important to keeping you car safe & what your vehicle needs at that moment. I highly recommend Pharaoh Imports to anyone!

I reviewed the suspension issue with Sam and he agreed to take the ML350 in for the Torsion Bars installation.I was not expecting to have the SUV back for 3 days but he returned in 2 days which was appreciated.The SUV is driving sturdy without swaying from side to side like before.My wife is happy and she is now driving her beloved ML again.Great Job by Sam and his team, plus the price was satisfactory meaning not much compare to today's prices.Thank you.RudolphService: Steering & suspension replacement

The check engine light on my 2010 Honda Pilot started flashing and it was evident by the way the vehicle was driving that there was a misfire occurring. We were 1.5 hours away from our town and googled auto repair services. Pharaoh Imports & Exotics had the highest rating with 178 reviews. The owner Sam took the call and was very friendly. They typically only accept repairs and services by appointment only but made an exception when he heard my situation. He originally estimated that it would take 3 hours to repair my vehicle but he immediately knew what the problem was and got me out within 1.5 hours. I had previously taken the vehicle in to another repair shop for the same problem and was charged $1000 for a valve adjustment which did not fix the problem. The warning light indicating my battery wasn't charging came on the evening before I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change. Sam diagnosed a bad alternator and was able to get it replaced, and do the oil change, to get me safely back to work as soon as possible. He also pointed out a leak in my battery so I could try to get it replaced under warranty. Pharaohs probably knows my car better than me at this point. I ve had my vehicle in there multiple times for different reasons and everytime I get it back the work is amazing and car is running better than ever. Sam is very professional and knows how to run an automotive repair business. I have taken our car to Sam & Pharaoh for the past several years. They solved problems my last service mechanic was unable to handle. Sam has an A-1 operation. Since this SUV is the transportation my wife uses when we have our 3 grandchildren it is very important that the vehicle is in perfect working condition. Sam has made sure of this. The quality of workmanship accompanied by friendly courteous atmosphere will make you a permanent customer. And if that is not enough his prices and smile will certainly make the difference

From the first phone call until I picked my car, Sam the owner, was courteous, professional and straight forward. He gladly worked with me in finding a solution to my car problem and kept me informed as necessary during the repairs. Sam always does an excellent job. He gave the car a test drive to diagnosed the issue, we then made an appointment for the needed repairs. We brought the car in at the appointment time, Sam had the car fixed and ready to go the same day as promised.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Sam is very responsive when I call. He assesses the issues and his mechanics fix the problems right the 1st time. I had 2 engine oil leaks in different places which they fixed a few months ago and the engine hasn't had an oil leak since. Last week they fixed the actuator to the twin turbo that was malfunctioning. Sam got my car in right away and 2 hours later it was repaired while I waited! I drove the car to Florida the next day because I trusted the repair that they did was right! No more engine malfunction warning signs! Problem fixed!! I found Sam at Pharaoh after all Alfa Romeo dealers in San Antonio closed and I needed a repair. Sam is extremely thorough and goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers. Replace ignition coil, change all spark plugs, replace oil filter and general tune up. Sam and his team are outstanding. Friendly, professional, honest and great prices. I have a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte SQ4. Outside of the dealerships, it is difficult to find someone who is experienced with or will even work on Maserati. I had taken my vehicle to another repair shop and wasted a lot of time and money. Sam and his technicians at Pharoah Imports and Domestics are the real deal. They know imports and know my car well. Not only that, they are very hospitable and listen to you as you explain the problem. Sam is a class act and goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They don't try to fix something that is not borken and their prices are fair. My son recently had his heavily modified 2015 Volkswagen Golf Autbahn in for a clutch assembly replacement. Just a great job. This was an unusual situation with no OEM parts that fit. Sam made an exception and removed the old clutch and installed the special after market clutch assembly kit my son purchased. Great job and really helped my son at a fair price. I recently bought a use Mercedes C63 AMG from a boutique dealership in Austin but in the first month it got an engine manifold leak error. Sam really thoroughly dug into the causes and even found some additional issues. I love how Sam emails photos and calls every step of the way because I was then able to take my car back to the dealership with his photos & advice to show how the vehicle should never have passed inspection. Sam saved me a ton but then when I needed him for some belts, valves, pulleys, and break work done, he saved me again. I got quotes from the MB dealership and another comparable mechanic but found there was NO comparison. Sam was way more thorough, trustworthy, and affordable! Sam s work and overall service is definitely worth more than his competitors. But Sam please don t change your prices :-) You got a customer for life

My car was giving me trouble speeding up and just wasn't driving right. Took it in to Sam yesterday, he looked at it, told me what was wrong with it, and even filed the claim for me with my extended warranty. He had my car ready to go today & it runs great! This is the second vehicle we have taken to him and job well done both times! Highly recommended!
