I had a last minute walk in oil change at this location, saw the sign advertising a manager s special. It was Saturday night right before closing but the employees said no problem. They took my car, placed on the lift, and immediately notified me of a hazardous situation. My tires, 2 front, were worn to the point of over a foot of the wires being exposed. I was going on a road trip the next day and their keen observation saved me and potentially anyone I could have impacted with tire blowing out. It wasn t an if it happened, it was a when . Ariel and Alexandra took time out of their Saturday night to stay after closing and change my tires. This was above and beyond the duties of their employment. They could have decided they were finished with their shifts and left. Instead they took the moral high road and assisted in avoiding a definite disaster for me. I had my vehicle at 3 shops over the course of a week and none said a thing. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Ariel. Great management sets the tone for the workplace. Thank you. I ll be a repeat customer. You ve got to see the pictures of the tires!

Ariel is great. Very knowledgeable. While I am thankful and appreciative, I didn t like how the mechanic assigned to work on my vehicle decided to walk off and get a snack at Wal Mart before finishing the job. All he had to do was put the tires on. Instead, I had to wait there another 30 minutes for him to mosey back with his bag of goodies, then finish. I may not return.

Ariel is amazing!!! We took our car in for brand new tires and she had it done quicklySuperb customer service. Extremely knowledgeable. Personable and friendly.Would recommend to EVERYONE!!!

Ariel was a great contact here as these vice manager,she did wonderful. Quick service and she even remembered my name. The tech who changed all 4 tires for me did excellent as well... job done right and with great attitudes.

Ariel, the front desk rep for Pep Boys went above and beyond to help me find out when the part was coming in. It was a long saga but we made it to the end and she was so professional and efficient with her mission. Corporate definitely needs to look at her and put her in some type of managerial program to run her own store.

Great Black Friday deal. Spent half as much on the same tires that I almost bought from discount tire who wasn t havent a deal. Great price, decent wait time considering I came in on the afternoon before thanksgiving and nice info on the full inspection.

Jaleen was magnificent, she was very thorough with the details of my vehicle!! She triple checked and had the manager check to make sure she didn't miss anything!! Ariel was also great with helping me get in and out!! These women are great!!!

alexandra is awesome!! she s very respectful and knows so much about vehicles even things I thought I knew I didn t she helped me out so much with fixing my car 100/100 recommend her and the rest of the staff they are all very caring people who take of there customers

The work done was fine overall but took longer than I was told. One of the main reasons I took my car in was not able to be fixed due to parts not being available.I went in to replace my rear door lifts. They are still not fixed as the parts were unavailable. I spent over $1400 to fix other issues which were detailed and photos were made available.I was told my car would be ready by noon the next day It was not completed until after 1:30 pm.Upon leaving, I noticed my antenna cover was missing. After much "let us look for it," reviewing their security footage, and more waiting around, they concluded it was missing when I brought the car in (it was not). It was difficult to actually see (or not) the antenna cover on their footage. There was a lot of "wait while we review the camera" regarding my antenna cover only to be shown grainy footage of my car.

had an appointment at 9AM for a diagnostic, was told it take an hour to 90 mins from now to expect a call. I waited till noon (3 hours since appointment/drop off. They told me they did not look at my car yet. I said oh okay. Another couple hours go by no call I call and they are still diagnosing my car. finally at 3ish I made it clear I need an answer ASAP and the communication should have been better. They told me for tie rods rotation and a new tire it be around $800.1 new tire2 inner tie rodsand an alignment.Im not a car expert but that did not make any sense.Im more upset at the fact this took over 6 hours with no communication and I felt I had to pry answers out of the person on the phone. When I expressed my concerns the receptionist didnt seem to care.

Rip off & con artists. This place will lie to your face and suggest repairs that are not needed to get your money. They give you one price over the phone and then tell you that it didn t include labor. This has happened at other Pep boys as well so I think this is the way they do business now. Do not take your car here unless you want to be ripped off.

I went here when I had the misfortune of a tire popping & luckily I was close enough to drive and they got it fixed within 20 min. The cheapest tire for my VW was like $140 plus $20 for the time spent putting it on. I d highly recommend for tires that s the service I used and they were great!

PEP BOYS wheel alignment service for my passenger cars has always been worthy of receiving 5 Star treatment. They haven't raised their prices for this service in many years which always surprises me. With potholes and sinkholes constantly a burden where I drive, I'm thankful for PEP BOYS and their great people to keep me traveling in a straight line. At a great price too.

We paid nearly $1,000 today and after pick up our family was almost killed in a collision on the interstate. The car stopped on the highway with cars doing well over 65/70 mph. It was smoking from under the hood and then it started making a clicking noise. Then stopped in the middle of the highway. Im so disappointed. I will never in my life bring it back.

Went to this location on January 24th to get new tires and they informed me I needed front brakes so I let them do that as well. The next day I got on the road to drive from TX to NC. When I arrived in NC I kept hearing a scrubbing noise not knowing what it was. When i arrived back to TX I decided to call them and let them know there was an issue and I think they needed to fix it. The first guy I talked to was really rude and was trying to make an appt for a diagnostic test to charge me more money. I decided I wasn t going to go back because he was nasty about it. I brought my car to another service station only for them to see a bolt was left off of the caliper and my rim is damaged because of the scrubbing against it from the caliper. The guys at this service station explained to me that was dangerous and that they are glad I m safe. I drove this car with my young kids, thank god we are ok. Pep boys offered to fix their mistakes and I declined because they were incompetent the first time, why would I let them touch my car again. I won t be back to this location! Stop putting peoples lives at risk!!!

Bought 4 brand new tires, now when I drive 70+ mph steering wheel and from end shakes very bad, took it back, tires got rebalanced and was told everything should be good, car still is shaking. Went back the 3rd time, was told my support bearing on the drive shaft had play in to. Took it to have it checked, mechanic said there is nothing wrong with what PEPBOYS told me. Car still is shaking. Have a feeling they sold me bad tires.

My husband took his company truck to be inspected and to get all new tires. The inspection was done on a Monday, he took it in on Tuesday for the tires to be installed. His appointment was for noon. He asked the front desk cashier/receptionist how long and was told 1-2 hours max. His worksite was very close so he walked back and forth several times to check on the progress and it was finally ready at almost 6pm. He said that at no time was there any sense of urgency or even motivation or activity observed on the employees part, on any of these trips. He even hung around for nearly an hour, twice, to see if he was mistaken about how busy they could have been and there was a lot of standing around and not much else. Nearly 6 hours for 4 new tires? The job was done fine which is why there are 2 stars and not 1. He said there were other customers on both days who all seemed disgruntled. Try a different location and save yourself some time.

Idesi was extremely competent, effective, courteous, and efficient. Not many businesses have staff like that, and we will look forward to relying on Pepboys as long as they have such staff to coordinate through.

I had my car serviced at this location on 8/31/23 I had an alignment and oil change done. They give you a time but they don t commit to the time. I was told my car was going to be ready by 1pm but they were barely pulling my car in by 1pm when I called. I was there when Isaac Esparza (person reviewing below me) incident happened.The manager, tall white husky long guy was out of control, he should not be in charge of any management position if he cannot control his temper/anger. As a customer I understand the feeling of being charged for a service that was not done (that is theft) and as a professional we cannot lose our temper as we are a reflection of company standards and the manager that day failed pep boy s miserable. I need more work done on my vehicle I question the integrity of the shop and the service I will receive from the manager. Is he going to throw paperwork at me too?

Made a appointment online for a oil change,tire rotation and balance.I took my wifes car in at 9am. No courtesy call when car was finished .I also called about 7 times from 1130-230 no one answered.Stopped by and car was done. After paying I inspected my vehicle and noticed tires never did get balanced or rotated but still charged for it.They would not have said anything if I didn't notice.manager on duty 8/31/23 was rude after confronting him about it through my paperwork at me and told me to get out of his store.I then put him in his place got refund and left.

I received an oil change, tire rotation and gas treatment. My appointment was for 10am and I was complete by 11:20 and they were busy.The only thing I ll say is, someone needs to stay on top of the sitting area. I almost offered to clean it up. It wasn t horrible but a wipe down and a broom wouldn t have hurt.It was a good appointment and I ll be back.
