I called to get an estimate over the phone. Gentleman explained why he couldn t. I drove in on my day off. Got my quote and appointment set up in 15 minutes. One week later I Dropped off my suv at 8 am where I was greeted on the front porch. I got a text at noon that my suv was ready. I m am very happy with my entire experience

Pena Bros Upholstery is outstanding. The BEST!! I brought my beautiful 2005 Ford Mustang convertible to Pena Bros because I saw the reviews and everyone else I went to was expensive and didn't give me a real explanation as to what the issues were and what they were going to do. My issue was that the rear window had delaminated from the convertible top; being almost 18 years old it is common for that to occur. Also the top was worn from the weather, especially the Texas sun. Rudy, the owner took a look at it and said that I needed a new top because mine was severely worn. My first thought was that it was going to be killer expensive and he assured me that it would be affordable. He was right, it was very affordable. What I loved about my buying experience, is that Rudy took the time to educate me on everything convertible tops. I found out that I had not taken care of it properly. I was using soap and other chemicals that I thought were compatible for my convertible top and they weren't and eventually led to its demise. He did everything to make my experience, not only enjoyable but educational, and he did all of this calmly and thoughtfully. I was leaving town and asked him if I could leave it at his shop over the weekend, and he said of course. He even parked it in covered parking. It was ready when he said it would be ready. Their turnaround times are a day or two max. When I arrived at his shop, my car was in front waiting for me and it looked like a new car. Rudy had washed and waxed it and even vacuumed it. It was like I had a new 18 year old car. I absolutely loved my experience with Rudy and Pena Bros Upholstery. I recommend this business highly. Thank you Rudy and crew for making my car look new again. Blessings.

STAY AWAY !!!This is what happens when you leave your vehicle to these people.Absolutely, horrible experience.They damaged interior and exterior of my car and they are telling me it happens but we don t take the responsibility. Get the f out here!!!They speak with you like a child that you don t know anything how business works.Not recommend it all.If you don t want your vehicle to be damaged just STAY AWAY!!!

Been in business 38 years. I had my headliner redone and workmanship was excellent. They are extremely friendly and work was done right on time. Recommend this place for your car interior repairs and restoration.

Not happy and very disappointed! I went by the shop on a Monday afternoon and spoke with the older gentleman, Rudy. Showed him photos of the drivers seat I had taken out of the car, removed all trim and un hooked the bottom seat cover. I didn t have the tool to disconnect the seams from the foam so I asked it he could do that and install the new seat cover that I purchased from online. He quoted me $100-$110. I thought that was a bit much, but I wanted a professional look and have it done correctly. I explained that I thought the cover was for the passenger side, but was assured by Rudy (on Monday) that it will fit. Even the seller where I bought the cover said as well that it will fit. When I picked up the seat on Friday, I was charged $162.00 and was told by the younger Rudy that the cover had to be modified. I paid The online seller $150 for the cover and if it needed to be modified I could have returned it. $50 above the quoted price is one thing, but the final results is the other. The photos tell the remainder of the story. The modified piece where they stitched it it already showing signs of the vinyl tearing. Having seen a friend s truck done here, I thought it was a good safe place for upholstery work. I had plans to have a convertible top and door panels redone, as well as door panels on another car done in the future., but this has definitely changed my mind. If I had received a call to explain the modifications I would have likely said go for it since I am selling the vehicle, but the pictures show the disappointment with the quality. If you quote me a price - stick to it! If you can t stick to the price, call the customer to explain. Again, understand what was needed, but no call to explain, and the fact that the piece they modified is tearing does not sit well with me.

Professional customer service and outstanding work! Steve and his team repaired the tear in my driver's seat on my old Tacoma (see photos of before/after) for a fantastic price and made me an appointment the same week I came in for a quote. They made my seat look brand new and even completed the job earlier than expected. Thanks!

Very happy with results. Took our Ford Ranger for headliner replacement. Dropped it off at 9 am, done by 1pm. Highly recommend this business.

Quick and professional service! Had the headliner replaced in one day! AND they returned my car cleaner than I gave it to them.... even though I know that's not part of the deal. It was nice to know they valued my car.

Just got the convertible top and headliner in my 2013 Mustang replaced, went with the upgrade of a true fabric top and they did a fantastic job. I dropped it off yesterday afternoon and it was ready within 24 hours. The work is excellent and they offer an excellent warranty on the workmanship and the top itself has a 4-year product warranty.So if you've got a convertible that needs some TLC these guys can help you out.

Fab experience. I saved $750+ getting my headliner re-done at Pena Bros for my Volvo XC90. Also got to see a sweetly re-upholstered 2004 T-Bird.

Mr. Pena & Steve Pena were amazing, extremely professional & very talented! We took 2 of our vehicles to them for a back seat repair and a front seat repair. Their leather work is on point! We will definitely be taking more projects to them in the future.

Great guys that do great work. They put a new convertible top on my wife's mustang and recovered a couple of door panels in red. Had a couple of minor issues they took care of with a great attitude. Definitely recommend

Had my 2004 mustang top replaced yesterday and it's perfect. Wish I had before pictures to compare. The staff was professional and extremely informative about future care of my car. Reccomend Pena Brother's 100%

Caliber took my vehicle here to fix my headliner and they scratched my seats, also did not fix the headliner just sent it back with another crease.

My dealership referred me here to help with a few areas in my headliner. Louanne is very courteous and helpful, was able to give me prices up front and was even able to get me in the next day! Location is a small, local business that is exceptionally clean & organized, and sometimes like leather when you walk in . Everyone is very friendly and professional and my car was ready before non the next day. The longer looked brand new and flawless. Absolute best experience and I'll be coming back for any future upholstery needs! Will recommend to anyone.

I had a stuck (open) sunroof with my 2005 4-Runner and I spent an hour trying to close it. I was referred to Pena Brothers and Rudy quickly took a look at it and fixed it. I can not say how relieved I was when he worked his magic. Everyone on site was so friendly. Great family business. Strongly Recommend.

Went to get headliner repair , 3 days later passenger side detached. Came back so they can fixed cuz warranty . I walk out with not just the passenger unrepair but 3 more sides detached .

Very personable and knowledgeable. Although they couldn't help me with my car, they made suggestions of possibly what I could try and didn't try to persuade me to do some upholstery work that was pricier for my older car. I appreciated the extra tips.

I took my VW CC to have the headliner replaced. They did an amazing job. My car s interior looks brand new again. They are super professional and know what they are doing! I highly recommend this shop! I m super happy and definitely coming back to them whenever I needed it. :)

Had the headliner of my van replaced. Beautiful job!! First impression of the place was excellent as the grounds are well kept and the office area nice and neat. Steven was kind and explained everything and honored my phone quote. He made sure everything worked on my van before I left such as automatic doors, DVD screen, etc. When I picked up my van the next day the automatic doors did not work and in 10 min or so it was worked on and voil�! Everything worked Perfectly. The headliner looks like factory restored!! During those 10 min I visited with Rudy - such a nice guy. Professional job, fair price. Now you know why the 5 stars.

I had a set of seats I wanted upholstered I took them buy and was told they would call me with quote. Three weeks later no call. I even called and receptionist said she would give him a message still no call. I would not recommend it's a waste of time
