Excellent service and price!!! No appointment required I just pulled up asked for an alignment on my 2011 BMW and he got to work immediately and was done in less than 30 minutes. Amazing work . This was my first time at this place, did an alignment on my Chrysler 300. He did it in less than 30 minutes. That got me thinking if he did a good job. I replaced all of the front suspension on my own, so I know it needed an alignment done. When he was done, I didn't get a paper showing the numbers or graph of alignment. I asked him and he said only if people asked he would give one. He acted like he was doing me a favor on doing what I was paying for. I know other places do more steps to make sure is done correctly.Service: Wheel alignment

I had suspension work and an alignment done at another shop... and she was just not driving right. A long time San Antonian told me about Payo's and he was able to align an old chevy corvette. Great Job!!! Highly recommended...Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

If I can give a 0 star I would. He charged me $35 dollars and claimed my alignment was "perfect". He didn't drive it, he didn't do anything. I had to go to firestone for them to tell me it was actually unaligned.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Payo s Alignment!This is my first time owning a vehicle and I had no idea that my specific vehicle type only required a front-end alignment. As soon as I pulled up and was greeted by an employee, I requested a front and rear-end alignment, but the man informed me that vehicle type only requires a front-end alignment.I have been to a few auto-shops where the employees have charged me for both a front and rear-end alignments without telling me this, and they basically just stole my money.Very honest employees, and EXTREMELY reasonable prices!!! I will not be going anywhere else to get alignments done on my vehicles!Service: Wheel alignment

Came here out of a recommendation for an alignment right before closing time and the operator of the establishment got right to work. The service was fast yet highly efficient, if you re looking for any undercarriage work, I highly recommend you give Payo s a try.

First time there for an alignment.I agreed with the price which it was reasonable. When he got it on the rack, i was told i needed inter tie rods. I was told that if i bought the tie rods, he would install them. I left the place not being charged. i bought the tie rods (about $ 60. for the pair) and went back next day..when he finished the job i was told the wheels were straight but your brakes have a problem. He said get your brakes done..Well, with the alignment and cost of labor.of tie rods i was charged $ 185.00 which I didn"t expect. My total cost was $ 245. for and. still pulls to the right and steering wheel shakes at 65 mph. I would not mine payiing the price if I would of left with a good alignment.Service: Wheel alignment

Inexpensive, fast, honest, fast, my old suburban never rode so great and good hospitality although work type waiting space, but quick! I drive nearly 90 miles to go there so you know it s has to be good as I am an older man with many years or mechanic experience

My truck was pulling to one side also had some steering wheel shaking. I took my truck to Payo's got an alignment in a timely manner. Honest work at a great price!! Will take all my vehicles here.

I would give him 5 stars, but his business hours are not accurate. It says it opens @8. I show up and @8:30 and there not open until 9:15 a.m. it shows they close @6 PM I went today @2:15 PM and they were closed.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment
