When looking for a mechanic, I look for someone who is going to get to the point and show me what is needed and not try to upsell something I don't need, and Jay with Pan Am does that. I have been bringing my cars here and nothing but the best work with a great turnaround time. He is always so polite and works with me! I recommend him to anyone that needs something done!

Pan AM Automotive is the worst of the worst when it comes to car repairs. They lie about the new but used parts and they hide secrets and keep peoples private info for marketing reasons.

Jay and Mikey were incredibly helpful when my daughter pulled in with a massively overheating car. I had heard good things about the shop from neighbors but I'd never stopped in. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a stuck/failed thermostat and repaired it while she waited (it took less than 90 minutes- most of that time was spent waiting for the part delivery and the car to cool down). She had an air conditioned waiting room and her iPhone... I was so impressed with their prices, honesty, and helpful attitudes that I had the car dropped off the following day to repair her A/C and get her oil changed. They did a great job on that also! After the excellent service, I had them change the brake pads on my Dodge 2500 diesel truck. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAN AM AUTOMOTIVE!!! Very trustworthy mechanic. Jay will not beat around the bush with you like some other mechanic I've dealt with in the past. Any used cars I've bought in the past I take to him to inspect before purchasing. And occasionally go in just for advice when and if I work on my own vehicle. I recommend Jay and Pan AM Automotive to everyone in need of car repair.

Took my 2012 F150 into get my brake pads and check out my rear brakes. I didn t have issues but wanted to do preventative Maintenance. Met Jay. Looked at my truck. Gave me options and did excellent work. Not the most expensive mechanic and not the cheapest. Location was best for me because I live so close. Will use him for future. Very professional and reasonable. So far so good.Returned about 6 to 8 months ago to Pan Am to replace all four brakes on my F250. He gave me a quote.. Did awesome work and the quote was spot on. I wait a little while to see how the job holds up. Brakes work awesome and Im a Very happy customer and will use them with all my vehicles. :)

Have been going to Jay and Mikey at Pan Am for many many years. You can always trust that they will be honest and do a great job. We travel about 50 miles to have our auto maintenance done at Pan Am. We bought our Excursion with 26,000 miles on it, now we have 401,000 miles on it thanks to the good care we received at Pan Am Automotive.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Good conscientious mechanics. Jay gives honest estimates and never does work that is not needed. I have well over 10 years experience with Pan Am auto motive and all of it has been good. While I was just there he saved another driver $7,000 that a dealership wanted to charge for work that was not necessary.

I love this place! Jay is an honest (honest!), upright, man and mechanic of integrity that treats people right. Went to another place where was quoted $1000 for a new A/C system. Jay did it for $700. And there have been very minor repairs he's not charged anything. Truly grateful. He has my business for life.

First impressions speak volumes.These clowns had our car in their shop since May. We finally got it out today because we threatened to call the cops if they didn't release it. Jay kept dodging calls until we finally decided to use a different number to reach him. We get the car today and it still needs repairs because he doesn't know how to fix cars? Very unprofessionl scam artists. Never using this shady shop again.Will post proof if need be.

This is my go-to place when I need anything done. Jay (the owner) is an excellent mechanic. If he can't fix something he will tell you. When I needed transmission work done he recommended an excellent transmission shop and when I needed body work done he sent me to a great body repair guy. I have never been disappointed with any work he has done and he has always been able to get the work done very quickly - even at the last minute.

My car had an unfortunate mishap in the parking lot of a restaurant. Jay and his lovely wife happened to be there at the time and they helped me apply a temporary fix. He offered a more permanent solution if I decided to come by his shop. I went the next day and he got me all squared away! Cannot recommend enough.

Jay and his team were highly professional and gave me a great quote and work was done on time. I had to stay late at my business and he even offered to drive my vehicle to my home. It's been years since I have used a business that puts customer service at the top of their list. They will get my maintenance and repairs going forward.

I gave them a $500 deposit for a car that they promised would be in good running condition. I gave them countless chances to make it right and when they failed to deliver on their promise they tried bullying me into buying a different car. I refused to do business with them after that and they stole my $500. Hope this review is helpful

They want to get things right & make sure we're safe, before they let us get back on the road. They are also very reasonably priced. Jay and Mike go above and beyond to get you the best service possible. I was once quoted a price for a repair 1/4 of what a national named company wanted for the same repair.
