Stopped in today to get my car serviced and I didn't have an appointment, but Laura and her husband were nothing short of kind and accommodating and friendly.This was my first time at their shop and if this is the service they provided me showing up unannounced with my last minute, immediate need then I'll definitely be back soon.5/5 all the way! We have been going to Jeff and Laura for around 9 years now for all sorts of repairs on all of our vehicles. We really trust their expertise. They have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to make a repair. Found Op Auto tech ( Jeff & Laura) to be very fair in pricing and quick to do repairs. I have used them for over 15 yrs and they have handled all of my mechanical needs ( AC , water pumps , alternator, rebuilt engine etc...) they even stayed pasted their normal business hours to complete the job so I could have my vehicle back the same day.Highly recommend.

Laura is superb answering calls and makes you feel welcome. I have taken my car twice and they have done a marvelous job. I will refer family and friends to them. Best mechanic around. I am a solo equine veterinarian without a clinic or any employees and I drive 60,000 miles a year for my job. I own 3 diesel Ford Excursions one of which has 600,000 miles and the one I drive currently has 300,000 miles. If my truck is not on the road I have no resources by which to make money. Laura and Jeff are an integral part of my team and without them I would not be able to take care of the thousands of horses I service per year. They are the best shop I have dealt with after changing 3 times over the 15 years I have been in San Antonio...Dr. Ben Espy

Jeff and Laura are extremely amazing and knowledgeable. I am a new customer and relieved to have found an OMG lol trustworthy mechanic. I have a lot more work for them. They care about whether the customer is happy with their work and experience. What's even more impressive is that they try to keep the cost down while using quality parts and do great work. I feel very lucky to have met them bc Jeff and Laura are wonderful people.

Been using them for major repairs since 2003. The times i had a big expensive repair Jeff would review options to repair certain parts first to lower costs if safety was not issue. New location on san pedro is great if you can take VIA bus to downtown or back north to work. Jeff mechanic does great investigating root of problem to avoid inaccurate diagnose. My only SA mechanic.

WOW! I am a new customer and will be a permanent one! So i recently had my waterpump replaced by a "mobile mechanic" he did a beyond horrible job and my car could barely drive. I decided to try and get it to a mechanic down san pedro to see if they could fix the bad job. I got to Olmos Park Auto Techs, barely making it as my car didnt want to stay on, and let them know of my issue. They took a look and agreed it was a bad job and would fix it. They even offered to pick me up when my car was ready. Well, i had to buy a new water pump cause the other one i purchased was ruined due to the other "mechanics" poor job. They went ahead and put the new waterpump in, refilled the coolant, and added a quart of oil! They made me feel so welcome and i plan on going back for any and everything that needs to be fixed in the future. They deserve beyond 5 stars for their knowledge of cars and fixing them. Ive never encountered such wonderful people before. I highly recommend going to them for all your auto needs! Thank you all so much!!

Honest shop. went in with my Old GMC they did everything it needed Vans runs like champ now reasonable rates also.. Laura was really helpful and did got the work done on time .
