I feel like I'm here every single week with problems I'm going through with my car. The employees are always super helpful and kind. I'm usually so frustrated with dealing with a car issue but they make it simple to find all the things I need and any advice or help they can give. Great team, thanks for being there with good options and great deals that help save even a few bucks.

Had exactly what I needed to erase the mistake I made on my headlights. Great staff. I painted them with VHT Night Shade. I screwed it up and payed for it with elbow grease. After hours of wet sanding and compound they're back to new.

This O'Reilly is crazy.. knowing it's hub and have only two people up front.Come on what kind of business is this!There like 5 or more people in the back not doing nothing standing around and am a commercial manager...crazy.

An older gentleman helped me when I remember his name I will put it here but it was a weekend and he was working with Brian and Homer I believe...he helped me locate the correct combination of numbers off my old alternator and was able to find it in the system while others couldn't. Including people at other stores. The part wasnt available but still he printed me out a paper with the specs and the part number to keep hunting it down...ended up getting a carquest alternator from advance that fit perfectly...I would've bought it from y'all if you had it but no other stores did or the hub...anyways thajks so much for taking the time to help me find the info needed to get the job done for my company best fleet auto service.

Thanks for the help..AutoZone sold me a crush sleeve for my differential that belongs on the front differential on my 4by4 truck these guys looked it up on the computer and now my truck is running smoothly without no noise

Went in to pick up a shifting solenoid A got home noticed bag in box open thought nothing of it installed solenoid replaced gasket added three qts of atf go to start car no difference check engine light came back on flashing o/d light came back on same shifting problems as before put scanner to read codes same as before repair they sold me a returned non working part now I have to do it all again last i checked atfis not free if i happen to tear gasket not free just because they sold me a returned broken part I don't know if after this will I ever do business with them again may have just lost a loyal customer

Worker onsite is not adjusted to dealing with business accounts, was a little painful process to get a light bulb.Overall, the store is in good shape and staff friendly.

Small lines took way too long to check people out. 3 employees sitting in the paint section at cash registers with no lines at all. They could have come and helped with lines that were building at the open cash registers but instead they chose to discuss what kinds of food they liked while they sat on their butts

I appreciate the customer service from Frank.Very patient and helpful, along with the other gentleman on staff that helped replace wiper blades for a lady.O'Reilly is the place to go!

Was very VERY upset at the treatment that I had received here. It CLEARLY states online and on their door the HOA. They close at 11pm. A few nights ago I had an urgent need which led me to this O'Reilly's Auto Parts for a part. I arrived about 10:35PM, plenty of time I should have had to run in grab my part and be on my merry little way, right? WRONG!!! Remember, posted hours stated closing time at 11PM! But they were closed and doors locked at 10:35pm. I even saw a customer leaving out the door as I pulled in and thought to myself 'Oh good I'm just in time.' But as I got out of my car headed toward the entrance it appeared as if the employee locked the door on me!! Then he quickly ran and hid in the back of the store even though we actually made eye contact!. (I have video & picture proof of this location being closed 25 minutes ahead of time). This is unacceptable and unprofessional treatment of would-be customers! I would GREATLY urge anyone considering THIS location for a visit and possible purchase of a part to RECONSIDER! Do NOT reward these LAZY & UNPROFESSIONAL people. They MUST learn the VALUE & POWER of the CONSUMER.THEY NEED US... NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!! WITHOUT THE CONSUMER THERE WOULD BE NO PAYCHECK!!O'REILLY'S on Fredericksburg needs to LEARN some professionalism and customer service skills!

This location is the South Texas Distribution Hub. Just about every O'Reilly's part in South Texas comes and goes through this particular facility.Top notch crew throughout, and a very customer service oriented staff to boot.Plus this one is typically open later than almost any other locations by an hour.

Great customer service, This location is the San Antonio regional distrubution center. If you need a part that can be delivered to your local store in 4 hours, a quick drive to this location may save you those hours.

This Oriellys is great and it's probably because of an employee named Roberto, I placed an online order and decided to show up before the pickup email was sent to me. I thought I was going to have to come back later on to get it but Roberto went out his way to fill my order right there on the spot. I was expecting to catch an attitude because I showed up early and Roberto totally threw me off. You don't find alot of people that will go out there way to help you like that. I think Ill be shopping at Oriellys instead of Autozone from now on. We'll done Roberto

I love this place the people are friendly and nice I've been going there for years. And I will continue to do business with them. And ask for my main man Frank. This is a main Hub so they usually have the part that you're looking for. They also have a commercial account counter here. I definitely will continue to go here. Update still love it

Original Review: 04/21/2021We went to get a gas fuel kit and couplings last night. It was on the rack with the rest of the SAME kits for $19.99. Get to the register and it rings in for $31.99. We notice the price difference, tell the associate, and he continues to argue with my husband that it's $31.99. My husband takes him to where he got it from, and the guy tells him "Oh well they're in the wrong spot." All four of the kits. I completely understand if one was misplaced, but ours plus the four remaining?! No manager came to diffuse the situation, or rectify it. Completely unprofessional and apparently extremely incompetent.Edited per Owner comment:04/21/2021We absolutely did experience this here at your store!! The associate's name was Frank. He had longer gray hair. The transaction amount was for 41.11 on 4/20, Store number TX768353. Check your transactions. It was done in the evening time close to sunset. Again just another example of the gross embarrassing unorganized mess your store is.Added Photo: 04/22/2021

This O'Reilly's is the best in town. The people are not only friendly, they work to help you fix your vehicles, and, only sell you the parts that you need. Like all retailers, they suggest add-ons. However, they never they never push to make the almighty buck. Just darn good service. What more can you ask for. My wife, my daughters, myself absolutely recommend this store #1

Greeted nicely and was told to ask if we had any questions. Once we were ready to pay nothing. 4 employees all at the front with no other customers and we were ignored. Not one single guy told us to give them a minute. We were just ignored.

My daughter drove her little Mazda Protoge to O'Reilly auto parts at Fredricksburg road today at 5pm. Christian, a tall young man with quite the Mane of hair, assisted her with checking the battery. Upon learning it was not a good battery, he quoted her for the new battery and offered to replace it for her. He did a wonderful job, as all the employees for O'Reilly's do. I appreciate when a young man, in the service industry, takes his job seriously and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy and satisfied. I am sure O'Reilly's can appreciate what they have in Christian.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is full of incompetence. I dropped off my battery to be charged at 730 this morning. Get here to pick it up at 3pm and they tell me it was never charged. Then tell me all they can do is have me leave it another 5 hours to be charged.... Yeah freaking right! Don't bother going here if you want things done right. I took my battery to auto zone where I should've gone to begin with apparently.

Terrible customer service. We ve come here plenty of times purchasing parts for our G8, Called about a part and was told they had one in stock, drove almost an hour and a half to go purchase it, just to arrive and be told they don t have it . Questioned them and said we just called and asked are you sure? To then be told, I just showed you didn t I? Not quite sure why he had an attitude but we will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out!

Always get the best service and advice..Mr Frank and Homer always made time for your questions...today 3/15/2021, have to give you 1 star. An older Gentleman came in and explained to 'Asst Manager Joe' he had a check engine light asking if he could run the code for him. Asst manager Joe rudely tells him ' I don't have a machine' seriously?? Grab a lower priced code reader from the Checkstand racks.. Im sure it could have been written off for store use. Great way to take care of our older neighbors, Joe

I was pleasantly surprised to find a part for my 65 Chevy there. Thanks to Joe who informed me that what I was looking for was a really common part. I've yet to see if it works for my pickup.
