Great staff and great service. This review is for the one on Goliad rd. The one by my house is not that great. So I drive a little further to go to this location. Thank you to their staff.

Horrible service. 6 employees walking around doing absolutely nothing. Pretending to work. Called at 9am to order a part & was told would be ready for pick up by 11:30am call @12:00 make sure part was there... get there at 1:00pm & the part is still not there smh no call back. I was then told the part could be there by 3:30pm smh what a waste of time! Would not recommend.

Came to O'Reillys in need of getting my battery checked. An employee came out to my car and attempted to connect the cables to my battery.At first he said he couldn't get a good check and he went to get his manager to assist. The manager said "We will have to remove your battery to get it checked." I said fine and I will wait. Then the manager goes on to say "Your battery needs a special tool we can't do it." I know very well it takes no special tool.So the manager walks off and the first employee was super nice and super helpful gave us a discount even though we had to go pick up new battery at another location he made sure we were taken care of.His name was "Bruno" or something to that effect.His selfless help and customer service went way above what the we got from the manager. I hope and pray he gets a raise and management position! It's people like him that we need working out there helping people because he cares about his job.Corporate people listen up!!!!! Take that Bruno guy to the top! Where he belongs!! And take that no good manager out!

Beautiful place exelent service..10Just to the kitchen PLEASE take of the salt out of the clients plates...salsas.red and green..guacamole. And all over ...please let the client to decide the amount of sodium they want in their bodys

No good service went in on 6-3-21 at 1 pm to ask for a pcv line and there was an older guy name Rudy with a younger man telling me none of their stores carried such part went around the corner on s e military only to have a young man Gabriel show me on computer they did carry and even measured the line to be sure thanks Gabriel maybe you should train these guys at your store can t even find the parts with a computer just type in vehicle brand model engine etc.

At least they looked for the oil filter I need, they found it and I went to that O Reilly and gout what I needed. Autozone , which I went first, the parts manager did not even look at their other stores near by. O Reilly benefits from Autozone lack of basic customer service.

Went in at 735am to get in and out,Waited and guy on the phone waited a little more and then took a personal phone call and didn't bother to recognize us. Did have someone else in back, but we walk out

I came in to get my service engine soon light check and the guy didn t even come and didn t give me a diagnostics on my car. Now my car is broke down. Never coming back here.

Not a good experience i payed for a new battery got a warranty and they cannot find my purchase cause no phone number I didn't have a phone at the time I used my moms phone number and gave my DRIVERS LICENSE AND ADDRESS payed with a GOVERNMENT CREDIT CARD and still I get no exchange he tested the battery said it was good when I know that the battery is dead no good.

O' Reilly seems tp have more in stock on average, and as an example, the part I needed this time was listed special order, but when I called to order it around 8:30 AM they said they could have it in from another store by 3:00PM. Nice! Well, it's FIESTA time here in San Antonio, TX, so, all together now..O O O, O' Reilly.....(p.s. I really hate being forced to pick stars)
