Been buying parts from this location for years since I was about 20 I'm 58 now from Jaguar Corvette BMW Lincoln and my Chevy dually every now and then I'll hit the One in Bourne great customer service today i order from the thousands oaks location think his name is Brandon or Brendan help me on orderingparts for my Chevy dually for brakes very quick and helpful getting parts great attitude and customer service thanks

Outstanding service! They sourced the parts from multiple stores and delivered the parts within 30 minutes.The dealership required a special order with in-person payment.O Reillys s handled everything efficiently. I usually have a really good experience at this location. But not yesterday. I went to get a part yesterday and it looked like none of the staff I was familiar with was there. Maybe that was the problem. I had called earlier in the day to make sure they had the part I needed. The person I spoke to said they had 3 different ones I could choose from. I asked it they would install it for me. I was told they could do that for me. I made sure to say it was an involved, tricky installation even though it was a very small part. I was assured it could be done and I was given a name to ask for. When I got there the person I had spoken to was at lunch. Marco who was "helping" me was on the phone and said he'd help me when he got off the phone. (Strike # 1) Two other people were there in store uniforms, but they were walking around the store not doing much. I was the only person in the store so I don't know what they were doing but they didn't attempt to greet me or help me while Marco was on the phone. Once he was off the phone, Marco asked what I needed. He showed me the parts and I chose the one I wanted and he rang up the sale. He said "Thanks and have a good day." I asked him about the installation and he said "I can help you later if you wait-the customers come first." Did I not count since I had already paid for it? When did I drop from being a customer, and what about the other people in the store uniforms-were they not going to help anyone? I worked in retail for a very long time and that's not what you do. If your customer still needs something you stick with them until you're done, or you ask if they mind if you help the next person. So, Marco says let me help them and then I'll check and see if you've waited and then I'll help you. So I waited, and all the cars left the parking lot and I was the only one there. (Strike #2) I gave him five more minutes and then I went inside. He was at the counter and he said "Hi" when I walked in, then "Oh, I'll be right outside." In other words either he forgot, or he never intended to come outside at all. He came outside, looked at where the part was supposed to go ( it was a replacement bulb for a headlight) and said, "we can't do this." When I asked if the person on the phone had been mistaken he said that person might have agreed but he couldn't do it and gave me a few excuses as to why he couldn't. (Strike #3) I'll say I'm a female and I felt he was speaking to me like I was an unknowledgeable female who knows nothing about cars-which is untrue. I also felt he didn't want to assist me anymore once he did the sale-which was annoying and very unprofessional. It got to the point where I didn't get to finish my sentences as he'd cut me off mid-sentence to say whatever he wanted to say which at this point were all lame excuses. I might go back to this store since it's right near my location, but it will be a long time until I do and if I see "Marco" there I'll abruptly turn around and leave. Someone get him some customer service training!

The employees are great, they are super helpful and knowledgeable & not afraid to let you know if they don't know the answer to your question. They're willing to do some research to find the correct answer and actually call & let you know what they found out.

I give her a rating of five stars not that I'm partial to O'Reilly's because I've been everywhere else and I never get to satisfaction and customer satisfaction from a real encounter have someone working behind the counter even working on someone else's stuff that they won't lift their head and say hey we're busy we'll be right with you or Hey sir can I help you and they will walk out from behind the counter and go right to where the part or material is that you're looking for and help you now sometimes the parts are higher than other places most of the time they're very competitive and they have the part they don't have to wait a few days in order to get it in from another store they just go out of their way sometimes to help a customer that really needs a part and I love that. so with all I've said why would I want to go anywhere else even if I paid a little bit higher price? Right?

O Reillys has always great customer service here. I have always been able to find the right batteries, wiper blades, air filters and more. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I like the free-battery testing and other helpful services that they provide.

I needed a new oil dipstick as the old one was hard to get a good reading on the oil level due to burnt oil on the stick. I was pleased that O'Reilly's had some in stock!

I cannot say enough about Jay! not only did he answer the phone 10 minutes before the store actually opened but he was able to switch out my battery and get my car running again so I wasn't late for work! he is truly a treasure!

The store is closest to my house so I shop there a lot. Their prices are competitive. The parts I have purchased from them, parts, supplies and tools, have been of decent quality

Great service and friendly employees who are really helpful. They didn't have the part I needed in stock but we're able to quickly find it at another store and process the order so I just had to pick it up. Or I could have waited a little and they could transfer it there.They often have really good sales on different things from tools to oil and other fluids.

Good place for the shade tree mechanic in you. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. The prices are a bit higher than other automotive stores. Sometimes the price is worth it for the help they give. They have a good inventory of parts in stock. Also can order what you need if they don't have it.

Needed a sun shade for my truck. They had a good selection. Prices were much more reasonable than what was online. An assistant even approached us to see if she could help. Good products at good prices.

Very polite staff call the store for duotes on parts a and some questions that I kinda knew the answer to but just wanted confirmation Aaron took care of me and was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions while also ordering the parts I needed to having the parts come in the next day. Great service i will be coming back again definitely.

You have those good employees and well., those horrible employees that would definitely get the place of business shut down. I walked into O Reillys Auto Parts- 6720 FM 78 a few weeks ago., myself and a few other costumer s a female employee said if you guys need any help please let me know., I then asked her if she may show me where the oil is a trying to explain to her the brand name and what type of oil I needed for my vehicle., the employee then got there and pointed her finger saying it s over there on that back wall once I found exactly what I was looking to purchase that same employee checked me out for my items., as she was checking me out she pushed all my items directly in front of me saying there you go and proceeded to walk away., I then asked her if she may place them into a bag., she then huffed and puffed and throw my purchased items into a plastic bag while giving me a wildly inappropriate absurd look. That will be my last time purchasing anything else from that O Reillys Auto Parts location.

Monica at the Thousand Oaks location was such a big help & did it with a big smile!! I was very impressed by her knowledge & skills in replacing my battery!! But more importantly her friendliness & patience with me!! Definitely employee of the month because I was there in November & didn t get that great of service!!
