They have a wide variety of items for various vehicles. They don't carry everything because the store is too small to carry every part for every vehicle. The Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful . There's plenty of parking and they do have wheelchair accessibility. The bathrooms are clean for the most part. They do have a Military Discount as well.

The man at the register was so awesome. I called 3 different chains and within O'Reilly I called this location and I received a price that the competitors were quoting me 140 to 170 with tax and all... here I got same part plus I got a kit which included the housing(1st sign I called the right store) then with tax included it came out to 62 bucks. Awesome store. And thank you

The customer service here is horrible!!!!As I was there looking for whatever I needed the employee was talking so bad about the customers and how Spanish spoken ppl this and that I was in disbelief. You re not happy at your job, then leave. This place needs retraining on customer service.And no I didn t get his name because he was covering it.

Barely acceptable service but the employee wouldn't install my new battery I had just purchased from him. Went to see Felix at 14601 Potranco O'Reillys and received much much better service and treatment.

Went in on Thanksgiving day because my oil light turned on. Daniel was very helpful with helping me select the correct type of oil and helped put it into my truck. I'm extremely grateful for his assistance, the store needs more employees like him.

I was looking for a not so common replacement parts.I was able to come in and first verify that the parts part number was correct. James was very helpful, asking me the right questions, so we got it correct. They had determined that they had one in stock and would have the other delivered to the store by 1:40 the same day. That sounds great to me. I purchased the one and went home to install it.Just as I was finishing up . I got a text. The other was there. Got this repair done in time to enjoy my Memorial weekend.

Had an issue with a warranty exchange at another location. Called this branch and was working with Michael. After discussion Michael made the entire process so simple so we went down to this location to get our issue resolved. Thank you Michael for your outstanding customer service.

Visited on a saturday at 8pm. Came to dump oil. I wanted valvoline 0w-20 full synthetic. They were sold out and the price was $34.99 for 5qt. That was $13 higher than wallyworld. Since I was already here I ended up purchasing the O'reilley brand oil for $26 5qt and a filter. I have purchased wiper blades/tail light bulbs/car batteries/spark plugs/serpentine belt/coil packs/engine air filter and all have worked very well.

Vastly superior than their well known, big name competitors when it comes to customer service. And considering that the prices all tend to be relatively the same at each of these companies, a quality customer service experience is then the deciding factor as to where I will spend my money from now on.

Great store Assistant manager helped me with wiper blades, no big deal right. Well he made it a big deal and even installed them for me. Very friendly man and I didn't feel like a dummy with my questions. He gave me Great advise and treated me like part of his family.

Came in here the other day to get a battery for my sedan and not only was the staff helpful in finding a option that fit my budget but they also helped with the installation. I want to especially thank Mr. Joe for the help during my visit.

Got there before they opened. Possible defective battery. The manager who helped me was so nice and professional. I explained to her what was happening to my truck. She got me a new battery and installed it. Problem fixed. I highly recommend this place. The manager helped me and will come back because of her professional attitude.

Everytime I've had an issue Darryl has gone above and beyond to assist me. I know nothing about cars and he was patient and explained it so I could understand. He even reapeted without being irritated when I asked questions to get clarification.

Would be nice if the closing time was accurate on Google and on the O'Reilly's website. Went there to buy a battery at 9pm as it was an emergency and it shows that it closes at 10pm. However, when I arrived, the store was closed. I mean, I haven't had any bad experiences with the store or the employees themselves, but at least post accurate open and close times so people aren't surprised when they arrive at the store.

I just had to rate my experience at this new location. They are very busy but very attentive. I had to go back numerous times for different free diagnostics, probably driving them crazy. They were very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. My car is running great again and I was able to do it myself with there help and saved a fortune by doing so. I definitely recommend this location.

Four sales associates behind the counter, no one but me in the store. I came in my work uniform, scrubs, not one person greeted me when I came in. I was looking for paint to touch up a scratch on my car, and not one time did anyone offer assistance or come out from behind the counter to help me find what I was looking for. When I left no one bothered to say thank you come again. My advice stay far away from this location I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

Kevin an employee there at O Reillys went above and beyond customer service. I walked in to take some rotors to get turned and He was very patient and helpful checked them to make sure they were able to be turned he was polite and courteous and really impressed me with his work ethic and customer service. He was in a good mood very happy individual in the past every time I take rotors to O Reilly s employees complain and grown because they don t want to do them and Kevin was the first person that I ve seen at O Reilly s actually Didn t complain and was very nice. As I was waiting in line I noticed that he was like that to all the customers that walked in and even customers that he spoke to on the phone He was patient, polite and great customer service with all customers he spoke to. It s good to see that there are still some good employees that do still believe in great customer service like Kevin.

If I could give it 0 stars I would very poor customer service. I went in there today stood at counter and a girl employee looked at me twice and just continued chatting with her co worker and never asked if she could help me. this is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location and I would never tell anyone to there. I hope corporate does something about it as they are losing alot of business as I own a company and won't shop there any longer.

Refused to honor a warranty for a defective battery (as determined by their staff). Went to Auto zone and payed half the price for a new working battery.

Came here for a brake caliper and some brake fluid. Was greeted on my entrance and was well taken care of of by Noe. I will return here because of the customer service. At other auto parts stores I mostly feel like I am bothering whoever is behind the counter by burdening them with a request. This was definitely not the case. Thank you.
