One of the workers there was very rude, he stopped another employee from helping me and didn t assist me with my car at all. He ended up trying to argue with me, raising his voice. After, I asked for his supervisor he said no, and I don t care if you talk to my supervisor or anyone else .

From being cursed at to being threatened to be removed by a female this store is by far the worst I've been to. I have customers that tell me they rather go to AutoZone than buy anything at this store. I could not believe this until I had faced this literally same reactions but all in one visit it was crazy ! These three ppl should be released of their duties there don't know them by name but the one that cursed me out he's the easiest to recognize he's always leaning on the counter never did he stand up straight heavy set and dark , the second one that refused to continue to help me out was a tall youngster that his words were "oh since you have issues with my partner I won't be able to help you" well I wouldn't have had issues if he wouldn't have come up and flat out cussed at me not cool at all, and third but not least the heavy set latina that thinks she's going to have a paying customer that did no wrong removed by her for no reason and saying it in Spanish as she walked by threatening to do so .someone better get in this store and fix it these ppl and this stores attitude is a liability to the corporation if it would have gone physical . Y'all need to do something about this I've read the reviews some actually sound very fishy to me at least the positive ones do just saying I hold a business account with this company I use them diligently but this experience has left me with doubts and angry

I tried to do a return and the cashier Joann made me feel like I stole the items or something explaining to me if I didn't provide a phone number when I purchased then I can't return it at this location but to return it to the location I purchased at.

We were given the incorrect battery after bringing ours in to be charged. The assistant manager was very professional in handling our issue and was able to assist us with finding our battery. She was cheerful and really listened to us! Thanks for the great service, it made my day!

I thought my battery was dying so I went to this location to have my battery tested. I was told the battery was in good condition but that my alternator was bad. After two weeks and $950 I now know I had a bad battery. So simple.

Horrible. New counter attendant took over an hour. Short staffed. Went to other location for items not in stock at first location to discover 2nd location couldn't find them after being called and verified in stock. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Stephen is great and always helpful. Very good manager. All the employees there are very helpful. They keep a history of all my transactions so I dont have to worry about receipts. They also give bonus money from my purchases and the military discount.

You can find what you need for your vehicle here if its not in store it can be ordered. The employees are friendly and always ready to help with whatever question you have or need help finding. They are quick with getting you what you looking for and making sure you are well taken care of

Have visited this location a few times now. Has good stock of almost all items I've needed. Staff has been super friendly and helpful. Manager and employees have worked to locate lost receipts and order items that were not in stock. Everyone has gone the extra mile customer service wise. Store is always clean inside and out.

I was waiting to be helped there were two guys talking behind the counter and after a few minutes I asked them if there was nobody to help me and the guy that was helping someone said, these guys but they don t speak Spanish but I can help you when I finish and I replied, no thanks fortunately there are more auto parts near by, I went to autozone and it seamed that they were waiting for me and helped me right away.

O Reilly Auto Parts has yet to disappoint me. I ve seen some of the customer service guys deal with the most disrespectful customers with professionalism and patience. If the employees aren t knowledgeable on a certain inquiry, they don t fake it, they seek help. The mantra is to go above and beyond. I m my several experiences with them they do! And don t forget to get your rewards card. It pays off too.

THEY NEED A BETTER SYSTEM TO SERVE THE NEXT CUSTOMER. MAYBE LIKE AUTOZONE. ONE LINE INSTEAD OF CHOOSING AT RANDOM. I WALKED OUT AFTER WAITING 25 MINUTES ONLY TO BE PASSED OVER FOR CUSTOMERS WHO CLEARLY CAME IN AFTER ME.

I been going there for years now. The service is always on point and the employees have great knowledge about cars and have never failed to help with any problems my car or truck has had. The prices seem to always beat autozone and thats why I made the change to shop here only years ago.

Worst customer service ever !! Went to find an oil filter for my truck. Completely no oil filters on the shelf. So I went to the front to ask if they had any in the back. Waited forever to be taken care of ! There was only one person in the front that kept looking at me; while he was helping someone already. When he could have called someone up to the front to help me. And when I finally got taken care of they didn t even carry my oil filter anymore. Never coming back again !

This is my go to parts store even though I don't really want to go lol. Noone likes to replace a part and spend money they don't have O'Reilly is the cheaper of the part stores in this area ! I can go in and get great service and if I need to know how to do something they will show me as much as they can they will even print it out for me if i ask them too. Everytime my check engine light comes on I go to them one time I went to advance just to see if it would pull up a different code and they don't even do that anyone so there's a head up for u about them don't even waste your time just go to orielys. Everyone here is just extra friendly even the guys in the back! They really do go out if their way to help (well they do for me anyways I don't know about everyone else) .

Bought a belt from here and was surprised how fast and informative this O'Reillys was. They measured my broken belt and had the replacement in hand in less than a couple of minutes. Only issue was parking for a trailer, but honestly that's everywhere

Went in to get a battery for my car key, & I decided to get another one for my spear key and after the guy Julio, put the first one in he put the other one in and now my alarm key doesn t work & he wouldn t give me a refund and I never left the counter & then he says we don t give refunds on batteries but I never left the counter so basically I gave them $16.22 . Not happy at all. He never even said they don t give refunds on batteries for your car key. I feel so ripped off

Got to give it to the young men who helped me right away without hesitation finding exactly what I needed , after being rudely misled by a worker at auto zone who refused to go out side and look at the part I was referring to twice taking me to an isle instructing me that if they do have it it would be on the shelf and left to go chat with his Co workers about nothing that had to do with their work or trying to serve their customers who spent lots of hard earned money for parts throughout Texas for one employee to ruin my business with them gladly taking it to a place where you get served with respect. Thanks to the worker who got me fixed up at around noon today.

I went in to buy a part for my vehicle that Autozone had in stock but this store was closer to me so I decided to shop here. The part at this store was higher than what Autozone had the part for and the associate who assisted me, Saul, refused to do a price match after I told him multiple times that Autozone had the part in stock 20 minutes away. The price match was less than $10 difference.

went to pick up a lower control arm for my car it was missing the lock or Cassel nut for the ball joint when I called the store I spoke with a lady after a couple of minutes she hung up on me never resolved my problem

We went in to have a vehicle scanned and they told us they would be out in a moment and need to help other customers before us which is understandable because they were there before us but after 20 minutes or so we noticed that they were actually servicing customers that arrived after us and waited another 10minutes, we did end up leaving without the service. There is literally no reason to keep customer waited for that long with 3 employees working thats just terrible customer service.On the day of Sunday April 11th 2021 at 5pm

Staff was very helpful. My husband explained to the manager she was wrong and proved his point. It was taken well and she thanked him for coming to that store and "joking" and talking to the staff.
