Service is not good at all this store. Only the older employees are willing to help people and actually know what they are doing. The omyonger folks can make you spend hundreds of dollars by giving you wrong advice, misdiagnosing problems, and refusing to give a refund when a part came with a manufacturer defect, especially if you have an accent. Trust me, it happened to me. Am making sure I don't go to that store again.

Used to work maybe 20yrs ago at the Bandera/Mainland location. So I noticed the changes over the years. This location seemed very clean and tidy so no complaints. Having at least one speedy checkout for those ready Togo besides the slow I need a part" line is important to keep customers flowing and this place seems to do alright.

Huge thanks to Randy for his excellent service! I was having some issues with my car and Randy ran a battery test and recommended a fuel treatment and to replace the batteries in my key fob, so far it s been working great. Great location, great service, highly recommend!

Just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for Jacob and the other kind gentleman working tonight at this O'Reillys. (I wish I had caught the other employee's name. He was a young Hispanic male)They went above and beyond for my husband and I, and the quality of their customer service was beyond anything we have experienced at any other auto parts store.Jacob immediately recognized the issue my husband's truck was having and helped us buy the right part to fix it. Absolutely will be coming here for all our auto parts needs in the future, thanks to these two fantastic employees! Cannot recommend enough!

O'Reilly sells good auto parts and supplies at great prices.I had a difficult time finding a place to turn my brake rotors on Black Friday. The helpful employees at this location were more than happy to do the job. They were ready, and done well, in under two hours.

Store wasn't busy at all when I was there. Had everything I needed for my oil change. Even got a new oil pan bundle that had rags, a decent funnel and so hand cleaner all in a bundle deal for $6. The staff were super friendly and the store was fully stocked and clean. I would definitely recommend this business for all your automotive needs. Keep up the good work gentlemen

This was an excellent experience! I called and asked some basic questions since I have a 2010 Ford. When I arrived shortly after, I was greeted immediately. My car battery was dying/dead and I needed a new one asap. On the phone and in person, staff were friendly, fast, and professional. Not only was my car battery installed to my satisfaction, but the employee went the extra mile to figure a small detail out. He explained everything to me and was patient as I dont know anything about car maintenance. I'm overjoyed they were even open on the holiday so I can start my week driving safely and confidently to and from work. An amazing crew and I wont go anywhere else for my car supplies and needs. If I remember correctly, I think the rep that helped me was Ben but I'm horrible with names....The other staff were equally friendly and helpful to the few other customers I heard and saw them interact with today. I'm a loyal customer for life. They truly saved me!

Excellent service! Bradley assisted me with my replacement battery and aside from being incredibly knowledgeable, he was such a kind and genuine person. Definitely recommended this location!!

Today around 5:20pm I experience terrible customer service from a black guy with dreadlocks name Michael. He was very rude and aurgumentive!! After 20 minutes of him arguing with me about a simply refund and repurchase and add my $5 off reward which he refused to do he finally did it. Terrible service you never aurgue with your customer after all we're the ones thats paying his salary. I have been a member for over 20 years with O'Reilly never have I experienced such poor trashy, and disgusting service that I received today from Michael. He should be fired!!

So yesterday I called the store and was helped by Jacob. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions very detailed. He really explained alot of stuff to me. When I went in to purchase my part he greeted me with a smile and a very friendly and respectful attitude. I had more questions and again he took the time to explain everything to me with no hesitation. Today I called again and Jacob remembered me and again helped me out and answered and explained all my questions. THANKS JACOB! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU PROVIDE....

Went to autozone and they couldn't help me the sales associate was clueless walked out and came to O'Reilly. I even asked if they could change my light for me and they did Jacob was so kind and didn't make a big fuss about it. Thanks guys!!

Good service and return policy. Since I took one of the vehicles (Toyota Highlander hybrid) after changing the battery and driving off. If you have a Toyota Hybrid and have dash lights come on stop+ disconnect negative cable for 2 minutes and reconnect. Should clear

The staff is amazing! Even when a belligerent customer who clearly has nothing better to do than to cause problems and give the staff a hard time, they are polite and do everything they can to help get the customer get what they need while still helping those like me who just needed a qt of oil get in and out quickly. Great customer service!!! Will be a repeat customer as long as it dosnt turn into the competition in customer service.

I took my battery too AutoZone they claim that it was a bad battery then I took it to O'Reilly's and already said it was a good battery so I decided just to put it back in my truck I hope it's a good one

I ve recently become a bigger fan of O Reilly Auto Parts because of this particular location. After having to jump start my car twice in one day and leaving my 2nd job early in ordered make it there in time to buy a new battery, I showed up not too long before closing yet Benny was still perfectly willing to help remove the old battery/install the new one. Then he took the extra time to test my starter/alternator in order to make sure there weren t any other issues. It was a amazing experience and made me a faithful customer!

Went to O'Reilly Auto parts to replace the windshield wipers on our Mazda CX5. Paul helped me with this purchase. Then he removed the old ones & replaced the new ones on the Mazda very quickly. Within minutes he got the job done & I was on my way. So I was happy with their service & would definitely come here again.

Requiring all of my personal information entered into your system in order to process a warranty exchange for a defective item. I had my receipt, not cool at all. When I asked why they needed my email, address, phone number etc. for a simple exchange I was given some weird answer like "we can only process an exchange if you are a rewards member"... Huh? Sounds like a scam to sell your personal information.

I will never make the mistake of spending money at O'reilly Auto Parts. I have been a loyal customer for years, and recently purchased a brand new battery when my car did not start. When I found out it wasn't the battery that was the problem, I went back the very next day to return the battery with the receipt, the assistant manager Christen L., refused to take back the battery (inclusive of the core charge and battery fee) because she said once it leaves the store, it cannot be returned. The condition of the battery was exactly the way it was bought, it was put on the car for less than 1 minute and was taken right out. Their return policy was not visible in the store, not noted on the receipt, and the sale staff (Mr. Jesus P.) did not make any effort to O'Reilly's return policy.
