Joseph was amazing, very professional, honest, and informative. I ended up not having to have my breaks changed because I still had most of the brake pad available and so I paid the service fee which I was more than happy to do. I will definitely be using this service in the future and appreciate the integrity of the employees. Thank you!!!!

The whole experience from the beginning was amazing! From first call, they listened to me, treated me respectfully, got a quote in under 20 min & got an appointment for the following week. Joseph my mechanic texted me when he was on his way, very professional , easy going and answered all questions I had. I got to see the work as he was doing it. I watched the 1st test drive & he noticed a little something extra w/the brakes, fixed that in just a few min & did another test drive. From this point forward I will use NuBrakes for all my auto needs. Fair, honest & up front pricing. All work done in 1.5 hrs...that would never happen at dealership. I had both front & rear brakes done, cabin and engine filter replacement. Many, many thanks to Joseph and the team at Nubrakes!!!

This morning Joe from Nubrakes Mobile replaced the rear brake pads on our vehicle. The job was completed within 30 minutes. Great communications, text scheduling updates and arrival notification. Tech Joe answered all of my questions and is a definite asset to Nubrakes. The estimate that I was given is what I paid, no up selling tactics. I'll be a return customer and will be referring family and friends to Nubrakes. Thank you.

Wow!! I'm impressed! I think I spent more time on text getting service scheduled than it took Joseph to repair my brakes. I've never had brake service this fast.

Great communication! The process was quick and easy. Our serviceman answered all our questions and let us know everything that was going on. The price I paid was the price I was quoted. No charging up or pushing services that weren't needed.

NuBrakes is a unique, professional, and fast way to get your brakes taken care of. The no-nonsense approach to scheduling and ensuring work is done on your vehicle is, bar none, one of the best, if not the best! You will not be sold on other "possible" parts that may not be needed. The work you want to have done is precisely what will be done! Mr. Joseph did a fantastic job on my vehicle and even took the time to explain what an electronic brake sensor is and does. The service was amazing as always! My service guy Joseph is always on time and very professional. He works really hard and is very fast. He definitely gets the job done well! I've been using NuBrakes for years now. Definitely my go too guy when I need brakes! I've even had them done at my office while I was working. They come to you at home or at your work place. I have no complaints. Nubrakes is amazing. It is convenient and quick. Joseph is great technician he is professional and gets the job done. Me and my husband will be using you all for our other vehicles. We have referring our friends also. He did my Range Rover and mostly recently did my Lexus. Top notch service!!!

Setting up the appointment was easy, Joseph was not just on time but ahead of time which worked for me, all was done at my place and it took less than hour. The price was cheaper than I thought it would be based on past experiences. Highly recommend NuBreaks to anyone!

Very pleased with the service from my tech, Jonathan. He got the work done efficiently and effectively. I would however advise NuBrakes as a company to look at their scheduling system though. I got a confirmation for between 12:30-5pm for service window. The tech actually texted at 9:40am saying he was on his way. While I m thankful he was able to get it taken care of earlier than expected, I had to head back home earlier than planned to make the appointment.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

I've used NuBrakes a couple of times and I am completely satisfied with their service and products.On my most recent experience, today, I was again completely satisfied with NuBrakes. I contacted them via the website and their response was immediate. I supplied the requested vehicle information and an appointment was made for same day service, all via texting. There has never been any high pressure tactics.The Technician, Joseph, texted that he was on his way. On arrival Joseph inspected the brakes and explained what was going to be done. He completed the work within an hour.I'm sure not all jobs are the same, but from the time I began the process with NuBrakes until Joseph drove away, the whole process took less than 3 hours.

My window was 12:30-5 and they showed up around 1. Very quick, efficient, and cost friendly. They're cheaper than my regular place and don't suggest unnecessary add-ons! I've already made a calendar reminder to call them again for my next service!

I am genuinely and pleasantly surprised with NuBrakes mobile service. I requested to change my brakes and after having Joseph show me the comparison of new brakes versus mine, I did not need new brakes. Mind you this was recommended by my car dealership. The dealership would have never recommended this! NuBrakes will be my go to first before any other company. Thank you

Joseph was my technician. He explained everything he was doing, checked front and back brakes, and said there was no need to replace them at this time. I really appreciate his honesty.....most places just charge you for unnecessary work. I will definitely be calling this business when I need brakes next time.

I went to get my car inspected at a place that rhymes with Liffy Jube and they told me they could not pass it because the pads were too worn. I told them I would just take it home and get pricing before I made a decision. Nu Brakes offered the better prices so I scheduled. On the day they came out, the tech took the wheels off and told me These pads still have at least 70%. You really don t have to replace them That s winning honesty. That won my business going forward.

Joseph was quick and efficient. He communicated at all times, when he would arrive, which brake shoes needed to be replaced and how much the other set had left before needing to be changed. He then took my SUV for a spin to make sure it was ready to go. I will never take my vehicles in to a shop again. As for me, I had gotten 3 quotes from shops and they were all about $100 dollars more, and NuBrakes gave me a warranty. So they are ROCKSTARS in my book!!
