For a while I ve been having my eye on the dodge hellcat, I ve looked into them and I ran into a very good deal at Novak Motorcars. I called them Tyler answered very nice gentleman very , very , helpful with everything and anything we needed . I had work the next day so I really needed the car ready that night and I also needed Tyler to stay late . Even with Tyler having plans he made time to stay for me and get the deal done . I Strongly stand by Tyler and his professionalism he made my first car experience from a dealership amazing!!!

Trust me when I says this. I will never buy a new car from a dealership again after buying from the team at Novak Motorcars. If you call yourself a car enthusiast and can t seem to find 100% satisfaction, even with a new vehicle you just left the lot with, this business has what you re craving and needing. The selection has something for everyone and all budgets. If you don t have the bread or can t find financing, beg someone or anyone to sign for you! You need one of these vehicles in your life. Do what you have to do. You won t be disappointed. Thanks to Novak Motorcars, I didn t even have to go to Passages Malibu! I was an addict and now I m not . The high and feel of driving one of these cars is absolutely exhilarating! It s all I need ;)This next statement is the truth. The first thing I used to do when buying a new car was take the license plate frame off, I don t necessarily like the way they look on the plate or car. However, I promise that I will be leaving this license plate frame on because when people see it s from Novak Motorcars, they know it s not a run of the mill model and that it s, quite frankly, a bad mother&@!$&@!!Thanks Novak Motorcars, let me see what I can put together to try and get my next one from you all. If you re reading this, I hope you re thinking the exact same thing.

If you re looking to buy a car out of state, give Novak Motorcars a call if they have a car you want. Made the transaction smooth and communication was great with Tyler. They were able to work with a transporter to ship that car out which many dealerships won t do on your behalf. Car arrived exactly as Tyler stated. Great place and great people to work with. Definitely will look here again in the future.

Just bought a 2006 Dodge Ram SRT10 with 16,000 miles . Tyler Maloney was my sales man and he went beyond the call of duty. The whole process was quick and easy , this isn t the first vehicle that I ve bought from them . I would recommend them if your looking for some Automotive Unicorns !

Showed up with the intentions of getting into a nice and cool daily driver.. I found just that! I ended up landing a 2016 Golf R they had on the floor. I just wanna say thank you to Tyler and the whole crew. This was a no pressure buying experience for sure. Everyone was knowledgeable and great help when it came to questions and such. The whole process was easy as well. Thank yall again for my wonderful car. I love it!

I found a car on CarGurus at NOVAK Motorcars at a competitive price and called. Tyler answered promptly and answered all my questions, described the vehicle and sent a walk around video of the car. I texted him back with some follow up questions and got a quick response. Before I proceeded with the purchase I asked about additional dealer fees that sometimes increase the price considerably. The only additional charges were the inventory tax that all dealers have to pay and a very reasonable documentation fee: that was it. It was a full day s drive away from where I live so I asked about including delivery in the deal. Without any hesitation Tyler said he would include delivery at no extra charge and arrange to have the car delivered. I wired him the money and within a few days the car was in my possession. This automobile purchase went extraordinarily well from start to finish. I have purchased many vehicles, new and used in my lifetime. Without a doubt this was the most satisfying and easiest purchase I have ever made. I would highly recommend NOVAK Motorcars to anyone looking for an automobile.

Over the top customer service. Originally purchased car for son. I was so impressed, drove 4 hours the following week and purchased another for myself. Tyler was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Can t recommend enough!!!

These guys were delightful to work with in every way--they sold me the car I have always wanted, a Porsche 928. Nice, knowledgeable, amazing inventory at their pristine show room, and many price levels. Highly recommend them!

All I can say is the this place is Great! Bought a 2013 WRX And I love it. Tyler and the rest of the guys were awesome, helpful, and knowledgeable about the cars the they have. They are transparent and show you everything about the car the you re interested on. Their prices are more than fair for quality cars.Unfortunately once the deal was done, the next day the clutch was getting stuck on the floor. I went to the dealership and I addressed the problem to Mr Novak himself. Without hesitation, he helped me out and send me to one of the best mechanic shop here in the San Anto area, Street science! They found the problem and ended up being the slave cylinder master. They replaced it and it was all cover by him! Now that s customer service and cares about his customers. Other dealerships will tell you to tough luck.My experience was truly excellent. I m happy I took my business with them and I highly recommend you to give them a try! They re car enthusiasts just like us!

I walked Chris showed me the truck was very knowledgeable and just an absolute pleasure to work with. The deal took all of a hour super easy process, I'm kind of impatient but they were that fast I was shocked.Overall I would say great dealer, cool cars, cool staff and if I ever need another car I will try to get it or source it through Novak motorcars.

What a great place! I spoke with Tyler(super cool dude!)about an M3 and asked a ton of questions about it, explained that I was very picky and that I lived 7hrs away, he proceeded to tell me all about it, never once shutting me off on it. He then sent me 4 videos of the car. We made a deal and he assured me that he would hold the car for me so I could come get it, (had a big Audi dealer burn me by selling an SQ7 out from under me!) showed up and the M3 was exactly as I was told! Super Happy with it and Tyler made sure it was a smooth and quick transaction to get me back on the road quickly. Thanks so much Novak Motorcars!! Car dealers should learn from them.

There were several layers to making this purchase happen since I live in Florida. Skyler made himself available and followed up with me through the whole process. He kept my mind at ease with the biggest purchase I have ever made. He and Chris were more personable than I expected for the caliber of cars they carry. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Tyler was the most down to earth salesman I've ever dealt with. Got good value on my trade-in also.. These guys have a passion for cars and it reflects when you ask anything, they are on the ball and knowledgeable. Told em I'll be back in a couple years for a corvette, I know they will treat me right.

So, I don t leave many Google Reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Novak Motorsports in San Antonio, TX. I d been shopping for a 13/14 GT500 and everyone knows what the car market is like right now. I located a 2014 GT500 on CarGurus and not only was it one of 2 colors I was looking for, it was a fully loaded (minus glass roof) Track Pack! While the price was not a good one, it certainly was not highly inflated and given this market, reasonable.Now for the real reason I am leaving this, I ve purchased a lot of new/used vehicles in my life and not once have I ever had such an attentive/friendly salesperson. Skyler was absolutely amazing to deal with, text me anytime he stated and he meant it! He d text me back usually under 5 minutes and even at night, when something would jump in my mind that I didn t want to forget about.I live in NC and buying a car in TX without being able to go look at it was nerve racking! Skyler really helped make this process easier and I learned that you can hire people to inspect a car, just like you can your house. We hired Joe @ Peace of Mind Auto Inspections (who also did a great job, minus one detail I surely should ve known about) but a friendly/attentive guy, who I d also hire again.Now let s talk about the delivery and after purchase. Whitney, who processes the paperwork is an extremely bubbly soul and very attentive in her duties. Even confirming things with me or my bank, prior to sending things. We had a difficult time dealing with NC and SECU s requirements. The Shelby showed up in a very timely manner and on the day promised by Novak. The transport guy seemed to have cared for my car, as well as the Aston Martin that made the trip with my Shelby and as I previously stated, arrived on time. However, the jerk wouldn t leave the Aston with me, lol.Now for the final chapter. Buying a car without looking at it is difficult to say the least, especially when you ve been an OCD car guy all your life. Well, there was a couple things I wish would ve been disclosed to me. I do not consider paint chips to be normal wear and not disclosed. Most importantly, the car was missing the Catalytic Convertors. Not an issue if you live in TX, but a very big deal in NC. Novak understood my frustration and Chris apologized for not catching it and advised they don t have any Technicians, nor a repair facility on site to look under the car. However, he agreed to help me with some of the costs and some is definitely better than none.All in all, this was about as easy an experience as it could be, given we re 1,200 miles apart and I would highly recommend this family-owned Dealership to others. I highly recommend for Novak and his team they run a top shelf organization of integrity and qualityThe biggest thing that Chris did for me that made the process so easy is he educated me in terms of what I wanted to do and what I didn't want to do as a result he probably saved me six figuresThe car is vastly superior than what I could have ever imagined I highly recommend Chris and his team if you're looking for a high end quality used caror truck . This was my first dealing with Novak Motorcars, and I was extremely pleased. I waited a couple of weeks to write this review to ensure that the car would continue to be solid and they weren't just good at covering up major issues. I'm happy to report that the car is solid and a great value for the price I paid.Tyler was my salesman, and he was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The owners, Chris and Whitney, were also very nice and accommodating. I decided last minute to drive up from Houston, and the three of them stayed past closing time to wait for me. They gave me a very competitive price for my trade-in, offered a reasonable price for my new-to-me CTS-V, had me in and out quickly and efficiently, and got my permanent plates to me in around two weeks.I'm not sure how the transaction could have gone any more smoothly. They have a few standard cars, but specialize in pre-owned performance, exotic, and cars on the rarer end of the spectrum. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for that type of vehicle.

Started great and went quickly downhill. Process of buying the car was super easy. Once I started driving the car, not even a few days, the car started acting up and not starting correctly. I towed it to The Lab and they told me it was a timing issue. Since I just bought the car, I reached out to Novak about this issue and haven t heard back. Not even having the car for a few weeks and I had to take it to the shop. Now I have an invoice of $5k on the car I just purchased and zero communication from them. I am very disappointed and displeased with Novak and would not go back.

UPDATE: You had all my info and trade info but after I reached out 5 times and you kept saying I'll get back to you and you never did so I gave up.If you can't do internet sales then don't try just telling people to call. If you had said that to me I would have. It's to late now.Tried to buy a car here online but could not get them to ever get back to me.Don't waist your time with these guys.

To be quite honest, this was my best experience ever buying a vehicle, Novak motors went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle that i had been wanting forever, they were very courteous and worked around my very busy schedule. Would 100% recommend buying from here and also ask for Tyler, he was amazing help. Answered any questions i had and even went above and beyond after the purchase, even turned on some other cars for me to hear. Honestly couldn t be happier with my purchase! Great guys at Novak Motorcars. I went and bought a Mitsubishi Evo 9 from them. The process was extremely smooth. They gave me all the information about the vehicle without trying to push a sale like other dealers, while also giving me fair value for my trade. Actually car guys moving cars, it was an awesome and refreshing experience. Excited to see them at Cars and Coffee etc. Novak Motorcars is the place to go for amazing vehicles.

I had a good transaction with this dealership. I highly recommend them if you're looking to buy a car. The staff and owner are very courteous and do their best to answer all of your questions. They are honest and upfront. They may not know the answer to your question, but they'll do their best to answer it. This dealership for my transaction was very competitively priced and for being a smaller dealership that's amazing! If you are in the market for a car, definitely look at this dealership. I have purchased 14 cars in the past all from big name dealers. When my son wanted to buy his first fast car we found Novak motors. Chris the owner made buying a fun car so easy. He and his staff are friendly, professional, and offer no BS service. Anyone can get a loan and buy a car, not every dealership is honest, and has down to earth people. Chris I will be back time and time again!
