I got hit in the back of my car. Was backing out and also my neighbor. Rogers place is the best in the business. I recommended his shop very highly. He does immaculate work. I drive a Lexus I know he'll do a great job. Thank you Roger and your employees.

Roger and his crew have repaired my Tundra twice over the past three years. I am extremely pleased with both repairs. I picked up my truck yesterday and it looks like it did when I drove it from the dealer 13 years ago. Very professional and high quality work. I live 30 miles from Northwest's shop but will continue to use them if (and when) the need occurs in the future. HIGHLY RecommendService: Body & Trim

I called around a few places to receive quotes as I was looking to upgrade my factory mustang gt fenders to aftermarket gt350 style fenders. Roger spent the most amount on the phone detailing what the process would entail. After reviewing 3 quotes, I decided to trust the process to Roger's team. He informed me the best time to drop off the vehicle, set expectations and kept me informed throughout the process. The car looks great and I'll be sure to keep Northwest Paint and Body in mind for any future modifications.Service: Painting

Recommded to me via my sister 7-8 years ago. The best recommendation I could have gotten! Owners, Becky & Roger are so warm & caring making sure any repair needed for your vehicle is completed within a reasonable time. I rated them a 10+!!!!

Worst paint job I ve ever seen in my life out of a shop. I could have done better with a spray can. It was so bad they had to knock money off the total. A bunch of unprofessional amateurs and roger was the worst one of all, total disappointment, lesson learned, never again. The only thing they were good at was making worthless excuses for everything. I don t even understand how they can stay in business, go figure. *update* now barely after just 2 months, the paint job they put on that should last like 20 years is already peeling, I have the pics but they re too embarrassing to post, however I will post if someone really wants to see them. I now have to have a real paint shop fix their work, northwest paint was a total waste of time and money. They should be wearing ski-masks cuz I got robbed.Service: Body & Trim

We have had work done on two vehicles here. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and with attention to detail. I noticed that the second vehicle needed to be brought back for something that wasn't just right. Roger took it right in and made good on the problem.

I highly recommend this body and paint shop i went in for an unexpected break on my door that needed to be fixed and these honest hard working staff that work there went above and beyond i want to thank the owner and all his staff for the incredible job they did god bless.

Took two months to fix my car and they didn't fix it right expensive too there diffently on drugs I work alot traveling and they took advantage of me
