Tim and his coworker were both very helpful to locating what brake fluid I needed and tips for when using it. I spoke with Tim over the phone and don t remember the guy who was there near close but he was EXCELLENT. Prices affordable from the fluid I went to buy as well as other items I priced out to do work to my own car; blower motor and spark plugs & coils

Mark Hanawei was amazing. Made sure I was in good hands. Whenever I had a question he took the time to listen and gave me great responses. Very professional and caring. I hope to work with him again for any future car concerns.

I had a minor issue with my wife s car and took it in. They told me it would be done that day (Friday). Unfortunately, the part they had for our car was damaged and they had to get a new one. No problem, they said the car would be ready Saturday. I didn t hear from them Saturday and when I called to see what was going on, the service center was closed. Long story short, we couldn t get our car until Monday. I was out of town for work, and my wife is a teacher so she was at work as well. All of this was extremely inconvenient. However, the folks in the service department made it right. They gave us a discount on the service and delivered my wife s car to her work. Here s the important part. In this day and age, they could have made an online enemy , or they could have made a customer for life. They chose to make a customer for life. We will never take our cars anywhere else for servicing, and when we need to buy a new vehicle, we ll go to them.Gee ChellappaSan Antonio, TX

Made an appointment to change oil for a non-Honda car, three (!) times during the phone conversation with the female employee I asked if they can serve another brand, and she assured me that yes, they will service my car. Upon my arrival, nobody came to me, I was sitting in my vehicle for good 10 minutes, until an employee told me to go inside the office. At the office I was informed right away they cannot change the oil on non-Honda vehicle.What a waste of time, unprofessionalism from the phone operator to the greeter at the service line to the office employee.No wonder this business is not doing well and has so many bad reviews.

My experience here was great!! Mark Hannawi was super duper amazing, he is overall a really kind, funny, caring person and you can tell his thoughtfulness for his clients. My car was taken excellent care of in a timely manner and everything was communicated to me and I felt very included and as though my car was in safe hands the entire time. Thank you Mark!!!

Don't be fooled by the alleged five star reviews. This service location will lie to you, steal from you, and ruin your car. Staff (Noah) is completely incompetent. Took my car in and told him what the problem was. He ignored my comments and completed work that did nothing to fix my car. After the work they completed did nothing, I get a phone call stating the problem was in fact what I told them it would be. Had to return months later after the work they did, failed. I told Noah it was covered under warranty. Noah (not knowing what he was talking about) said it was not. Escalated to his boss and boss said, yes of course it is. Northside Service and Noah wasted my time and my money. Thousands of dollars. I wouldn't send my worst enemies here.

THEY WERE CAUGHT ON CAMERA RIPPING OFF A CUSTOMER. Recorded on DASH CAM FOOTAGE. Avoid this place at all costs. DISHONEST MANAGEMENT.

High quality work for warranty, but the guy that helped us was a bit rude and kept telling us our brand new car might not be covered. It was purchased in Feb 2023, and not covered? Not a very helpful way to start a conversation.No loaner cars, no shuttle. Things have changed.

No follow up from service advisor. They had my car for two weeks and could not fix it. I took it to another Honda dealership in town and it was fixedby the end of day.

Needed a four wheel alignment on an older CR-V, brought it into Northside with no appointment. Mark Hannawi was my service representative, he is high energy, customer focused and professional. If Mark's drive and competence were more common then things would get done 10x faster.

Gave this Honda service x2 chances and we ll never go here again. Bad customer service and poor staffFirst time, they lost our keys after dropping off our car they found it after it had been switched for another car key.Second time, we had to get a replacement tire after it was punctured. We got 2 blocks from the dealership and had to turn around because the tire bolts weren t tight enough, making the entire car shake and wobbleI ll be a fool to go there again, even though it s the closest location. I wouldn t recommended taking your car for service here because you won t be satisfiedServices: Tires, Oil change

I don't know why people give this dealer 5 stars this is the worst dealer you can ever find I give them 1 star because I can give them 0 but they deserve MINUS 5 stars.I call to check on a truck I been looking for while ,a Calvary blue Toyota tundra 2019 it was Tuesday and I told them I will be on Friday for a test an probably buy the truck they say is ok they will keep the keys spare for me ;I lived on Houston Tx. 213 miles away 3:30 drive time. on Friday I drove to the dealer and the still call me 2 times to se if a goin well even they recall he has the key of the truck spare for me; when I arrived they make me wait like 30 minutes only for tell me that their selling the truck to other person that just show up in that morning on the dealer . They didn't have the decency to show me truck. He did not receive me in person he had to send another person to tell me their selling the truck to someone else after making me drive 3:30 and a DAY of WORK LOST FOR NOTHING; very UNPROFESSIONAL,they DO NOT CARE about PEOPLE just your money. His WORD holds NO WEIGHT . This dealer is very UNETHICAL ,I never want to know about them AGAIN in my entire live .

I tried my hardest to keep my patience. When I say I want Quick Service and to get things done over the phone I mean it. My spouse worked with several people to get things done and it drives me insane that you are not taken seriously if you are not there in person. I work full time and run my own Business I don't have time to sit there and wait. Aside from waiting issues the place is great. My only advice would be to take customers serious over the phone.

Very slow service. No one here moves with a sense of urgency. My service advisor has only been an employee for one week and tried to tell me a "B" service code means my vehicle required an upgraded oil change that was in excess of $125. I called him on his lie and pulled up a PDF copy of the service codes. The service took over 2 hours when I was quoted 45-60 minutes. Thought I'd give this dealer a try since I had problems with the place I purchased from. I can state with certainty that I won't be back.

2nd time here. Such a hidden treasure, excellent service and amenities while you wait. If you re military or law enforcement affiliated, check out their special service pricing. It s not the quickest, but I find it well worth my time. I can t remember the last time I experienced such quality and service. Thank you!

Love the separate waiting areas. My son could be on his iPad and not disturb everyone else in the dealership.Service done. No strong arm to get "optional" service done.

This was my first visit for service on my 2015 Odyssey. I went in for a transmission fluid replacement. The whole process took about 1.5 hours which is very good. The waiting room and drink/snack bar was nice. They took my internet coupon without any issues.

Just terrible service for our company passing through and needing emergency help. My boss was so upset with them. Made us wait 2 hours before even pulling car in. Normally I wouldn't care due to no appointment, but they had mechanics not working, just out talking in a group and only 3 cars being worked on in their huge garage early in AM. Then 2 hours later they didn't even diagnose problem right. Tried charging us $748 for a new pcm plus install. We took it down the way to Joe and Mike's and we were fixed and out in under 45 minutes for $129. Wasn't a PCM. Just a sensor. Pass on this dealer money trap and go to a local mechanic like Joe and Mike or Pacific.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

In standard dealership fashion they'll attempt to upcharge you for parts and services you don't need. These guys don't care if you say "no" and will just do the work and expect you to pay the bill anyway. If you call them out on their BS they'll undo the work, but on their own time.

They offered me 4k for my Jeep. I traded it in elsewhere for 11k. Always get a quote from CarMax first and don't take anything lower than that. The price of the car I was looking at seemed semi fair price but I advise extreme caution when trading in here. Their offer was laughable honestly.

I've been coming to this place for years for vehicle service and I don't know what's changed but this place has gone downhill. If you want your vehicle serviced here you're gonna have to sit there in front of whoever is coordinating your vehicle's service because they won't work if you're not there. I've been getting the run around for a vehicle diagnostic for days, and keep getting transferred and shuffled from voicemail to voicemail. Now they have my vehicle, won't give me my diagnostic results, and won't take my calls. Go somewhere else for service because somehow these people can't match the professionalism of a 19 year old at a jiffy lube.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very bad sales person. we went there looking at a specific car. The sales person showed lack of interest. After the test drive, while I am talking to him, he walks off in the middle of the conversation, at which point we lost interest in buying the car. I walked over to the Sales Manager to inform him of our experience and the Sales person told him he did not hear me. I told the Manage that he left in the middle of the conversation, but the sales manager simply said thank you and nothing else. At this point we walked out.I wish there was a negative star rating, as this is what I would give this person.

I always get oil change here during weekdays, this time I came on weekends... I always got semi sintetic oil every time , fortunately oil change was on special $ 21.95 during December season, Ralph who was helped me that I never see him before tried to let me to sign to get the $66 price without told first, luckily I checked before sign it. He said my car still new and need a full synthetic, I don't think so but after all he was professional and polite.. with the tax and misserineous fee still $ 30.80

Didn't even get a chance to go get serviced. Needed a water pump, part was on back order. Was told if I buy a water pump and bring it, it would be 800 for labor, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. 800 dollars to replace a water pump that I buy and bring for them. It's a 15 minute job at most guys lol. Another quote from a random shop was 3 something for parts and labor. Business must be down at this place. Guess I know where to never take my cars.

The service center will do more service than you asked for and charge you an insane amount of money for those services. Then, when you demand that they un-do things they did, they will just park your car and make you wait. It was caught on video of a service center employee calling a customer a MF'er.
