Will never go here again. Waited until parts were in for a 6 day job. 32 days later I got my truck back. In the interim I made more than 10 trips to check on my truck. Work moved at a snails pace. When I was told it was completed the hood was very spotty because water was in the paint, many areas of the truck was poor quality and several pieces were repainted, some several times. My antenna was not installed, new damage on several pieces of trim that was removed and the truck was never washed. The windows were left down during the work and to this day smells like paint and acetone. This also left a dusty mess inside the truck. Truck eventually got washed and most items repaired as well as the inside cleaned. Some items still remain damaged.Also these guys never called me. Not once. This is why I had to make so many trips.

Northside Ford Collision was excellent, their customer service and quality of work was very good. Brian helped me out with my new Raptor and was there every step of the way. Great job guys and thank you for the new paint job!

Had to take in my car last minute today for a headlight adjustment after my previous body shop knocked them out of alignment. Even without an appointment, Javier from the office took my keys as soon as I walked through the door, & both him and another worker took the time to learn my cars "different" adjustment mechanics, & calibrated my lights back to a safe, and usable state. I appreciate this service, as this wasn't necessarily an emergency or priority, compared to the other projects they had going on in the garage, but they treated it like one. I hope I never need body work for my car, but if I do, they already have my business. I wish them and the company as a whole continued growth and success in the future. Thanks again Javier!

I have had them do body and glass work on two vehicles in the past. A very good experience both times. I highly recommend them
