Very much highly recommended! Probably my new favorite body shop. I brought my car in for a repair after my bumper was hit. It was my first time at this shop. I took my car for an estimate and then brought it back a few wks later for repair. Sam was very nice and friendly. They seemed to be honest, hardworking people. They were very polite and thorough explaining the process on how the repair would go. And when I picked it up, I was so surprised to see my car WASHED and VACUUMED. Best customer service and experience at a body shop thus far.

I am extremely impressed with the attention to detail that was given to my car. Chuy takes pride in what he does and the end results show for it. The owner is AMAZING making sure everything is taken care of by providing everything the insurance company asked for in a timely matter.Driving up to this shop gave me the confidence that my Alfa Romeo would turn out as good as new or better. They went above and beyond to help get my Alfa looking beautiful again.

I took my Lexus here and had to pay out of pocket to repaint since my paint had started to peel, and of course, the warranty had expired. Everyone here from the owner to the shop workers were so professional and helpful. I was very pleased with my paint job. It looks like I have a brand new car, and their quote was under the other shops I got estimates from. Fast forward a few months, and I had some scratches and what looked like oil splashes, which would not come off. They were able to on the spot remove all the blemishes and I've got a new car again. Highly recommend this shop for their excellent work and customer service!

I will always recommend Abraham and his team at NEC! Just got my vehicle back from some back-end damage, and it looks brand new. They fixed the damage with a quick turnaround time, sooner than quoted. They take pride in their work, and you can definitely tell. Our vehicle was even cleaned, inside and out upon arrival. It was so great to drive my vehicle again, especially super clean. If you want your vehicle in great hands, this is your shop!

Horrible Customer Service. I had originally gone in to get a estimate on fiberglass repair after a towing company damaged a custom bumper on my car. The person who helped me that day was great to work with, Sam was his name I believe. While waiting for estimate I was talking with him about repairing frame damage and he said they could do it and to bring it on in. It took a couple weeks to get the time off and a tow truck set up. When I brought it in, it took over half an hour to get someone, other than the receptionist, to come out and talk to me. The tow truck driver was also stuck there waiting for someone to tell him where to leave the car. The person who did finally come out acted very annoyed that they had to talk to someone and didn't seem interested in doing a frame repair that wasn't insurance, but they still took the car in. No estimate of when they would get to it or even we'll call you. Fast forward two weeks and I call to find out a status on the car. This was on a Friday evening around 5, their hours say open until 6, after waiting on hold for 30 mins I hung up. Called again Monday morning and finally got a hold of someone. They told me the frame machine is broke and wouldn't be able to get someone out there for 6 weeks. Waited 6 weeks and called back. I was informed they were not going to fix the machine and I needed to come pick up my car. Did not care at all that I had already wasted time and money to get a tow truck to bring them the car in the first place, and would have to do so again to pick it up. When I asked about them about towing it to whoever is doing their frame repairs now, their comment was literally "Why should we, we didn't do anything to your car". I arranged to borrow a car hauler and came and picked the car up two weeks later. Not a single person came out of the back to talk to me when I picked it up. One of the mechanics or porters brought the car out, and they were polite and helpful, but still not even a sorry we couldn't fix this and wasted your time. Please don't support such poor customer service, take your vehicle else where.Service: Body & Trim

I'm so grateful I took my car to Northeast Customs after my fender bender! Abraham and his team provided me with the work that was needed, and never tried to take advantage of the situation I was in. They kept me updated throughout all steps of the work being done, and the customer service was phenomenal. See the before and after for proof of their great work!

Polite, professional and proficient are just a few of the words I use to describe the staff at Northeast Customs Collision Repair (NEC Repair). I witnessed a team of professionals that had earned the trust and confidence of the customers with whom they interacted. I met an owner who clearly leads by positive example and is not afraid to get his hands dirty. The property (inside and out) was clean and organized and had plenty of seating in the waiting a area. Fernando was very helpful when my 370Z Nismo was there due to a blown off 4x4 tire on the road that I hit. My car is Pearl White with custom Pearl Black and Pearl Red accents. The body and paint work are perfect matches to what was there already. Bottom line you can t even tell it was in an accident. The communication is very good as well. You can tell they take pride in their work as they called me to go inspect the progress to make sure I was happy. I recommend them to anyone wether you ve got a stock car or custom like mine. You won t be disappointed with the work.

Amazing fast work on collision accident !!They work with you to find the right parts to replace at a better price if able like they did in my situation.Very extremely friendly staff. They did an excellent job color matching my grille on my truck! Looks incredible! I was super specific on how I wanted it painted and they killed it! Definately recommend them for all your painting/color matching needs!

Took my car to Northeast Custom Collision after a recommendation from a friend after a small fender bender to the front quarter panel. Got the car back two weeks later, but had some issues with the work. Door was still rubbing on quarter panel, front bumper clips not attached, missing custom stem and cap on the valve stem. Got ahold of Ray, took my car back over, and everything was taken care of. I appreciate the good customer service, but most of the issues were just not paying attention to details and could have been avoided.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Very easy to work with and these guys know their way around high end cars. I had my corvette zo6 worked on from a driver hitting my fender and front number. Parts were hard to come by because of supply chain issues but to no fault of the shop. Northeast Customs did an amazing job with my car. Dropped it off Thursday to have my rear bumper replaced and picked it up Saturday and it looked perfect. Top notch workmanship, perfect paint match, competitive price, military discount, you can t really ask for much more. I d rather support a family business than give my hard earned money to a dealership any day of the week. I can tell from the completed job and customer service that the shop puts all their attention to ensuring their customers have a great experience. Thanks again Abraham and your team there at the shop, I truly appreciate everything!

Took almost 6 months to get my car back missing bolts,lazy body work damaged my tint,paint is cracking on bumpers And burnt my paint when buffing.I took the car back and was told they wouldn t honor the life time guarantee don t go here this shop is trash. My car wasn t even repaired properly.

I want to highly recommend Fernando, Abraham, and the whole crew at Northeast Customs Collision Repair. I have taken my car in for two different repairs and they have responded extremely well both times. They completed the repairs in the time frame they promised, and the work was done very well. I have been very pleased with them, and I believe you will be be also.

Had the worst experience with Fernando and Abraham. a 2018 brand new tundra was dropped off to them due to an accident that took place November 2018. The repair was simple it was a front bumper end cap and some brackets. After my vehicle was in the shop for a week I decided to call the dealership to see the status of my parts and the parts weren t even ordered, when I was told by Fernando that he had already ordered them. the shop had a good reputation for installing custom parts so I decided to ask for some custom work as well. The work has been taken back to them again and again because the work that has been done to the vehicle is unacceptable. The first time I received the vehicle the hardware that held my fender liner was missing. Second time I was promised that I was going to get updated about my vehicle yet Fernando was too busy to contact me, after I specifically told him I needed to know the status because that is my only vehicle to drive. I had to call him multiple times in the end I was left to figure it out how to get transportation ( they took longer time than insurance would cover a rental). When I FINALLY received my truck back, the issues of missing hardware and poor quality work were still there. I ended up speaking with the owner Abraham and he reassured me that everything was going to be taken care of. I was notified I would be contacted after the holidays to repair the work that is STILL not repaired on my truck and no one contacted me so I decided to call and spoke to Abraham. Nothing has been done yet , I m hoping this doesn t happen to anyone else.

The NEC team didn t take long at all to get to work on my vehicle! Super friendly and they updated me through the entire process over the phone and on social media by sending me photos of my car. The end result is phenomenal considering I could barely stand to look at my driver s side paint being scratched by key marks. It s almost as if the deep scratches weren t ever there! Northeast Customs should be the first shop to come to mind when looking for repairs considering their high quality of work. No job is too big or small for them to handle. Once again, I couldn t be more happier or relieved by the end result. Huge thanks to the entire NEC team for being welcoming and taking care of my car!

I had the pleasure of working with this company for repairs due to an accident we were involved in. The staff and personnel were very professional, they kept me informed of the process and time frame of my repairs and any additional time that was needed. When I got the call that my car was ready for pick up I was very nervous and wasn't expecting my car to look brand new due to the damage it sustained, but NEC exceeded every single expectation I had and made my car look better than when I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a professional and caring collision center.

Would definitely not recommend anyone to bring there car here. Returned the car unfinished and body parts not put together properly . Went back to let them know the issues and said it would come out of pocket, radio and back up camera were not working , when I'm fact it went in they were working. . So yourself a favor and save time , go elsewhere.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

Brought my truck in to get my bumper repaired and my grille painted black. Fernando and Abe kept great communication with me and were very informative! The paint work is some of the best I ve seen and I ll definitely be going back to get more work done!

Now this place did a great job as far as quality work my car not only was fixed it was so clean when I picked it up. I wish I could have given them a five; however the price I was charged was pretty out there. $1500 to replace my hood and a very small portion of the side panel. I understand it's a business but when you're 99.9% sure they got your hood from pick n pull for sixty bucks because you called yourself to try going an affordable route being a baller on a budget n alll..... not to mention before they "ordered" anything you do ask if you could bring your own part and they were supposed to ask and call you back but never do. Yeah it's pretty uneasy when you show up ask for the itemized bill and realize they are lying straight to your face. I did everything possible to try and save money because I couldn't afford it and i knew one of the employees so he sent me a pic of my car's progress aka before it was painted and low and behold my hood is the same color I had called and got the the info from pick n pull the day before . When I showed up when they called to tell me it was ready they couldn't provide me with a copy at least of the receipt where they purchased my hood that showed up on my itemized bill as $300 Because the secretary didn't do call scan it to put in my folder and she just left out of town and no no one had the key to those files not even owner .

I have had a wonderful experience with NorthEast Customs . I am so grateful to have ever been introduced to such wonderful , respectful and friendly staff! First thing when I got there I thought they are probably laughing at me and why I came there because I have a lancer that needed repair and the lot had corvettes, and all kinds of custom cars everywhere. But I got treated like I owned a custom car .! Mr . Bobby you are truly a blessing . Sometimes it takes someone from the outside to just let you know that hey you're doing just fine . My ac is doing so well I wear a sweater lol please thank entire staff .
