Exceptional service as always!!each part of SUBARU NORTH PARK department s Associates...... are EXCEPTIONAL in.. what they do!that intertwines; makes each person's job complete providing exceptional SERVICE AS ALWAYS.I'm talking, from the receptionist to the maintenance department,the finance - department to the management department always nice and clean .Sales associates as well, THEIR people trained to inform the customers of all of the goodies on their vehicle. Everyone knows their part- on what to do Which always makes it a good experience for me.N Fusco

No nonsense dealership. We worked with Tori Eaton and it was probably the simplest and cleanest vehicle purchase we have ever made. Our financing consultation was thorough but very efficient and we were on our way. We absolutely love the Subaru Forester (2024) we purchased. Very thankful for this experience.

Helped my mother-in-law buy a used vehicle. Visited 3 different dealerships before this one, and we were able to find a 2017 Nissan at a reasonable price. Roger Shaw was very professional. I still got him to reduce the price some, thanks to my abilities in negotiations. Roger still did correct the items that we pointed out along with other new parts. Ultimately, we both were content with the deal. I feel I came out ahead, but I know the dealerships never looses, just like Vegas.

An amazing all around experience! Cam was great. He made sure we were comfortable and walked us through every step of the buying experience. The test drive was fantastic. All the features and knowledge given and shown to us was great. The service department took time to come talk to us and give us a what to expect when we get serviced if we bought vehicle. End to end the experience was fast and felt super personal. Love our new Subaru and looking forward to our next purchase when we replace our other vehicle! Thanks to everyone there at NP Subaru!!

Osbaldo "Ozzie" Gonzalez assisted me in purchasing a 2021 Forester. He was helpful, polite, and responsive. He did his best to close the sale in a mere couple of days, although the car was still in the certification process when we made a deal. He was trustworthy and everything I wanted for a used car salesperson. I highly recommend Ozzie and North Park Subaru!

I unfortunately did not get the name of the young man who assisted me but he was extremely helpful. He was pleasant and kept me updated throughout my visit. He went above and beyond just getting me in and out. I waited while my vehicle got worked on and everyone inside that I had contact with was very friendly. I was absolutely pleased with my visit and would come back. The thank you card was a nice touch.

Great Service is always par for the course here. Dalton was awesome he kept me informed. We loved Manny's informative video showing the overall condition of our vehicle. Also have to give a shout out to Henry and Chris in Parts.

Took my car, (2022 Outback), to NorthPark Subaru for an oil pan leak. I bought the car less than a week earlier from carvana. They never revealed it had an oil leak when I was buying it. Be wary of car dealers like this. Anyway, as it turns out, the leak was covered under the factory warranty, which was still in force. Between Dalton (service advisor) and Mike (senior tech), I had a loaner car and after 24 hours or less, my car was fixed and I was on the road. Absolutely awesome job. Oh, I got the 30,000 mile service done too! Thank you to Dalton and Mike, as well as everyone with North Park Subaru. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable folks!

Excellent service and fast repair on my Subaru. Being able to get a loaner car is an amazing amenity. Also loved their walk through multi point inspection video done on my vehicle and texted to me.

I had a great experience with this dealership. My current 2017 Outback needed a tough tie rod and arm replacement which led to the mechanics going above and beyond their work hours to ensure a safe result for my upcoming long trip with it. I was given a loaner vehicle right away, so I had no inconvenience at all. Also during this time I was introduced to Phil Larson the general sales manager. He gave me such a great deal on a new car that I was looking at. Next, I met with Cam Fowler, a sales consultant who took me through all of the car's details and answered all questions. He even drove the car to me. Finally, I met with Dylan Kirk, the Finance Manager. He ran the numbers and offered me additional extentions for the car without pressuring me. All of these men were friendly, upfront, and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks to all!

The team here does a very good job at customer service. Their mechanics do a great job. Luke my advisor always does a great job, is very nice. I always take my car to North Park Subaru for excellent service. It is comfortable if there is a wait. Plenty of seating, drinks and snacks. They have taken good care of me by providing loaners when my car has to stay a day or two. I highly recommend this dealership.

I appreciate the flexibility of the staff and great customer service and care for my preventive maintenance. The staff were very approachable. I decided at first to wait for the car but changed my mind to drop it off and come back for it. They even offered free carwash for my car despite knowing they are already having a lot of customers and near closing of office hours. The environment is relaxing with the free snacks and coffee in the waiting area. It was nice meeting Derek again after a year. Appreciate him who delivered my car from San Antonio on the way to Laredo. Still able to communicate and helps me through my first year transition in navigating my crosstrek and every concerns I had in mind. May you continue to be strong Subaru Fam!

Just picked up my vehicle yesterday from North Park Subaru. It was a great experience not only did they priced the vehicle right to begin with but they didn't had no none sense fees to the final price. Derek P was a great sales person, not pushy and savvy on the vehicles that he sells.

It has been an amazing experience working with this dealership, since buying my vehicle from them 9 months ago they haven t hesitated once to help me in any way they could. I just wanted to thank Michael, my salesman for being such a big help, not only during the buying process, assisting me going above and beyond with questions or concerns I had. Even after my sale was completed I still feel like a valued customer!! I can t thank my finance manager Tim enough for helping me purchase the vehicle as-well. Both are amazing people!

Today I had to rush home to change the flat on my wife s Outback. Afterwards I called the service department/parts departments to see if they had the tires in stock. They did, my wife was able to get to the store in the nick of time. She got there with minutes to spare. Dalton in service, and Sergio in the shop, probably John in parts because that s who I spoke with earlier, all worked late to get her safely back on the road with her tire replaced. Thanks a million to you and the store

I do appreciate you guys helping out with our vehicle. I was informed of everything going on and best part of all we weren t left stranded. They gave us loaner while our vehicle was in the shop. Paying for the services was extremely easy and none time consuming. Every time we go to the dealer we get good service

I received great service from these guys. I went in for a routine maintenance check for oil and rotating the tires, etc. I was out very quickly with a very clean, washed car and a smile on their face. Highly recommend Alan and the service team!

What excellent service I got at North Park Subaru. It was really cold inside the dealership and one of the salesman offered to go get my jacket out of my vehicle. I was brought complimentary, coffee and snacks as well. I guess it s true you get what youd pay for. I was extremely happy with the young man that was taking care of me. I almost forgot to mention that I even got a complementary car wash! I get in my vehicle and I have this thank you card.

The e service department was awesome. My Crosstrek had the thermo controlValve go out on it. The Manager Miguel service advisor Luke and the mechanic Daniel had my car done in less than 24 hours. Just in time for my birthday. I had a trip planned and they got it done! I m forever grateful and have a deep appreciation for this service department. I will always be going to them.

Our family has purchased two vehicles from North Park Subaru on San Pedro and we are customers for life! You can t go wrong with the outstanding Subaru product but here you ll find knowledgeable and friendly sales staff ( thank you, Chris!) to help guide you to your dream car! Then off to finance where you can be at ease knowing you ll have a voice once presented with all the warranty and financing options. We decided to add a tow package to our 2023 Subaru Ascent and Alexander in service was top notch too. I was offered complimentary transportation to and from my home while they worked on my car. Overall a great experience!

I received amazing service while buying a car here. No matter what was in the way the dealers and repair team took on the challenges and treated me perfectly the entire time. I highly recommend coming here for used or new vehicles. I've said it to the team plenty of time but to the team who took care of me, thank you so much for all of the support and getting me back on the road after the accident I had. Y'all are the best!

The customer service was outstanding! Having a loaner made taking in my car so convenient and definitely affected my choice of where to take my car. I appreciate getting the video of my car to show the condition of the parts. The text updates were very convenient too. Lastly, after thorough inspection, the detailed quote listing all parts, services & prices up front was nice to have. The invoice clearly explained everything with no surprise charges or last minute price increases. This left me with the sense of being well cared for & not ripped off. You can expect me to be a loyal customer for all my car's maintenance needs. Great job!

Went in for recurring service and it was accomplished in a timely manner. Their waiting areas are very clean with comfortable chairs. Coffee was excellent. Had 2 cups. And a couple of cookies. I highly recommend North Park Subaru on N San Pedro for their excellent service staff and technicians. Looking to trade in my Forester for a Crosstrek soon.

I highly recommend doing business with North Park Subaru. They give exceptional service. Today I had my oil changed, and that was a positive experience. The waiting room is pleasant with windows to look down and see the maintenance people at work on my car. Water and snacks were available. The company recycles all possible items consumed in the waiting room. My service rep updated me in person on the status of the oil change. I love the fact that the company gives a complimentary car wash after they complete the service.

The dealership is absolutely top-notch! They were on time with my service, offered excellent pricing, and extremely professional! Especially Moses- that guy is a class act and just an overall great person! This was my first time taking my Subaru to this dealer since I do not live in San Antonio, but they made me feel like a special and familiar customer. The waiting area is very comfortable as well. When I visit San Antonio, North Park Subaru of San Antonio is my #1 choice to give the best care and service to not only my Subaru, but to me as well!

We took our Outback in for a relatively simple repair, with a paper detailing what was wrong with it from another dealership. They told us they could get it back to us three days later by noon. They didn t even look at the car to ensure the diagnosis was correct until day of, and didn t start the repair until 1030, making is very late to leave already before telling us there was another problem, that they could have discovered if they didn t ignore our car for a solid three days. A lot of the employees also lack professionalism, which wouldn t be a problem if the service was completed in even a somewhat timely manner. Do not recommend bringing your car in for anything past a simple service.
