Originally we were disappointed that our car was left outside the first 2 days after being towed to the shop for a window replacement. Reason being, it was taken to the major collision instead of the minor collision center. The problem was that there was no back window in the vehicle and the environment was very misty potentially damaging the interior of the car. The problem was eventually resolved once it was transported to the correct facility. Drake was our point of contact at minor collision and he did a wonderful job going forward. He kept us fully informed like clockwork every Tuesday and Thursday. Great job being a project manager Drake.The final result was that the car turned out excellent! Not one flaw. The car looked brand new...and they even buffed the paint. Bottom line, we had a slow start but the final product and service was awesome. thx.

I am so grateful for the hard work and care NP Minor Collision put into my vehicle, I thought it worth an amazing review. Not only did they take care of my vehicle, but the mechanics and office staff made me feel supported during a very stressful time. A couple words to describe my experience; smooth, efficient, communicative, flexible, supportive. I d like to specifically thank Manuel, Yvette, and Kain for all their help and support. I couldn t have hoped for a better experience at a Collision Center. Thank you so so much!

I do not recommend for anyone to take their vehicle here nor would I ever go back. I took my vehicle here to get my bumper fixed, supposedly that was going to take 2-3 weeks. Their favorite word that i heard often was "Tomorrow". I heard it everyday for 5 weeks when I would call to get an update. 7 weeks later they're finding out about something else wasn't working when clearly I had no other issues other than my bumper. I just picked up my vehicle and took it to my local mechanic the same day for him to tell me that whoever "fixed" my vehicle blew out a pump. My vehicle isn't more than 2 years old and is low mileage and should not have the issue it has. I'm very disappointed and I would never do business at this place again.Service: Body & Trim

The estimate they give you preliminary ok wow they have no idea how much it will be. It is a Toyota truck do not go here unless you want it might be this much maybe more

Do not use this collision center. They had my car for 2 weeks already and were supposed to finish it today on 08/30/2023. They than call me to tell me that they need more time for a simple window fixture. This place is ridiculous terrible and neive zapata is not to be trusted and will give you the run around about your vehicle. I suggest you pick another shop than this place.

My experience with north park collision was outstanding! Mr. Zapata was assigned to my case. He provided me with a weekly update on repairs and was very transparent. His attention to customer service was greatly appreciated!

The ONLY reason they even get the second star is because of the way that Chris handled my situation and got things done. They cleaned my car but left glass in the area where my son sits still. I was told things that were untrue. Like, they ordered the glass for my car door but that when they went to put it in it was for the wrong door. So they had to order another one. All of that was a lie. The entire piece of glass was on back order and had just arrived when I decided I was done being given the run around and called to speak to the production manager. If it weren t for Chris I m sure that Bo was going to try and continue to keep my car longer in order to to try to keep getting money more from my insurance company. They charged usaa for 2.5 hours to clean up glass yet I doubt it took that long because it looks like they literally did a half a$$ job doing that. Then when I called to ask where my vehicle was in regards to getting done with it because they had had it for 2 weeks at this point, I was told that they had dismantled my door and was checking it out to make sure that the motor worked and my glass would go up and down the whole conversation was spoken to in a polite tone but also as though I don t know what I m doing because Im a woman. Listen I understand y all need to make money to operate but if it weren t for Chris, y all would probably still have my car. And I would probably still be getting the run around from Bo. Absolutely absurd. Then they wanted to paint an area of my car for glass scratches there were no scratches from the glass I saw my car the day that the break in happened and took a plethora of photos, so I know this for a fact. I was also told that there had been some special company to come out and rekey my ignition that never happened until I called and asked Chris for a certain date my car would be done. He s the one that called a locksmith. 3 hours after I called and spoke to Chris, my car was ready. Amazing how just before I spoke with Chris, Bo was telling me probably sometime next week your vehicle will be ready.

If I could give this business negative stars I would. Our car was involved in a hit and run. Not major damage (6k) worth of work. We dropped it off at minor collision on 8/26. It was inspection and sat there until I followed up for the what felt like millionth time to check the status. I was told it then has to go to major collision. Sat again. Was re-assessed after I called constantly to check. They revived the check from the insurance and all parts were ordered. Parts came in. Said it would be done in two weeks. Needless to say I still DO NOT HAVE A CAR. Or an explanation every week it will take another week. Impossible getting anyone to call you back and if they do guess what maybe next week. Here we are still no car and no estimated time frame. I paid a significant amount of money for a Lincoln aviator and made three payments on this car that I had for two weeks before this accident happened. NEVER EVER EVER do business with them. I have two small kids that I have to coordinate events/school drops offs etc with one vehicle. I had to take an Uber home from the hospital with my two year old last week after she was released because I had NO car. This place could care less about you as a customer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought in my vehicle to be repaired and they failed to tell me they were understaffed. It's has been 2 weeks since you had my vehicle and said it would be finished early this week 08/28/2023. Clearly you are lying and giving the run around about the time of fixtures. Classic Collision had my car fixed in 3 days compared to your shop. Please everybody check them out if you need body work on your car.

I took my vehicle for minor bumper damage. I was overcharged for services rendered. I questioned the repair bill and since I was in a rush after waiting I left. My insurance requested an invoice for a separate windshield repair when the discrepancy came to light and the repair business was ready to pocket the excess amount. I was told that a refund was warranted but have yet to hear back!! I have called and they are always to busy or manager is always in a meeting. Camera was not even calibrated. Next step is go up the chain of command. I am so disgusted with their unethical business practices. Not cool!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

After a few tweaks after a received my car Roger, Yvette and team pulled through and my lexus is home. It's not an easy job when so many of us are depending or or vehicles. I appreciate the weekly updates and in the end they pulled double time to make it right . Like the other woman's review here, "Kayla", I wish I could give negative stars. I had a perfectly functional car, it just needed the bumper pulled and painted. NorthPark Minor Collision had my car from October 25th to today, Nov 14th. 21 days for a bumper. They did a terrible job painting and clear coating over deep scratches (why I took it there) so they had to redo it. Terrible service. Terrible communication. And I was without my car for 3 weeks. Being without a car for almost a month with two kids was horrible.It was driveable! It must have sat and sat awaiting my minor bumper paint job. I called all the time to get status. I said let me have my car back and I'll bring it the scheduled day they will be actually working on it- they said it was almost done. Lie. 2 weeks plus later....I would NEVER use this business. I have purchased 2 used cars from NorthPark - I will NEVER buy a vehicle or get service from them ever again. And I'm in the market for a new car.Their work is terrible. They are so disorganized. And they either lie, or are completely clueless with their scheduling- comes across as lying to the customer. Sandie at the front desk was great, but everyone else seemed entirely clueless.I would not go here. If I had it to do over, mom and pop shop all the way. And I'd get drop off and pick up date in writing. Especially if your car is drivable.Goodluck. Hope this helps you not be without your car 3 weeks!

I took my vehicle in to be fixed for bodywork, tailgate replacement, and windows replacement. I understand that parts are taking longer than usual to come in. But, they are not professional at all. I would call and text weekly without answer. I d say they got back to me once every three weeks with a generic answer. My vehicle was with them for almost 3 months. One time I was told they ordered the completely wrong tailgate. Nightmare dealing with them. Also, they acted like they did a great job and didn t offer a discount on my deductible for as long they took. As you can see with the dates and times on the screenshots. I would never get a response. Go somewhere else.

Bo took care of my 2022 F 350 that someone backed into. Can't say enough good things about Bo and his service driven actions. Got me in and out in a reasonable time , handled the rental vehicle as well. Thank yall. I highly recommend this body shop.

Lexus doesn't handle major collision work so they sent us here. From experience, this place is well organized and prompt. They did a great job handling the repairs and restoring our brand new lex to factory spec... Even handled the insurance to insure we get top of the line oem parts not after market junk like insurance would have liked. Although they forgot to our new windshield on... The way they handled that was satisfactory. Ed was professional and I would recommend this place to anyone I cared about. Solid work. They just attention to detail and are meticulous. Great work.

Kain and his supervisor James have failed again! Left several messages both voicemails and emails and no return calls or emails. I believe I still have an issue with my repair from when I hit a deer over a year ago. They do not want to help with a supplemental claim! I would not recommend either the minor or major collision side of this company!Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

The front desk person is personable and pleasant enough in person, she is not so much on the phone. I have experienced her customer service from both sides. Those coming in are usually in some emotional distress over their situation regarding their car. A understanding approach would ease be kinder and thoughtful.Phone calls are not returned so be sure to stay on top of them. Be persistent if you have a pressing question or need to get information to a service rep in the back office. They present friendly and seem to care and want to help when you're there in person. On the phone it's a dismissive and lack-luster return.I wonder how this would go over for themself if they were on this side. It's a circle, so to speak. When someone comes into your place of business or your job, your paycheck is paid by these customers and clients. There should be a humbling appreciation for this and the thought of how you would like to be treated with each interaction if you were the customer or client.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used their services twice. The first time went fine. This last time was very disappointing. Brad caused me to have to pay 2 days of car rental out of my pocket because he let my car sit for 2 days before looking at it and realizing the part did not fit. What's the point of me having an appointment if my car is going to be ignored for 2 days? Two weeks later, I finally get my car and Brad does not show to check me out. And then, he does not return my phone calls.

This place is the worst, don t take your vehicle here unless you want to overpay, have to wait forever, and have shoddy work done. I m so disappointed with their service, came in for a minor repair and $4,0000 later it looks worse than when I brought it in and they are so busy it takes forever to get anything done, I will never return.
