I couldn t be any happier with North Park Mazda . Mykela Mason was my customer service representative. She s so awesome. She LISTENED and found just what I needed and wanted. Everyone there was friendly and very customer oriented. I will gladly recommend them to family and friends. I also plan on using their service department. THANK YOU, NORTH PARK MAZDA

If you re car shopping, this is the place to be and ask for Jullian Gomez. I ve hit several dealerships and am an experienced car buyer, and Jullian s service as a sales rep is invaluable and has surpassed my expectations. Not only is he knowledgeable and transparent about the cars, but he also cares about clients needs. He even offered to help me transfer my belongings to my car. Thanks, Jullian!

I was having so many issues with older Mazda vehicle and was time to upgrade to a newer Mazda vehicle. I still owed on older vehicle but not as much as I thought. John Sanchez was able to put the remaining equity balance to newer Mazda vehicle. Because of John, this would make vehicle number three. He finds a way to assist and get you in another vehicle. I will always recommend John to anyone! You can count on me coming back in the future.

prior to visiting North Park Mazda i ve heard great things about how friendly, welcoming, and easy it is to stroll in, shop, and buy. the team at Mazda left a great impression on me, and they truly care for their customers. Mazda was my first choice, and while i hadn t planned on purchasing the same day, i ended up leaving with a brand new 2024 Mazda3 Hatchback Preferred trim thanks to Jose, and the financial team to back him. i did not feel pressured to make a purchase, but i felt in my heart it was meant to be. i ve seen numerous video reviews on the Mazda3, and while i thought hmmm this is a beautiful car, it didn t quite strike me until i opened the door for the first time. the build quality is insane, and the handling is best in its class. i feel like i am driving something much more expensive than i am. i m looking forward to driving my new Mazda for many years to come, and servicing it at North Park Mazda.

Car shopping for the 1st time in years!!! Julian greeted us right away. We came prepared with umbrellas and he was ready with a waterproof jacket. Julian was very knowledgeable on the model that I wanted. He showed us a variety to choose from and accompanied us in two separate test drives. Nick assisted us with the financial portion of the paperwork. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. Outstanding customer service! If you're looking for a car, stop by and check them out.

Thank you to Jose Reyna for helping me with the purchase of my new vehicle. He is truly a great sales man and I would recommend go to him if trying to purchase a vehicle. Jose made me feel welcome and answered all my questions needed. I am in love with my CX-5 and I wouldn t go to any other dealership. Also, Santiago has been truly great an awesome person in going above and beyond every time I come and get my car serviced and he makes everything easier. Santiago is the manager in Service and if wanting to schedule an appointment I recommend choosing him, I wouldn t choose any other person to talk to about my car because I know he is going to make sure everything is perfect!!! I have loved my experience so far with North Park Mazda! If I can give over 5 stars I would!:)

My wife and I were interested in a Miata. We looked online and found what we were looking for. Jose R. contacted us promptly and made an appointment for us the next day. We make the appointment and everything went smoothly with the transaction. Fair trade value on the car we were trading. Finance went smoothly too. But Jose R. provided the best service. He professionally, energetically and enthusiastically answered all our questions and concerns. Top notch service from Jose. Would highly recommend North Park Mazda and especially Jose.

I've bought a lot of cars in my life. NP Mazda was by far the best dealership experience I've had. I genuinely felt like my salesperson, Tony Castillo, allowed me to steer the visit while he facilitated what I wanted to do. He made me feel like he was interested in me and my needs and not the sale. In fact, this is the first time that I was NOT visited by a manager to try and close a deal. I felt like my trade offer was fair and the asking price was in line with KBB. Furthermore, my finance person, Rick Torres, was expedient and friendly. His required warranty presentations did not feel pushy at all. He had me in and out of his office in less than 30 minutes.

My husband and I have been looking for an SUV for months & we ve been praying for God to send us to a good person & a good place to help. I am so happy that we finally purchased our SUV from north park Mazda. We spoke with Nina on the phone & she sent us to Maricela to be our salesperson. Maricela was nothing but amazing to us! She was honest, patient, kind, professional & just made this experience way less intimidating. We ve met a lot of car salesmen & we are so happy to have purchased a car with Maricela s help as our salesperson.

Fernando was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He was friendly and answered any questions I had. He made the sales process as smooth as possible and I appreciate his willingness to explain as we went along. Rick was also a great help on the financing options and also made the buying process easy and smooth. I m enjoying my Mazda and would recommend North Park Mazda, Fernando and Rick.

I am completely satisfied with my leasing experience today at North Park Mazda! Between Muohammad and Mr. Torres in Financing I not only had my every question answered, but felt confident with the level of transparency given. There was no slimy car salesmen but two genuine human beings who wanted to help a new leasee reach her goal of finding a car and at a price I was comfortable paying. Superb customer service from both gentlemen!

My dad has been going to Shak for years and has bought many cars from him. This was my first time buying a new car and Shak was incredibly helpful and understanding. After shopping around at other dealers, no one can compare to Shak s amazing customer service. He made the test driving and buying process so easy. Shak is what makes Mazda amazing; no other dealerships can compare. I am so happy with my new CX-30! And if I m ever in the market for a new car I will be going back to Shak at North Park Mazda!

I love the sales team they helped me buy my cx-5 in 2021. Front desk people in the main lobby are very rude every time to come in to get my car serviced on I chose to wait at dealership cause I don t mind, but a lot of the ladies are not welcoming in the lobby at the desk services, I get looks and unwelcoming energy. Meanwhile the sales people are more interactive and friendly.

I have purchased a car 3 times from this dealer and every time the deals and cars get better. Everyone is kind and helpful. Gary is knowledgeable and always helpful The loan offers was nice and the whole process was quick and easy. I called W. Car for a part for my other Mazda and they were not helpful I called NS and it was quick, they had the part and I picked it. The whole team from service , sales, parts is GREAT. I spoke with Michael Anderson over the phone about a vehicle I was planning on purchasing that had a 0% APR promotion attached to it. He advised me that the promotion was likely not going to continue past the end of the month, and that I would need to not just place an order but actually take delivery of the vehicle before then to secure that rate something other dealerships had downplayed in an effort to convince me to order the specific trim I wanted through them rather than finding another dealership that had it in stock.I didn't end up buying through North Park Mazda because they didn't have what I wanted available at the time, but I highly respect their honest business practices and would recommend them based on that alone!

Maudi in sales and Rick in finance were absolutely FANTASTIC! This is probably the best buying experience we've ever had. Everyone was so friendly and took the small inconsequential things seriously. They didn't miss a thing when it came to hospitality and explanations of paperwork and the car.

Came in to get brakes serviced and was able to take care of about 3 or 4 other things at a LOWER price than originally quoted by them and lower than another mechanic quoted me. Thanks to Jefferson for working with me to get the price and my car taken care of in a timely manner.

Outstanding customer service! Mr. Julian Gomez demonstrated the utmost in customer service. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of my transaction and helped me make an informed decision. He helped me make the best choice for me! He s the bombdiggity! He even answered my text on a Sunday night and met me early the next morning when he was not scheduled to work for another hour and a half. Absolutely outstanding service!

I just love, love, love this place. Wish that I had found it sooner. Julian Gomez and Nick Acosta were awesome. Julian actually came to my work location to let me test drive a vehicle I saw on line. He also assisted with returning my "temporary" vehicle. He was so nice, professional, welcoming and funny. I enjoyed his company. Nick Acosta was just as fantastic. He was quieter, but welcoming, friendly and professional. He assisted with getting me financed for the exact car I wanted without fuss. Of course it helps to have certain paperwork, etc., on hand. I love these guys. They really did take care of me (and my car). The protection that North Park Mazda offered was beyond what I expected and I really appreciate the service. The front desk was warm and welcoming. Any staff member that I came across was warm and friendly. That really, really makes a difference when you're made to feel like a friend or family and that they do care. I will never leave North Park Mazda. YAAAYYY, North Park Mazda ROCKS!

Sales people Marisela Ramos and Shaq were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL in educating me on the new Mazda CX-5. Marisela and the finance director Monica Carrizales were fantastic in getting me into our latest purchase in no time flat. A terrific overall experience here at the beautiful North Park Mazda dealership here on San Pedro!! Enjoyed the visit.
