Very responsive sales team and finance team who are personable and attentive. Casper and his partner Joseph were absolutely amazing and kind to me. Together they worked to save me thousands of dollars which is pretty rare and appreciated in this economy. The finance team (Mr. Corpus) went out of his way to fight for the best possible rate and worked with my budget to make sure I was happy. When I picked up my new used truck it was detailed and full of gas, that is old fashion customer service and I love it. North Park is the place to buy. Thanks Casper and Joseph!

Picked up a beautiful 19 Audi S5 Kenneth happen to be the very first person we met walking in. Told him what we were there for got us the keys and were test driving in under 5 minutes. Super straight forward no hassle no pressure dealership with both sales and finance people. Through indecisiveness we put a 500$ hold on the car returned stating we no longer wanted the vehicle within a 24 hour period. Gave us money back no questions asked. We ended up returning later that day and bought the car. With the fact they are apart of Kahlig they were also able to get us with a great extended warranty through Audi. Most transparent easy going dealership I ve ever worked with. HIGHLY recommend!!

I had such a great experience buying the vehicle, Adam was a fantastic salesman who provided me with all the information I needed to know. Not only that but really worked and tried to get me setup for success with low interest rate and low monthly payments. Amazing car buying experience from start to finish with Charlie Brown. Purchased a 2023 X7. Showed up and we asked for the vehicle, did test drive and we were out the door in less than 2 hours. They also went the extra miles for a few small items (extra key, paint detail). This is how every dealership should operate thank you!

Casper and Joseph were a true pleasure to work with! My husband and I were searching for a pre-owned minivan and the one for us happened to show up at North Park Lincoln. Casper was my original point of contact and he was friendly, responsive and efficient from the start. After the initial test drive and discussion, Joseph took over and did an amazing job walking us through all the info and paperwork.The minivan was detailed, full of gas and ready to go when we were. Car shopping/buying is not my favorite way to spend a weekend but Casper and Joseph made it easy and enjoyable. Thanks guys!

Casper and Joseph were courteous and wonderful. I want to thank them for selling me the best vehicle on the lot. They explained the functions of the car thoroughly. It was a pleasant car shopping experience. There was no pressure to buy anything and they gave me my options to choose. It's been a month since I bought my 2021 Lincoln Nautilus at North Park Lincoln. It's an awesome SUV. I LOVE MY CAR!!!! Big shout out to Casper and Joseph for helping me!!

Very sorry I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I was forced into a vehicle purchase since the salesman ran my credit after telling him I was shopping elsewhere. I guess that s what shady salesmen do to secure a sale. After owning the vehicle for a few months, the info screen began experiencing issues, requiring me to bring it in for service. The technician appears to have completed satisfactory work, however the service advisor never returned any of my phone calls and chose to communicate strictly through one extremely vague text per day, which was sent early in the morning. Horrible experience all around and I m still waiting for a call back, which I am confident I will never receive.

I highly recommend this Location for further, Lincoln and Ford Maintenance, I went to have Oil Change and Filter replaced as well as Tire Rotation that adds up $20 dlls extra.They are very professional and everyone is Kind.As well they have a nice waiting area with Coffee, Sodas, Cold Water and different kind of Snacks.I bring my children with me and they were fascinated looking at the Cars being Serviced, The nice young lady at the waiting area offered them juice and I enjoyed my coffee.I leave the Location with My Car Washed, Maintained and Inspected.See you all soon for The Brakes and Tire replacement.Blessings to everyone.

We are so thrilled about our Lincoln Aviator! Avrey Vasquez was our salesman. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Avrey and Mo were very patient and did not force anything on us. The option that was given to us before we locked in on purchasing was unbelievable! We appreciated the long test drive because that was the icing on the cake to feel 100% on this vehicle.We understand why they re Americas #1 Lincoln retailer. Aside from the great selection they have, everyone is so welcoming. We appreciate the kindness of every employee even when it was as simple as a smile. Lied to one about policy, availability of parts, and getting back to people. Paid for a part that was in stock. Called, they didn t have the part but ordered the part to ship to Texas. Once they get it they planned to send it to California. 2 days later I call & am told 5 other people got the part before I did, and it was still on order. She didn t feel comfortable holding onto my money so offered a refund. Stated it would take 1 day(Friday) for me to see the return on PayPal? Parts rep, exceedingly rude and hung up on me after she said she completed a refund (*update completed meaning gave to another associate who handles PayPal refunds). (What I heard ->) Also blamed other associates for the delay. Found the $220 part for $160, then today found an American company that had them for $78. Wow. Put my name on something to sell to the gp people wouldn t need to worry about breaking down or refunds because I would be ensuring that my products were the best possible, not the easiest cheapest way with higher prices. Henry Ford would not have approved of this.Further investigation finding the engine has been actually recalled on this particular vehicle, Ford

Purchased a new Aviator there last month. Ricky Tejeda was great to deal with. There was no pressure or forced sales tactics. He and the rest of the staff were very professional. I would recommend him and North Park Lincoln to anyone.

I ve bought many different Lincoln s from several different dealerships. But I will honestly stay with North Park Lincoln. Everyone from the managers, sales, and finance. All were so friendly, helpful, and supportive. They worked hard to earn my business and did not pressure me whatsoever. Loved my experience with everyone from this dealership.

Michelle was exceptional from start to finish!! She had the vehicle up front and running when I arrived for my test drive. During the test drive she explained many of the features the vehicle had to offer. She kept me informed of where the car was in the process of being prepared for me to purchase it. This was definitely one of the easiest and most delightful car purchases I ve ever made! Thank you Michelle and all the other wonderful people at NPL!!

I just got home after picking up my 2023 Lincoln Aviator Reserve I from North Park Lincoln. My wife and I couldn't be happier! Our salesman, Anthony Rinozzi took us through the complete process from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and found us exactly what we were looking for. We can't say enough great things about the service that Anthony and Northpark Lincoln gave us. If the first drive home is any indication, we are going to love this car. We would definitely recommend this dealership, and ask for Anthony!

I bought a vehicle today from North Park Lincoln. Frank Lastra & Lanette Cuevas were amazing. I have never had such an easy and stress free car buying experience ever. They were up front and not pushy. Their professionalism and efficiency was great. I drove in from out of town and they were ready for me when I arrived. There was no hassling with prices or financing, I was in & out with my trade in vehicle & purchase in under 3 hours.I would absolutely recommend Frank and Lanette and their team at North Park. I called North Park Lincoln about a used Land Rover Discovery and had the pleasure of getting Charlie Brown Woytek as my sales associate. He went out of his way to send me a video of the vehicle and a video of him test driving it with narration. I went to dealership a few days later and met with Kevin Mann and Charlie. Both of these guys made my buying experience a pleasure and very comfortable for me as a buyer. Charlie introduced me two members of the leadership team Matt and Diego. Awesome buying experience and would definitely recommend and I will continue business with them.

Purchased a 2014 Jeep from North Park about two months ago. Anthony was my salesman. He did a great job!! He had us in and out in an hour!! That's amazing considering the car buying process is typically an all day thing at other dealerships.Ran into an issue with the jeep and tried to use the extended warranty that we purchased and it was denied. Found out it wasn't bumper to bumper like we were told. Left a message for James the sales manager and received a call within minutes. He took the jeep in and took care of everything at no cost to me. James kept up with me. Called me with regular updates.Amazing service!!

Worked with Kent Casper and he was able to give me some great options to chooses from. Great customer service and I didn t feel like I was being pressured at all. We had a very concerning interaction with the shop foreman Brian Griffin.Unfortunately, Brian Griffin treated us as if he was very inconvenienced by helping us through a very important issue with our vehicle. Extremely arrogant!! We had concerns regarding our vehicle that we were presenting, and he was argumentative and unhelpful. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this dealership due to the fact that they are UNHELPFUL in the service department when dealing with majoy mechanical issues, in addition to having the wrong guy in charge. Avoid! avoid! avoid!In Response to the owners Response:Thank you for taking the time to respond. Unfortunately, your goals of providing outstanding vehicles and service considerably fell short of our customer experience. Brian treated us as if he was the one coming out of pocket for this issue as well as taking personal offense to the LEMON that we purchased. Brian was supposed to be an advocate for us and he was treating us like an inconvenience. We are not ones to post our problems on a platform however we feel that the public should transparently be aware of the horrible encounter we had with Brian Griffin.
