Waited 2 hours just to find out the salesman never had my car serviced and left it running near the front. Still had to pay $300 for a simple windshield fluid repair. Don t bother

Good afternoon,I am writing in regards to the service diagnostic test performed on my vehicle yesterday by Gunn Nissan in San Antonio,�TX.After spending over $100 on a diagnostic test to better assess the problems with my vehicle, I was informed that there was a "possibility" of an issue with the Mass Air Flow Sensor; however, they "weren't sure". The mass air flow sensor was recently changed on my vehicle; however, the uncertainty of the assessment is problematic and I don't believe it's matches the level of service that Nissan seeks to provide.If I am willing to pay for an assessment to diagnose the problems with my vehicle, then it's only fair that a proper assessment be performed, along with a proper diagnosis to correct the issues. I also noticed the passenger side of my vehicle has coffee spilled on the exterior and this morning the gasoline sensor indicated I have a full tank of gas, when it was at the 1/3 quarter marker last night. Clearly there are issues that haven't been addressed.I'd like to request a full refund for the total amount I spent on the assessment, so that I can have it properly evaluated elsewhere.

Staff is very rude. When I walked up to the counter 5 men all at the counter just sitting there not one person would acknowledge me or could have said just a minute we will be right with you. Till finally I had to interrupt and ask for help. Definitely do not recommend this location for service.

First time taking my vehicle in, Worst experience ever. Went in with the primary complaint that my dash had "blanked out" and the car was "pulling." The young man that greeted me initially, I believe the last name was Boomer, he was really nice and helpful to start. But upon learning I had an appt I was then sent inside to a (name here). There was contempt on his face from the first minute of walking into the bldg, No customer service skills whatsoever, as he was with another customer of course I understand he was busy, but not one word said like " I will be right with you" or anything of that nature. Just sour faces. He then came back just to take a phone call, still no excuse me. As I am telling him the issues there is eye rolling and just completely checked out on his end. I am told that despite making an appt the week before for 940 am it will be a 3 or 4 hour wait before they can even Look at the car. I heard other service managers tell other customers that came in with appts the same, " I know you had an appt but its a 3 to 4 hr wait, that what it is" Even a couple people from local big businesses with the company name clearly visible. Apparently every one of the service managers took the same customer service class. I leave my car, 5 hours go by and I call and I am sent to guys voicemail, he does not return my call or call me to communicate what is going on with my vehicle. I tried many more times thru the evening until closing time no answer or return call, the next morning I call and finally get him and he says they couldnt proceed without charging me 85$ more an hour and tear up my dash to find the problem. This is not an issue I understand it needs to be done to find the problem, and had I been given a choice the day of I could have given the go ahead to get it done. If the dash was causing an issue for more work to be done then there was no reason the same day within hours I was not called because it means they knew from the moment the diagnostic started that the dash would need to be done, and yet I was ignored and not communicated with by this manager for the entire day And he kept my vehicle overnight. I could have agreed to the work being done had this been told to me right away, and not when some arrogant narcissistic person felt I should know. Worst experience ever and they only treated others the same unfortunately, would recommend you avoid this place they DO NOT care about customers, just their paychecks*edited only to remove mans name. Still stand by every word. This place was awful and treated others awful.

I waited until the work was done before I posted and have to say I had a great experience at the service center. Everyone was kind and attentive. My issue was fixed and my service center consultant was super kind and helpful. I know I was a handful, calling with a ton of questions and he was always responsive with information. He called daily to give me updates on the status of my repair and was patient. I know most people have small service items but mine was large and took days to complete so I was especially anxious and they handled me and my car with care. I will be returning for any further issues that I may encounter.

Great place to buy a vehicle because you don't have to haggle; however, the service department is not great. I have been taking my vehicle to Gunn Nissan Service Center (since purchasing my 2010 Nissan Rogue) for the past 9 1/2 years and 9 times out of 10 they do not greet you. I've often sat in my car for awhile and call the service department by phone to say I've been here waiting, then they come out. Oil changes take anywhere from 2 to 2 1/2 hours, not a quick service at all. They always forget to add my mileage sticker so I will know when to come back. They do have a comfortable lobby to wait at and offer drinks and snacks while you wait. If they had a better service center I would probably be looking to purchase my next vehicle with them. Luckily my Rogue is still running great so I think I'll be hanging onto it for another year.

Took 2014 Armada in for diagnostic due to no crank no start. I even had several videos of the no crank no start over the last few years. Explained that battery had been changed at least 4 times since I purchased the vehicle (new) in 2014 with the last battery being less than year old. I was told that batteries last only a year or two. Since it wasn't a Nissan battery I purchased one from dealership and had them install it after their diagnostic indicated it was indeed the battery. The very next day (less than 28 hours of me picking up vehicle) I am stranded at my kids' school...NO CRANK NO START! I called dealership and took it back as soon as it started. Vehicle was kept 3 or 4 business days for another diagnostic aka more money out of my pocket only for them to find no issue. So needless to say I am still being stranded periodically due to no crank no start and out of several hundred dollars purchasing Nissan battery and a diagnostic with no resolution.Service: Auto battery maintenance

Gunn does things better than your average dealer. They at least try to accommodate you and help with any issues you have. Friendly enough and very professional for sure. I ve taken my car in at least 2xs a yr. always a good experience. No issues from me.

Mr. Mike Tallie stole the show for me! My car was making a weird whining noise near my engine, steering was becoming difficult, and the feared Check Engine light had some on. Come to find out, a previous mechanic at a different location installed my mass air flow pipe incorrectly. Mike fixed it and didnt have the heart to charge me for a simple pipe adjustment. He scanned over my whole car, simply advised me I could use some new tires but other than that, my car was in top shape. Well, before I hung up the phone, I told him I wanted him to fix my known car issues. So I ended up getting him to fix my shocks, alignment, new set of tires, and a fluid top off that same day lol Mike understood I had to pick up my kids from school and had a loaner ready for me. Helped me stay in budget by scanning for any coupons he could find, that I really appreciated in this economy. I got my car back that same afternoon and let me say, my car runs like she's fresh off the assembly line again!! Thanks again Mike. I'll definitely be returning for my other Nissan fix ups. I also want to thank the lady that scheduled me, she understood I only have this one car and needed to be seen as soon as possible. She was able to get me in the next day.

Son took car in for oil change and they are always trying to up sale him on things. Wipers, pulled air filter out and since he didn't want to pay outrages fee to put in new one they tried to charge for installation of old one. Check your voucher before paying. While there they told an elderly lady she needed new battery, wipers and lucky her husband came in before she agreed. Smh do better Nissan.

First off, I clearly probably bought my Nissan Titan from the wrong dealership. I've only had the vehicle for approximately 8500 miles and was experiencing some issues. Those issues were raised at a service department for another Nissan dealership on I 35 near 1604. Speaking to multiple people over there promising me that things will get done, nothing did.Promises are made by them that they cannot keep.Now enter Gunn Nissan service center.Being greeted by Roland when I drove in the service drive was great! Very polite and courteous. Exactly the type of person that you want greeting your customers when they arrive.My service advisor Albert Cantu was the best! I relayed my concerns about the other dealership and stated I did not want that to happen here and it did not!I told him what my thoughts and concerns are regard to the vehicle being brought in.The Titan was kept for 2 days with a loaner vehicle given to me.Albert gave me daily updates and informed me as to the situation with my.I want to thank Brian for talking to me and listening to my concerns with the vehicle as well. Brian is a very knowledgeable mechanic they should be happy to have working there!I highly recommend Gunn Nissan for any service that you need. from the staff and personnel that they have working there, to the customer waiting room, to everything!Albert will definitely be my point of contact whenever I need service done again. Thank you very!

Service Island lady was not customer service friendly. She did not ask help from anyone to assist me with the radio system. She stated what she didn't know about the system. So, instead getting Assistance, she begin helping another customer and left me by beside my car. She demonstrated poor stellar service. One of the cashiers took and was helpful by guiding me to someone who got answer on how to operate system. This was stellar service from these two gentlemen.

When I took my vehicle to get my first oil change in February the coffee machine was not working (disappointing) so we walked to buy coffee elsewhere. I had signed up on the one to one awards program. Sadly, from February to August not once did I ever receive a coupon either by mail or email. When I went to Nissan the second time in August I explained my concern and I am happy to say that I was able to get this issue resolved! I love getting my oil changes at Nissan because the price is affordable and I actually get to see them working on my vehicle through the window. I love to see the staff willing to help the customers and to treat them as a priority. Keep up the good work Nissan employees and may God Bless y'all.

The exceptional customer service provided at Gunn Nissan is the main reason I am a repeat customer. The whole Staff is great. But, I'd like to extend extra thanks to Mr. Wallace in new car sales. His attention to detail and product knowledge is second to none, and his welcoming personality made my latest Nissan purchase a pleasure.Thanks again.

Brandon Mcmahon was helpful and efficient. Had a tpms sensor problem which they diagnosed and repaired. Also did state inspection, wiper blades, tire rotation, and replaced cabin filter.

Great service, staff is easy to walk with, approachable. Bring up concerns and provide options for coverage, willing to work and provide an offer. Cool Starbucks machine and tablets with Fortnite on them while you wait.

Pop went my tire. Luckily with the recommendation of tire warranty at purchase. I was able to bring it in myself didn't have time to wait for tow truck which is covered . As they serviced my tire and replaced it in working order I took the time to walk around their showroom lobby. I grabbed some complimentary snacks and walked around the lot setting a new goal. They accomplished the service in under the hour and half time I had set aside to wait. Excellent, back on the road. Thank to all, service agent-ed, finance manager's -socrates, salesman -alex who work to make sure all channels are open , and all warranties are understood by their service department and i. Keep in mind I have the choice to go any service station, but I choose to return. Before you BUY, give these guys a TRY! TELL ALEX C, David Pointer Sent you. All repairs I requested were completed "almost" on time versus the time I was promised; but nonetheless they were done with no complaints. I personally felt the prices were a bit exaggerated. Our service manager was professional and communicated respectfully as well.

Bad communication skill. I had to constantly be the 1 to call to stay in the loop concerning my truck. No updates, left messages and would usually take a whole day to hear anything back or till I called again.

Gunn Nissan service department's quality of work is exceptionally outstanding. They have repaired some pretty tough problems I had with my Frontier. I am extremely satisfied and will return when I really need expert service.

I absolutely love Gunn Nissan. I went to World Car Nissan when I 1st moved out here because it is close to home. Worst customer service ever. I never went back. First visit at Gunn Nissan was exceptional. They are all very friendly and helpful. Luis Contreras has been my service advisor from day one and he is always very helpful.

Gunn Nissan is where I bought my car in 2009 and they take care of all of my service needs. My service agent was Kristopher Asevedo. Very polite and very professional. Waiting room was very clean and that is very important while waiting.They will always have my business.

This was our 1st time at Gunn Nissan. Alex and Brian, were very helpful and friendly. They answered all our Questions, and was very helpful. We had no intent on purchasing a vehicle, intended on only checking out the New Rouges. But after we recieved our Quote, we could not pass up the Deal.Gunn Nissan exceeded our expectations. Great job Alex and Brian.

Holy cow. I guess the honeymoon's over.I had the service department work on my second car, a Mitsubishi, which they claimed they'd have no problem with.Parts were installed poorly. Spark plugs out of spec. Gasket put in upside down, preventing a seal and causing a leak in the system.How did I find this out?They told me they couldn't figure out the problems with my car after their repairs...over $2500. I then had to take the vehicle to another mechanic who diagnosed the shoddy workmanship from Gunn. Another $1500.When I went back to Gunn letting them know what I had discovered, that their mechanic had put parts in incorrectly, I got nothing but runaround.They offered to give me back money only for the bad parts ($350) and took no responsibility for me having to go to a second mechanic to diagnose their screw ups.Guess what Gunn: I was poised to buy two new cars from you this year.Now, I've lost complete faith in you and, consequently, you have lost my business forever.I'm just glad I found this out before buying any new cars.Best of luck to you. You're gonna need it.

First time car shopping on my own as an adult. Everything was upfront, easy to understand, and everyone made it very comfortable for me. Customer service was outstanding and my trade in was way above my expectations. I love my new vehicle and I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.
