Have had failed attempts to find good mechanics that do things right In this area. came to this place for two patches on a tire $10 for a patch and is always super quick. And they even apologize for long waits, even when I haven t been waiting that long. I will never go anywhere else as they make me feel comfortable and safe with better prices than other auto shops. AND THEY DO IT RIGHT!!

Nestor does all minor and major repairs with the best prices in town! We bring all of our vehicles here. They have great service and are very affordable.

worst place ever to take your car to rebuild the transmission my dad took his car to get it repair and they kept his car for about a month. they finally called him back that his car wasn't working right that is something with the electricial work my dad gets car towed there then those people called saying that no it wasn't nothing to with the electrical work. my dad gets car towed to a friend mechanic my dad gets a call that his transmission was not even touch that his transmission is still mess up. well NESTORS tire shop rip off my dad for $1900 they wanted to charge him 2800. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Don't come here if you don't speak Spanish. I came by at 8am to see if I could have my car looked at, I was told the mechanic was not there and to come back at 9:30. When I get back at said time I'm left waiting in the parking lot while the "mechanic" sits in a van next to my car for about 20min just watching me wait there. When he finally takes a lookat my car he keeps asking me what I'd like to do after I had already explained the problem. He didn't understand what I was saying. In the end I just thanked him for his time and went on my way. Two hours of my time wasted.

Thought I would need a new tire but they fixed the flat without trying to sell me something I didn t need. These are my go to guys for car troubles. I ve used them for major and minor repairs and prices always reasonable.

Went in for a simple oil change. Won't be coming back. Car was sounding different got home and popped the hood and no oil cap was on, didn't even offer a refund or anything and I even tipped him 5 bucks. Had to buy another oil cap and another quart of oil for to make up for the spill

We had a bad experience there . My husband ordered tires from them . They weren't the right size . He called them back and told them about it . They wanted to charge him more for the tires he needed . They didnt want to refund his money to him on his debit card .He doesn't pick up his phone . My husband had to argue with him to get his money refunded . He finally wrote a check but not for the whole amount. My husband is 100 percent disability and to be treated like that is discrimination. It is pathetic if you have to short people out of money to stay in business. I tried to talk to him and he hung up on me . He leaves his wife in charge and then gets upset if you let her know you're not too happy with their business practices. I'm not happy with them and won't recommend them to anyone .

These guys are great. Great price and they get your car done in no time. I normally don't trust mechanics but once we found them, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great Service, Mike is a great worker, got things done in a timely matter with a great price as well, wish I would've heard of this place earlier. Got a resonator delete for a good price and had me in and out in no more then 10 minutes

Very great service. He offered me a good price on a new AC kit very affordable I saved $1,000 by going to him verses Midas, Econo Lube, Carlisle's air car services. I will always start going to him for now on

This place manages a small fleet of jobsite trucks for me. Quick turnaround, and offers new and used tires at great prices. This place get busy fast, but they handle well, and address every customer promptly.

What ever you do,do not take you vehicle to be repaired at this place.They are very incompetent mechanics.I felt they are inexperienced,and do not know what they are doing.I took my truck there for repairs and Nestor told me that it was the timing chain.It would cost 1,600.00 to repair and that it was a 2 day job.Well it took more than a week and it still didn't work right,so I took it backThen the other mechanic told me that it needs a couple of ignition coils.Those we're replaced but it kept hesitating.Im taking it someplace else and seriously think ing of filing a lawsuit against this establisment.

My recently deceased boyfriend, partner and love of my life Jerry Ramirez and I have known Nestor and Mike of Nestor's Tire Shop (NTS) for years. We lived just down the street from NTS and for years we gave NRS all our business and even recommended NTS to all our family and friends. Many local people probably know Jerry from his family's restaurant Rudy's Sea Food located on South Flores. Today I can tell you that I would not recommend NTS to anyone and want to warn you of their Questionable Business Practices of not issuing a receipt for payment of repairs, not standing by or guaranteeing their work, being rude and dishonest to me and taking advantage of a woman and a long time friend and customer that they knew was very sick and in the hospital and ultimately died from his illness. I initially took my Kia Spectra to NTS to get the A/C fixed and the drive door fixed so I could open it from the inside. After about a week, I called NTS and was told that the car was ready to be picked up and that I needed to bring a cash payment. Mike told me that the A/C got so cold that I was going to have to wear a coat. It did get cold but after only driving the car a couple of times to run errands, it wasn't getting cold anymore. I took it back and they found a leak and knew they had installed a bad compressor. A week later the car was brought to the Ranch and the key was given to a friend that just happen to be outside. I started up the car and thought that it had been fixed but soon found out that it had not been fixed. I thought they just didn't put enough Freon in and that's why it wasn't cooling so I went to Walmart and bought a couple of cans and went back to NTS. Mike was acting kinda funny cause he knew what was up with the car and that it needed a new compressor to replace the one they had gotten from the junk yard. I was sitting in the car with the A/C on as Mike was adding the Freon and it wasn't getting cold. Nestor walked up and saw that I was not very happy and asked me how much I had paid for then to fix the A/C and I told him. At that moment, I realized that he never gave me a receipt when I paid him cash for the repairs. I asked him if he guaranteed his work and he said yes and that they would fix it right this time. This was about two weeks before Jerry died. Jerry died on July 12, 2020 and the car was returned to me a couple of days ago which was on September 1, 2020. It pains me to know that Nestor's not only cheated us out of $280, but disrespected us and Jerry's Memory. The A/C was never repaired and they probably never ordered a new compressor as I was told on the phone a few time. Both Nestor and Mike told me on two separate occasions a week apart that they had to special order a compressor from Houston because they couldn't locate one locally and that it would be arriving any day now. After another week went by and I hadn't heard from them, I decided to go over there and talk to Mike. I told him that the car should have already been repaired and that if it wasn't, they had no intention of ever fixing the A/C. I told him I was just going to take the loss and that I just want the vehicle returned to me. He said he would get right on it. Well yet another week went by without a word or the car being returned so I went back to the shop to confronted Mike once again. This time I told him that I didn't care if they repaired the car or not and that I just wanted my car to be returned ASAP or I was going to bring the police next time. Well it wasn't returned that same day but the next day without even a phone call or knock at the door to hand me the key. I just went outside to do something and there it was parked in the grass with the keys in the ignition. The car is covered with a thick layer of dirt after sitting behind the shop for a month. You can hardly see through the windshield. When I stated up the car, I immediately noticed that it was running rough. Shacking real bad and hot air blowing out of the A/C.

I called to get a price for some A/C work on my 02' Yukon. They beat all the estimates I got and took the car in same day with no appointment. I was out in just over and hour.

Good oil change they fixed my flat on my tire the same day want to eagle pass I also had my check Engine light on got a new motor and transmission the check engine light is off now on my ford For 2000$ & OWNER gives good prices, I have no clue why these people talk down on them when they all good mechanics !!!!

These people are professionals at what they do. While other mechanics try to take every penny out your pocket, they are definitely affordable, quick and even open later then any other shop I know. They just got themselves a loyal customer for years to come.

Horrible experience!! They said they knew how to do exhausts systems so I trusted they'd know how to simply weld a new muffler. The welding is embarrassing and I have leaks. When I came back they simply rubbed a cheap cement type gel on it. I still have leaks and they want to re charge me 95$ to fix it after I already paid for a job that should have been done correctly. Never coming back to Nestors!!

My go-to for tire repair. Also great muffler work and changing parts at great prices. Ask for Mikey! He's the man. Tell him Mark sent you. Lol

Went the other day and visit was okay called before I went and the guy over the phone told 30 dollars for a tire when I got there the guy helping me said the price was 40 dollars I said I called and someone gave me a price of 30 dollars I said I want the 30 dollar tire the worker said that was the only tire in that size they had so i had to get the tire and as I am backing out I see the worker hand someone money I payed with 1 20 1 10 1 5 and 5 ones will the worker only handed two bills over to this someone.... so the tire was 25 or 30 dollars and anything over that price goes in the workers pocket because he didnt want to find out who I talk to and gave me that price over the phone

WORST SERVICE EVER. They stoled from my car that they were supposely "fixing" yeah right. My car isnt even running. DO NOT GO HERE. The owner told me the security guard stole from my car & they made a big dent on my car and said it was an accident. What a shame. Please I beg you guys, DO NOT TAKE YOUR WELL PAID, TAKEN CARE, PERFECT CAR HERE.

I have 2 month already taking my BMW X3 2006 back and forth, I they change the alternator, transmission, differential, water pump and power steering pump, I paid almost 3,500.00 in all that and today 4/4/19 I took my car here in Pleasanton to another mechanic and he just showing me that the power steering pump is bad, still old when in Nestor's Tire shop they supposed change it, come on now, really taking advantage of a lady, that is not fair and never again, since Mr Carlos touched my car is falling apart, Mr Raul and Mr Mike they are really good mechanics they know what they are doing but DON T TRUST YOUR CAR TO MR CARLOS, please

If I could take stars away from this place, I would. I went here asked these "specialists" if a set of wheels and tires would work with my car. They weren't even close. The bolt pattern matched but the axle nut hole was too small. They let me ATTEMPT to drive away but the wheels were clunking and my brakes were gone. I pulled back in and let them know. They discovered the mismatch and attempted to modify the wheels to fit. When they took the wheels back off they broke off 15 of my 20 wheel studs. They ground down the center of the wheel to make them fit and replaced my wheel studs. Everything seemed straight until o got out to the road. I came back around and he said it was the tires and there was nothing else they could do... he refunded 80 of the 250 dollars and said we were even. Offered me NEW wheels at his cost. I took a long wobbly ride home and woke up the next day to find All the tires were underinflated or flat. Went to get my money back and its been a nightmare since... NEVER LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR CAR! Not to mention they never cleaned the metal shavings and I'm missing brake hardware... UGH

Great service very fast work and great prices took my 09 focus in for oil leak ac repair and brakes finished same day all problems gone and 285 all up when others wanted nearly 1000 been a week and smooth sailing have had previous good experience here too i would highly recommend
