These guys are great! Took my truck in to swap mufflers that I bought and they were very fast. They recommended to do a resonator delete and I am VERY satisfied. I ll be back for more truck services in the future!

I came here two weeks ago to have a full exhaust installed on my car. I came to this shop based on the reviews and pictures I saw. I called to get a price but the gentleman on the phone said it was best to come in so they could see the car. I showed up with my headers already installed and I brought my own x-pipe and mufflers. the car was put on the lift at 10am and I got a call at 4 pm that my car was ready. I am very happy with the service I received and the product that I need up with. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know.

The customer service at NAW is the best in San Antonio. From beginning of the purchase of an Ultra Flex tri fold bed cover to the installation of it this place ROCKS! Not only are the entire staff professional but just right out Friendly, knowledgeable, and top of the line. My son also agreed with the outstanding service that NAW provided. Thank you NAW it is so fantastic to have received the top of the line pricing, product, and especially customer service. I hope everyone purchases at NAW Northwest Automotive if they want the best. Been going to NAW for over 20 years now. They've done the exhaust on nine of my trucks so far. The only place I'll take my truck to have exhaust or accessories put on. Quality work every time

I had a Super 40 Flowmaster with dual out the sides and black tips installed last week on a 2015 Silverado. Wow I couldn't be happier. Everyone I spoke with at NAW was very knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted as well as what I was looking for. They showed me every step of the way what they were doing with the upgrade to my exhaust. The welds were gorgeous. They really do great work and I am extremely happy. My cousin had and exhaust installed and highly recommended NAW. I am very glad I listened to him. I as well highly recommend NAW for any of your exhaust needs.

I have been going to NAW I since the 80s when it was a speed shopFrank and Albert are always willing to help , now a truck shop I ll go by one in a while to see what they have in stock .Good long time family business . Thank you !!

Absolutely all around great experience! They ordered my roll-n-lock tonneau cover on Monday and on Tuesday they installed it in just about an hours time. They lady who helped my really went above and beyond registering my warranty for me and providing me a pre addressed envelope with a stamp to mail in the $200 rebate. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for auto/truck accessories. THANK YOU!

Just be weary of what you want and be very specific to them. I had called and asked for a quote for a mid muffler delete on my Dodge Challenger RT and was quoted $150. I got to the shop the next day and had the work done. When they were finished I realized they took the resonators off instead of the mid mufflers. I had to go back to the shop and get it corrected. It was an extra $100 to fix their mistake. Wish it would ve been done free or charged much less but what can I do? I want my vehicle done correctly. Like I said just be very specific to them and know what you want and you should be okay. Hope y all have a better experience than me. I was actually wanting to get some quad exhaust tips done here as well but I ll probably go elsewhere. Good luck!

Had dual exhaust installed on my F150. Not only did they get started right away but they also let me check the positioning before final installation. The price was so much less than I expected and the work is very professional. Thank you, my truck sounds great. I came to you guys because of your reviews and everyone was absolutely right.

These guys are awsome!! I ordered a bumper late in the day due to checking prices everywhere before buying here. Had the cheapest prices and the best selection and they went and got the bumper i wanted for me that day instead waiting a weekend for it to come in!!! And I even came after they closed and they still gave me the bumper and helped me with it!! Awsome guys I can't say thank you enough!!! I appreciate they're patience and professionalism!! They've went above and beyond to get my satisfaction!! Money well spent!! I also will post how the bumper turned out on truck looks awsome!

I was originally recommended here by a friend and decided to check it out. Me and my girlfriend were both looking at getting exhaust work done. She chose Northwest Automotive and I opted for somewhere else. Worse decision I've made in a long time. After getting overcharged and having terrible service from another shop I decided to take mine to Northwest Automotive and see what they could do. Albert and Frank were extremely helpful and made sure before I left the parking lot that the job was done and I was 100% satisfied with it. Extremely great customer service. Me and my girlfriend both stopped by the shop and they had our vehicles on a lift and completed incredibly fast. Absolutely no wait. I've never written a review before, but service like that does not deserve to go unnoticed. And I'm sure I can speak for everyone else who has used them that it definitely was noticed and appreciated.

I'm very impressed with the customer service as well as the prices. I got a new muffler for my truck and didn't like how it sounded. We started chopping pipes to make it louder. Eventually it got too loud so I decided to run new pipes out the side. The owner was very helpful and worked with me until I was happy with the sound, and believe it or not...didn't charge me a dime extra for the work, just new tips! I will be buying a ranch hand from them as their prices are the cheapest in the area! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done on their truck!!!

Went here to switch out to a muffler with a little more kick. Guy at counter, believe his name was Albert, took the truck right up, checked out what we had to work with and gave some recommendations. Installed very fast but was not happy with the sound. Went back and they very happily switched it out for something else right away. Mechanic even took the time to explain to me what other options I had for a certain sound I would get. Very happy with their customer service and prices are fair.

One of the absolute best customer service experiences I've had while living in San Antonio. In with a quick question, out with great knowledge and a great product. The team got me in and my exhaust put in while I waited...no more than an hour! I'll definitely be back for any of my other truck accessories.

Was looking to get some nerf bars installed so i went online and read about these guys and heard great things. Multiple reviews don't lie. These guys are pros. Excellent customer service and a quick installation. Got everything done in under an hour. Fair prices and excellent warranties on their parts. Frank took care of me and my truck. I will be coming back to these guys and sending anybody i can to them. Great job guys. The nerf bars look great.

Great team! Albert, and the staff at NAW Northwest auto were awesome. From the moment I stepped in to the shop till the moment I left I felt valued. I had dual exhaust and a flowmaster muffler put on, they look and sound great. The work was done quick. I will be going back to get a bed cover put on as soon as it comes in. Update my cover came in on Friday Apr 2nd just as they said it would. Albert and Mario went above and beyond the sale of my truck bed cover. My toolbox that is mounted in the bed of the truck was too high for ultra flex cover I wanted. They ended up taking the toolbox lid off and the cover went in well. Thank you all at NAW for your integrity and caring of your customers.

Since 2013 I've been a customer and have recommended to many friends and coworkers. Service and knowledge of product is extremely important to me so when I come and find someone very detail-oriented like the owner has been. It's definitely refreshing to have someone who cares about customer service. The times that I've been in where to purchase the gooseneck hitch hookups and the rear airbag suspension kit-

In my quest for a headache rack, I ended up here and I'm very happy. Ended up getting a top quality Gage rack for less than anywhere else. It did have to be special ordered, built to order in fact, but it was there in 4 weeks and fit perfectly. They even grabbed the guys off their lunch to assist in loading it. That's all I bought here, but they have a good selection on hand and car order about anything. As I did the install myself, I cannot attest to their installation services, but they appear to be well equipped.

No pressure sales tactics, will offer several options and opinions on what you're looking for. I've been taking my trucks to them for years. Just had my Dual exhaust done on my 2018 GMC Sierra. Albert was very helpful and patient with my decision making.

Impressed- lots in stock, quick arrival of ordered items, any brand, knowledgeable staff, professional installers doing it right and clean. No chain store issues, local business doing it right.Short story, live 1400 miles away. Needed to replace a bed cover. Less than 24 hrs had exactly what I wanted and had it installed. Box stores and online stores could not come close

Bought a tool box years ago...had a small problem during the past week. Went in he took my keys fixed the problem at no charge! Surprised me! Prices are very good. Nice people to deal with. Highly recommend this business.....

Thanks to Frank, Albert, AJ and the guys in the shop. I had a dual cat-back exhaust system with a Flowmaster muffler installed on my F150 and the guys at NAW did an awesome job. The truck sounds and looks great, I couldn't be happier. Everyone was friendly, well informed and very accommodating in every way.
