This is hands down the best paint & body shop I ve dealt with. This is a father & son shop, and the son, Jonathan, has been phenomenal. When they had a super busy week Jonathan still took the time to answer all my hundred questions I had regarding my truck. I went in for a paint job, because my truck had a pretty rough exterior and they were able to work with me on getting parts of my truck painted. Once I received my truck, the results were amazing!! They did what I asked plus more. I live pretty far, spring branch area to be exact and If I ever needed help again, I will 100% choose them again! The drive is worth it.

Johnathan with Navarro paint and Body shop was awesome, from the first time I called and told him what was wrong with my car. He didn t try to take advantage of the situation. Also was through and efficient with explaining everything that was going to be done. It took him less than 2 weeks to have my car repaired. Thank you Navarro paint and body shop. If you need something repaired I promise you won t be disappointed.

Had an accident middle of october front hood and windshield was completely destroyed. Was skeptical at first since this was our first accident in a newer car (2019 volkswagen tiguan) and didn t know where to take it. You see alot of body shops with cars outside getting dust but when i passed navarro s and saw all the cars going in and out and never overpacked i knew this was the one. My dad is one to not believe in reviews but man did this place not disappoint. They did spectacular work on our truck and kept in contact with us at basically every step. They did everything correctly and even picked me up to go get the truck! Would give more then 5 stars if i could. If you re worried about a body shop doing.a bad job and see this review TAKE UR VEHICLE HERE!! 10/10 service.photos below.

I had an amazing experience with the shop!! Jonathan was really professional and always kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle and when I got it back it looked as if I was driving it off the lot brand new I definitely recommend them and was definitely very affordable if you need body work go to them it s awesome Thank you Navarro body shop

Wow! We cannot recommend this place enough! We were side swiped on the highway which caused damage to our Subaru WRX. After reading a ton a reviews and researching body shops in San Antonio, we knew Navarro s was the place to take it. They exceeded our expectations because they were super fast with the repairs, had excellent communication during the whole process which included text updates with photos of our car, and really made getting our car fixed as easy as possible. We would recommend this shop to anyone who has been in an accident and need a trusted body shop. Thanks for the amazing work on our car and for the incredible customer service.

This is a family owned business that is less about making as much money off of you and more about customer satisfaction and giving you the fairest price. I came by and met Johnathan to help fix my bumper and he gave me the fairest offer compared to two other companies that have higher 5 star reviews but that did not deliver either on value nor customer service. It's nice to see a business where family members work together -- you can see Johnathan and his brother and dad work together as a team. They were able to repair my bumper very quickly within 1.5 weeks (compared to the other places where they said 3-8 weeks) and I am happy with the outcome. Something that just stands out is the day of fixing my bumper, since I did not have a spare car, I took an Uber back home, but when they were finished with my car, Johnathan offered to pick me up from my home, so that I didn't need to do another Uber. Truly great customer service in addition to great value and efficiency. Would recommend to my family members.

Our RAV4 sustained some body damage from a portable canopy that was lifted by the wind during a beach trip that resulted in some pretty deep into the metal. Reached out to Jonathan over at Navarro s and he got it fixed up in no time. Turnaround was quick and as you can see from the photos, the repair is immaculate! Best shop in San Antonio. You will not find quality service like this anywhere else in town. The team at Navarro's worked diligently around the clock to get me back in my vehicle in no time. WOW! What a great customer experience. Navarro's made my claim process extremely easy from start to finish. During the winter storm an elderly man backed into BMW X5 and damaged the driver side of my vehicle. Being involved in an accident prior, my insurance had recommended I take it to one of their body shop. Worst decision I've ever made. So I trusted my friend, contacted Navarro's to see if they would be able to fix my vehicle. Jonathen who works with his father at the shop is excellent with communication and very informative. Jonathen always kept me updated and never left me in the dark. Always sent me updates and pictures of the process of my vehicle. When the car was complete, I couldn't believe it looked better than it had looked before. The car was completely detailed inside and out. I was speechless. This review I am typing does not do it justice. Their customer service and attention to detail will really wow you. You don't get this type of service anywhere. I highly recommend Navarro's for any of your paint and body needs. I will 100% recommend them to anyone I come across. Guess 4.9 stars mean that they pick and choose who they help..sat there 10 minutes and NO ONE offered to help or greet me...a customer did,so I waited 5 more..NOTHING!! A shame because they were highly recommended, but they must make too much money now to even greet anyone.

My first experience here was wonderful! I drive a 2007 Acura and the bottom bumper was loose. There was no damage to my bumper but the screw on each end of the bumper had fallen off so when I parked too close to a parking block and would reverse it would yank my bumper off from the bottom and I had to pop it back into place each time. I had gone to another nearby shop off Culebra right before I stopped here. The other shop owner too a quick look at my bumper and told me they could add the screws and repair the broken piece the screw needed to go into for $100. I stopped at Navarro's and two gentlemen came out to look at the bumper, they asked me to pull my car into their garage, they lifted each side and immediately added the missing clips to secure my bumper in place. It literally took them under 5 minutes and they kindly told me there'd be no charge. I am very grateful that they were willing to resolve my issue right then and there. If it weren't for their wonderful customer service and great disposition I might've lost my bumper before I could've had it secured. I highly recommend this place. There aren't many body shops I've come across who still provide this level of integrity.

Just like you I read the reviews for Navarro's because I was looking for a business to repair my 2019 Ram.I backed out into a metal pole and cause damage to my tailgate, tail gate trim, bumper and sensors.Took it to Navarro's and they did not disappoint me. They worked with my insurance, got me OEM parts and got me back on the road within 2 weeks.They went above and beyond by polishing surface scratches I had on side body of my pick-up truck caused from tree branches at no additional charge. All the surface scratches completely disappeared. They also detailed the inside and outside of my truck before returning it to me.I believe this is a family-owned business and we need to supportsmall business. LOUSY MANAGER, Carried himself as all high and mighty. Charges 5 dollars for service fee; for an inspection sticker. And when I asked him about it. He said take it up with him (the inspector) I said you re the manager I m taking it up with you. He refused to listen and walked off.what s he afraid of. Some manager. Doesn t even have the balls to answer a woman. JERK.! You re in the wrong business. Buddy! If could give a lesser rating I would!

Don't go here, it's a rip off!!!! This guy is a liar too. My original estimate came from a legit body shop and paint shop near Randolph AFB. What a looser!

Took my camaro bumper in to get painted. They did a great job with color matching it and had it ready in a couple of days. I will definitely be back if I ever need another paint job.

My F150 was broken into and they left damage to my driver door handle. Navarro s shop had the best price and turn around time to get the handle I ordered painted and installed. They matched my paint perfectly and gave advice on replacing my handle with a passenger/back door handle to prevent future break ins. Great quality and great service. Definitely recommend Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My back handle came off on my Ford C-Max hatchback. I drove straight to Navarro's where Jonathan removed it so it wasn't flapping around. I also got an estimate that same day for a dent. When the handle came in, we arranged when I would drop the car off for both the handle repair, the dent repair, and paint. Jonathan kept in touch the whole time as the repair was being completed. They did an excellent job and it was done right when they said it would be done. I would highly recommend them and will use their services in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
