The young guy at the counter couldn t even put his phone down for 1 minute to complete my purchase. While he was texting or whatever my transaction completed and I grabbed my items. Don t even offer a receipt. I m only 35 so calling him young is a stretch. But wow. Customer service is dead.The store is clean and nice inside though.

Super friendly staff and lots of inventory. I have a very specific set of brake pads that most auto stores don t carry and Napa had them! Very happy with this place.

I came here at 1:45 on a Saturday, a time their sign says they are open and they told me to leave because the manager went to chic fil a and they can t sell anything while he s gone. This is ridiculous. My battery died, I needed to buy jumper cables and they arbitrarily closed the store in the middle of the day. Completely unprofessional and I hope people see this review and avoid this place. It s terrible.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Jim, in particular, was instrumental in helping me figure out the hiccups on my repairs. Highly recommend.

I walked in with a bad battery, crying because I was overwhelmed and Felicia took care of me and made sure I got a new battery. Everyone at Napa was extremely helpful. Thanks!!!!!!

Great customer service from all of the staff members that I interacted with. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Unlike other places where the staff don t acknowledge the customers. Thank you for a great experience!
