I mean if you still don t believe Napa knows how Napa is always my first choice for parts anything.I mean I go to Napa first. And 90 percent of the time they got and reasonably cheaper than the others.This location never fells me.

They said they had something I drove 20 minutes away to come and get it and then I get there and they don't have it really stunk

They had the part I needed, power steering belt 2011 taurus, no one else had it as an inventory part. The girl that checked me out is super hot.

Stopped in to look for a trailer ball lock. When I walked in I asked the first worker a saw if they carried the product, and he helped me out by taking me right to it. The customer service was great as in previous visits, so I will definitively return soon for whatever I may need in the future.

Our mexican '13 Ford fiesta Ikon have a broken nut on the wheel, of course nobody found it on the book, but the Napa guy was very helpfull and offered a lot of options and kept showing us every part we asked for, he was very patience and gentle.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a part, came in the morning as instructed too.Took 45 minutes for them to either find the part or remember i was waiting!Unbelievable!!! They were in the back joking around. Keep in mind the store was empty!!!!!

Went to get a new battery, the guy was nice enough to tell me that my battery was under warranty at Walmart. So I got it for free at Walmart. Great customer service

I use all the auto parts services within my location but Napa has always come out top due to the fact they have a way of being able to get parts no one else can way to go to Napa

turned out Napa was cheaper for the motor mount part that I needed AutoZone and O'Reilly didn't have it and they were going to charge $112 Napa had it for $30

This store has many more options than Vato Zone and Oh Oh for much cheaper prices..it was worth the distance to drive and pass the rest

Wow just bought a brand new battery and it s dead !! WTH I have to charge my new battery!! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM NAPA , I guess NAPA KNOWS HOW to sell DEAD batteries!!!
