This is our local NAPA and so far for the last few years we have received great customer service, products we need have been in stock every time and the place is clean and organized. Great prices and service.

First of all you have to hop a curb with your steer tires and drive on the grass just to get into the dock to unload. They only have one receiving dock you have to wait for hours to get unloaded. With no bathroom. Cars are zipping all around the loading dock area this is unsafe. Only room for 2 truck to wait to get unloaded. Steer tires are not cheap !!! Fix this problem. Simple remove the curb and put down gravel. We shouldn't have to mess up our equipment to deliver your load.

Its beautiful here. You go back in time. You feel like you are Colonia time. Your serenaded by Colonial building . From there Your a short distance to the malecon and all the intertainment Mazatlan has. Taxis are pulmonary they take from one end of the malecon to the other or you can walk on the malecon.

They usually have what you need and they have always been helpful for sure. Especially Dan the manager, always helps and gets exactly what I need with no fuss. I reccomend every to this location

Would've given them more stars if I hadn't felt like I was being treated differently because I was the only female there. The guy at the counter had me wait while letting another customer know he had found what he was needing. The customer must've forgotten something because he was still shopping. I was lead to a different counter and while I was asking for a part, I was told to wait again because the other customer had found what he was looking for and was ready to check out. So, his stuff was rung up and THEN I was helped. Customer service should be provided for every customer, regardless of gender.

Much better prices than the competition. They were very helpful also. I bought a set of wiper blades and the employee put them on my car free of charge. Will be buying my automotive parts here in the future.

Hello, I service equipment all over the US. I am out of Airway Heights Wa. The people behind the counter here at this store has exceptional customer service! I had specific electrical needs and they fulfilled everything quickly and friendly. Great Job!!!

Often overlooked due to volume of locations offered by their competitors, but one of the best kept secrets not only for parts, but automotive painting and supplies for pros or auto body enthusiasts. Great selection of OEM quality parts like MOOG, Mopar, etc. Their Legend batteries are "legendary" with a great Warranty + Dan and his staff provides excellent customer service.. don't sleep on NAPA, they've been doing this for a while yall.

Reserved a cabin air filter online, picked it up fairly quickly and they had me out the door fast! Staff was friendly and helpful to the people around me. I didnt really have any questions, my needs were pretty straight forward.

Great! Young lady behind the counter was very courteous, proffessional and took really good care of me. I hope I'm not messing her name up but I beleive her name is Ayalia. I wlll be back and hopefully i get her to take care of me again. Thanks Napa Auto!!!!

Parts associate was pretty much on helpful. He flipped through a book for a couple minutes looking to see if he could find my part. When he wasn t able to find it quickly he told me that I needed to go somewhere else.

Fast service considering i had no part info. Took a piece of a radiator hose and the gentleman was able to match it to give me exactly what was needed. Only downside was location bc you'll be waiting on the train to pass.

They had a sale , the day I visted , we'll I Thought nearly every thing was on sale with a coupon. .Well I figured the $50 off a $100 great deal .No cost me $28 more than regular priced parts at the nearest part store.

Not the best Napa I've ever been slow service and didn't have items every parts store should always have but from what I hear this is normal for this Napa. So drove 30 mins to a different Napa way out of my way to grab what I needed.

These guys are very helpful! I had called with many questions and they were able to help me find the part I needed and when I could expect it. NAPA auto parts will always be my go to place!

All the parts you need to fix your vehicle. New or refurbished all have warranty. Guys know business and all the parts. They always have a smile to share.

I needed some light bulbs for my truck brakes the employees were friendly and very helpful and went out of their way to make sure i got the right ones. I will definitely go there again.

I ordered a gasket from the dealership and 27 day's later I walked in Napa, told James what I needed and thay had it,day later the dealership called, your gasket's in , I'll go to Napa before I'll go to the dealership for parts. should have gone to Napa a month ago.

No public bathroom. Piss poor attitude.This distribution center used to be the best NAPA anywhere. It sucks now. Clerks aren't knowledgeable like they used to be.

This NAPA was in Mason Tx. Broke down on the way from San Antonio to Abilene.for a funeral. Walked 3 miles to it and not only did they have the battery but lent is tool's to replace and gave us a ride back to our vehicle. I honestly can't remember the guys name but you were a life saver..If you are ever in San Antonio drink's are on me.. thank you again and God bless.
