Doors are locked 5 minutes before close which is frustrating. If the store closes at 6:55pm and not 7pm, that should be accurately reflected on the Google listing.

Don't call, you'll have to wait a long time for someone to pick up the phone. I thought I had the wrong number. Then once someone picks up, you'll be on hold for a long time. Decided to go to another store and chain with faster service.

I went to buy oil today that was 17. 99 a gallon I bought four of them because that's how much my diesel truck needs to change the oil and they told me it was 95 dollars. I said they're on sale aren't they and he said yes but you got four of them that's why it's so much.I just paid and calmly waited for the receipt to look at. He charged me for 5 gal when I only had 4 sitting on top of the counter. I just made it easy for him and said I'll just go grab another and have a spare gallon. That was just really awkward to me that they we're trying to charge me for a gallon I didn't have on the counter or want. Other than that it was a very clean store and I was in and out quickly.

NAPA AUTO PARTS...Please don't copythe other auto part stores, sell the parts the other stores don't. For example starter solenoids. Your business is losing money,Amazon/Ebay are getting your customers business.

As an independent shop owner I expect professional and commercial service.I expect a pro that knows his/her parts.I didn't get that from NAPA anymore.Waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes I was told by Patricia that it's first come first serve, not after they answered, but after I had to call back from another line.Unacceptable!Full Service , WorldPak and Rock Auto, O'Reilly's along side all dealerships will get all of my and customer money from now on.I don't perform mediocre service and and don't want that from parts retailers, hence AZ, Napa, Gonzalez, all out of the picture.I'll take my professional business to a professional parts store that can handle a commercial account.

Bought a battery from Universal city location. Have not had the battery for more than 1yr. Went to the fair location to get it tested. Battery was bad, employees checked to see if it was in warranty. They decided to come up with a bogus date that I purchased the battery. Apparently to them I've had that battery for 2 years. Out of warranty according to them. So since Napa doesn't keep records of customers that purchase items. You are forced to pay out of pocket. Not good business at all. I'll stick with auto zone.

Absolutely amazing!! The assistant manager was so helpful (despite me knowing nothing about cars! ) he was so knowledgeable and personable!! And fast!! Got me checked out and on my way in no time!! Super appreciate it!

It is currently 9:42am on a Friday. They are supposed to open at 7:30am. The doors are locked and no one in site in the building. Don't expect them to be open when you need them.

Went here a few months back and I will be a repeat customer forever at this location. I am the business owner of Jon's Material Hauling LLC which is a trucking company. Big rigs need lots of maintenance and I have ordered quite a bit of parts from here. Jaime and Jay went above and beyond my expectations and I fully recommend them to anyone! Hashtag real customer service!!!

I wish this site let me put ZERO stars!We went in 8/15/19 purchased a part and was told by the MANAGER CHAPA that it would be there in 3-5 business days. I called on the 5th business day (nothing) was told they would call me when it came in. Today is day 7 I had to call and CHAPA said there was a problem when the person ordered it.... come to find out he was the one that did the ordering. Take some ownership for your mistakes!!!!This place should seriously consider getting a new MANAGER because obviously CHAPA doesn t know what he s doing.

Auto parts galore. Anything and everything you need for your car and most vehicles. Guys there are knowledgeable. It's a one-stop shop. And they're all over.

Ordered a part and payed for it and still have not got it! Tried to call about it and employee left me on hold for 15 minutes so I called back and employee said he was by his self and had 6 customers ahead of me so I would have to wait if I wanted any information! So I just hung up! Poor cust service!

We needed a certain part for our Chevy Malibu and they ordered the part and it will arrive in one day be advised that they carry certain parts that other businesses dont.

This is a real parts store, with a large inventory and knowledgeable associates. Much more professional than the other chain stores (O Reillys, Autozone, etc.).
