I had Parker work on my car and id like to leave a good review but first I need to get ahold of Parker! Hey buddy you had left your phone on my car last night! It s safe but please reach out or someone that works at the shop reach out! If you see this message today I can drop off the phone on my way home from. Overall service was great and Parker is a really good dude. Communicated every step of the way and made sure to get the job done. If someone comments on this review I can give them my information.

I have used their services over the last few years on several cars, from replacing starters and belts to sensors, and the repairs have always been completed satisfactorily. The only concern on this last visit was the time delay in getting here. Took a few days to get the mechanic here, but, once on the job, everything went smoothly. Competitively priced service and would recommend their services.

This guy is a life saver. My car wouldn't start after I had it parked for 3 days. AAA wouldn't come out so I tried this company. While looking at my battery he also noticed a bad terminal and fixed it on the spot for a very fair price. Highly recommended, very honest, fair hard working people

I called and talked to Parker and told him my situation. He showed sooner than I thought fixed my tire problem on the spot. Very nice person. I am glad to know someone that I can call and honest with me. I will definitely call him again if I have car issue. I appreciate it Parker.

The owner of this business tries so hard to defend his employees, which is respectable, but it is itself just another way to have people that have fallen victim to bad business be convinced that they are in the wrong.My Ford Escape had a coolant leak that caused the car to overheat. Mr. Jumpstart came out, after 3 days of rescheduling, to come check out my car. In the process f checking my car's diagnostics, he reset the car's computer, temporarily solving a bug in the computing that constantly showed my car as overheating. After a "thorough" diagnostic of the car (air quotes because this took 15 minutes), I offer a water and come back to find the employee on Youtube researching my car's problem.He then goes to tell me he doesn't exactly know what's wrong with my car. He told me the problem MIGHT be my thermostat, but the labor would be about 8 hours and "[he] didn't feel like doing it". This was a red flag already, since we employ the service of a mechanic to diagnose problems, not look for a second mechanic.He then goes to quote me $100 total for the diagnosis, service fee, etc., which is outrageous given that he didn't fix ANYTHING. My car still leaks coolant, and nothing came of the ordeal. Don't waste your time with this business, spend the extra dollars and go to a mechanic that knows what they're doing, hassle-free.

Just had Parker come out and diagnose my 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, I had him replace my window regulator, put on a new set of brake pads and flushed the brake lines, recharged my a/c and fixed my oxygen sensors which got rid of the check engine light! Will be using him again!

Called yesterday to get a quote to have my ac compressor installed. The guy Parker or whatever his name was told me he would come the following morning at 830 am. The next asked if he was going to come he replied yes.. asked me questions. Then said he is not going to come. Bad business. If you tell a customer you can provide a service at a certain date and time make sure you can commit. Period. Would not recommend. What a waste of time.

I didn't think so many 5 stars ratings were true, but I spoke with Kendall about an electrical problem on my 2004 Corolla. I had replaced my battery and thought my car had a short. He sent his son Parker which took him about 2 minutes to figure out it was just a bad post. He replaced the part and cleaned the other one, car started right up. Great work and so convenient, worked in my garage and got the job done!

Parker was Great! He showed up when he said and when he was running late, let me know...I had a repair that took a few days so it was time-consuming but he really went above and beyond, with adding air to the tires and charging the battery. I had a very good experience with Mr.jumpstart, I was stranded on the side of road with just my 1 year old and Mr.Jumpstart happened to drive by and offer me help! He was able to make my cooling fan come on and cool down my overheating car. He didn t charge me either he was just being a good person and honestly was A good reminder that there are still good people in this world if you choose any mechanic, pick them.

I was having a really bad day already when my car broke down and I thought gonna have to deal with a scammy mechanic who was just gonna be another scumbag trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of me fixing random things that don t need fixing, but boy was I wrong. I was helped by this big bearded guy named Parker and he was a really fun guy with a really nice energy and it just made my day, really made car troubles as painless as possible for a good price. Our son had a dead battery at H-E-B and Parker went straight over, quickly determined the issue and got him on his way very professionally and economically. I had a problem with my Corolla and Mr. Jump Start was recommended to me by a co-worker. I called and Kendall came out in a timely fashion, found the issue and my car is perfect! They are very reasonably priced, too, compared to other mechanics/garages. I will be working with him again shortly for updated brakes. He is very friendly too and did a wonderful job!! Highly recommend!!

I called Mr.JumpStart because I'm new to San Antonio and the rest ppl I did call. Tried to charge me over $600 to replace my alternator.. this guy was very reasonable and he made sure he responded to my many texts. Due to me being in panic mode. Plus it was a holiday weekend. And he still came out and came back the next morning to finish the job like he promised.. he was very friendly. I really appreciate that they were reliable and available. Even with the weather being iffy that day. He was still pleasant. Thank you again. Oh and he gave me a receipt for the work done. By the way the guy that fixed my car name is Parker. He's cool..

Absolutely fantastic service & work. Kendall had a mechanic contact me immediately & was able to get me a new part & everything fixed very quickly. I will definitely be using them for any future services. Parker did a spectacular job & was extremely nice throughout the process. To top it off it was a better price than other mechanic shops. If you have a problem, use these guys!!!

Mr. Kendall is the best. First and foremost they replied on a Sunday. The mechanic (Parker) is very informative and don't mind explaining what's going on and what he is doing. Kendall Is highly recommended! He is very knowledgeable on a wide variety of years, makes and modeled vehicles. He s helped me out a couple times with a few other of my vehicles; but most recently he helped me diagnose an electrical issue I had with my 1970 Chevy Pick-Up, in a matter of minutes. We also came up with a game plan for some other issues I d like to tackle before putting it on the market. Kendall is a very honest, professional, knowledgeable, fair man. You will not be disappointed!

I was very pleased with the service that was provided. Parker was very professional and stayed in contact with me until he arrive to my location. Parker was very knowledgeable about the work he was doing and had my new battery in my car less than 20 minutes. Definitely will be using this service again when needed.

More than thrilled with the service I received from Kendall, he was prompt, courteous, respectful and a joy to work with. I had the parts to fix the problem, he verified the problem was what I thought and was and was quick to get the job done right. Best part was... he came to me in his fully stocked van!! Definitely recommend using his services in the future.

My car broke down last week by I10. Not being from San Antonio, I didn't know who to call or trust. I called Kendall and turned out to be a good choice. He and a fellow mechanic friend of his, fixed my car. I drove my 5 hours back to west Texas with no problems or worries. Definitely will recommend him to other folks I know!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We recently moved here from Pittsburgh where my dad just fixed everything. I guess I just took for granted how convenient it was to have someone always fixing my car. The other day, my car would not start and we had recently gotten a battery change from AAA. I called Kendall by accident (was scrolling through the yellowpages) and didn't realize he was a mobile mechanic. I didn't know such a thing existed! When he showed up to my house within the hour and fixed my car... wow! He saved me so much time and $$ because I was told I would probably need a new alternator (which I did not), but he was able to diagnose it and fix the connection where the battery had been placed by AAA. Overall... 5 stars. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained things to me on "my level." I am not a car person at all and I appreciated how he took the time to go over everything for me and answer my questions. I have his card on my fridge and will be calling him again! So nice to have found an honest mechanic in our new town.

I had my alternator give out on me on a pretty bad day.(cold and raining). I found Mr. Jumpstart on google and gave them a call. Kendal and Parker showed up pretty quickly. I felt bad considering the weather conditions were poor, but I really needed a quick repair due to school/work schedule, and they had no problem doing it. Prices were more than fair, I would definitely use them again. They know what they're doing, and are nice people in general. I would recommend them to anyone in need of good mechanic work done.

Parker/ Jump Start Mechanic in General are very responsive, knowledgeable and extremely capable and professional. I ve counted on their service for over 4 years now and have never been dissatisfied. Love this business! They were quick to respond very professional. 11 months after they replaced my battery I needed help finding out warranty info as I misplaced receipt and I was truly amazed at the customer service they provided.Highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of service for their vehicle.Mr Jumpstart will always be my first call.

Great service! I had a dead battery and he came out to replace it within a reasonable amount of time despite a very busy day.The labor was a lot more work then he anticipated, but he stilled honored the quoted labor charge. With a smile.He was genuinely friendly and caring about our needs.

I called yesterday afternoon & spoke with Kendall in the office about the issues I was having with the ABS system in my 2003 S10 ZR2. I was given an arrival time of 9am-10am this morning & Vince the mechanic showed up right on time. Vince ran a diagnostic and we discussed the codes & he also discussed it with his boss. After we decided on a course of action he got to work sourcing parts & fixing the issue. Communication was great and I was made aware of charges as work progressed. Not pushy and no upcharges...we will definitely use their service again.

I definitely appreciate him coming out on a Saturday in the rain at that, we had some difficulty getting out serpentine belt on our Nissan Altima but after my fiance and Kendell worked on it together they finally got it accomplished. We were quoted $80 originally and that's what we paid, I have no complaints at all however I thought maybe we would have gotten a discounted price seeing that my fiance had to help with the entire installation other than that, no problems. Hopefully I wont ever need his help again but it I did I'd definitely call them back
